Objective To discuss the strategies of lower complications of LC in the initial stage. Methods The clinical data of 168 patients, from Sep. 2008 to May. 2010 ,treated with laparoscopic cholectectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results LC was performed in all patients(100%). None of the series had intra-abdominal bleeding, biliary tract injury and no other serious complications were observed. Conclusion Through correct perioperative management and meticulous operation, LC was safe and complications lower in the initial stage.

Objective:To discuss the relationship between heart rate (HR) and heart rate differences (HRD) at different time points in head-up tilt test (HUTT) and the occurrence of postural tachycardia syndrome(POTS) in children and adolescents. Methods:A total of 217 children and adolescents diagnosed as POTS, who complained of syncope or presyncope, were chosen as POTS group (aged 6 to 16 years). During the same period, 73 healthy children and adolescents with matching gender and age were selected as control group. All subjects underwent HUTT from October 2000 to November 2019.Get HR (HR0, HR5, HR10) in baseline, HUTT 5 min and 10 min, HRD (HRD5, HRD10) of HR in HUTT 5 min and 10 min minus HR in baseline.Results:(1) HR5, HR10, HRD5, and HRD10 were higher in the POTS group than those in the control group( P<0.05). (2) Univariate Logistic regression: There was a correlation between HR5, HR10, HRD5, HRD10 and the risk of POTS( P<0.01). (3) Multivariable Logistic regression: For each additional unit of HRD5 and HRD10, the risk of POTS increased by 27% ( OR=1.27, 95% CI1.16 to 1.36) and 28% ( OR=1.28, 95% CI1.20 to 1.38). Conclusion:HR and HRD are related with the occurrence of POTS in children and adolescents, but HR and HRD at different time points of HUTT play the little role on the effect size of the occurrence of POTS.

3 mg/L was significantly worse than in those with hs-CRP≤3 mg/L (18.18%,5.45%;P=0.044,log-rank test). Higher hs-CRP concentration was an independent predictor of death or new vascular event(OR 3.609;95% CI 0.869—14.992;P=0.047).Conclusion Higher hs-CRP concentration in acute phase after ischemic stroke is an independent predictor of death or new vascular event in a year.

Objective To investigate the relationship between findings of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~1H-MRS)and tumor proliferative potential in patents with astrocytoma. Methods Thirty four patients of astrocytomas proved by surgery and pathology were examined by MRI and ~1H-MRS,among them 26 were of grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ(low grade)and 8 of grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ(high grade).Twenty one eases of astrocytomas(17 low-grade and 4 high grade respectively)were homogeneous type.Expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)was detected by immunohistochemical method of streptavidin- biotin-peroxidase(SP).Results The Cho/NAA and Cho/Cr ratios of high-grade astrocytomas(M=4.895, 4.845 respectively)were significantly higher than those of low-grade astrocytomas(M=2.920, 2.000 respectively)in the 21 homogeneous astrocytomas(Z=-2.597,P=0.009;Z=-2.687,P= 0.007 respectively),and the ratios were found to be significantly correlated to the expression of PCNA(A= 7.880)(r=0.607,P=0.003;r=0.457,P=0.038 respectively). However, the differences of Cho/NAA、 Cho/Cr ratios between the high-grade and low-grade astrocytomas were not significant when 34 cases were included, and no relationship was found between Cho/NAA(M=3.965,2.890 respectively)、Cho/Cr(M= 3.080、1.960 respectively)ratios and the expression of PCNA(A=8.100)(r=0.060,P=0.738;r= 0.125,P=0.480 respectively). Conclusion By measuring the Cho/NAA and Cho/Cr ratios,~1 H-MRS may be a valuable method for presurgical in invo prediction of the malignant degree, tumor proliferative potential and prognosis of homogeneous-type astrocytomas.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2015;(7):665-668
Objective To understand the influencing factors of hypertension control, and to provide a theoretical basis for developing intervention measures. Methods A two-stage cluster random sampling method was performed and a total of 1 377 cases and 749 controls in Yuhang District were selected.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used. Results The control rate of hypertension was 64. 77%.Hypertension control was related to BMI,course of disease and models of follow-up by univariate logistic regression analysis(P<0. 05 ).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that older age (OR =0. 983,95%CI=0. 974 -0. 993 ),male (OR =1. 272,95%CI=1. 053 -1. 535 ), overweight (OR=0. 709,95%CI=0. 576-0. 872),obesity (OR=0. 297,95%CI=0. 210-0. 421)and model of group follow-up (OR=0. 495,95%CI=0. 375 -0. 654)were the major influencing factors. Conclusion The older age, male, overweigt, obesity and model of group follow-up were the major influencing factors.Comprehensive intervention measures should be strengthened so as to improve the control rate of hypertension in community.

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B by Chinese medicine Handan Ganle capsule (HDGLC).Methods: A total of 104 patients with chronic hepatitis B has been treated by HDGLC for 6 months, liver fibrosis indexes and the serum biochemical indexes were detected before treatment, during the curative period and by the end of treatment. Hepatic biopsy was performed before or after the treatment. Results: The improvement rate of clinical symptoms was 79.0%-90.6%, and the recovery rate of ALT was 72.6%, serum fibrosis indexes such as HA, type Ⅳ collagen and LN were significantly decreased along with the extending course of disease (P<0.05). The pathohistological score of liver was decreased from 7.82±6.22 before treatment to 5.16±3.75 after treatment (P<0.05) and the score of hepatic fibrosis was decreased from 7.49±5.45 before treatment to 5.16±4.26 after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion: HDGLC has remarkable therapeutic and reversing effect on chronic hepatitis B induced hepatic fibrosis.
