1.Applications of the zebrafish in the studies of developmental pediatrics
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(2):178-180
Zebrafish as a new animal model is gradually being recognized. Easy fed, growing rapidly, transparent embryo, strong reproduction, especially similar with human in gene structure, body regulation patterns, and the development of organs and disease, all those characteristics make zebrafish significant in development of vertebrate animal and human disease. This review focuses on discussing the applications of the major organs of zebrafish in the studies of developmental pediatrics.
2.Application of all-inclusive nursing for patients with orthopedic trauma
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(27):6-8
Objective To discuss the influence of all- inclusive nursing for patients with orthopedic trauma on the aspects of their body and mind. Methods According to the related reference, made out allinclusive nursing ideas, and then used in 100 patients with orthopedic trauma (intervention group), routine rehabilitation was used in the control group (100 cases with orthopedic trauma). Compared the somatopsychic codition and the rehabilitation between the two groups. Results The 6 indexes of rehabilitation in the intervention group were significant better than those of in the control group. Somatopsychic condition in the intervention group was satisfactory. Conclusions All-inclusive nursing should be promoted in chnic by its merits.
3.Experimental study on the effect of yam polysaccharide for diabetic mice
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(5):604-605
Objective To explore the effect of yam polysaccharide for the diabetic mice. Methods Ninty mice were randomly divided into three groups ,yam polysaccharide group(n = 30), glibenclamide group (n = 30) and control group(n = 30). Mice were Intraperitoneal injection of alloxan (200mg/kg) to establish diabetic model. Yam polysaccharide group was administered yam polysaccharide for 12d. Results Yam polysaccharide significantly decreased the blood sugar of the diabetic mice. There were not significantly different in two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Yam polysaccharide had obvious role in decreasing blood glucose.
4.Identification of compounds in supercritical CO_2 extraction from Hypericum Perforatum L. by HPLC
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(04):-
AIM: To identify and determine compounds in supercritical CO_2 extraction from Hypericum perforatum L. METHODS: The contents of flavones and hyperforin were determined by reverse phase HPLC.The condition in supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) was: extraction temperature at 40 ?C,extraction pressure at 20 MPa,separation temperature at 45 ?C,separation presure at 8 MPa,extraction time 1 h. RESULTS: There was no flavones and the content of hyperforin was 180.6 mg/g in the sample of SFE using neat CO_2.The flavones and hyperforin were found in SFE extract using ethanol as modifier and the contents of rutin, quercetin, hyperoside, hyperforin were 1.10 mg/g、1.84 mg/g、1.33 mg/g、26.19 mg/g,respectively. CONCLUSION: The concentration of hyperforin by SFE with neat CO_2 is significantly higher than that with modified supercritical CO_2 extraction. The method of SFE with neat CO_2 can be used to prepare extracts with high concentration hyperforin.
5.An Improved Silver Staining Method
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1996;0(04):-
A new modification of Merril's silver staining of proteins in sodium dodecylsulfate polyacrylamide gels is introduced. The use of a prolonged period step after fixation and adjusting of oxidant incubation time considerably decrease the background, therefore increase the sensitivity. The detection limit is fivefold lower than original method.
6.Using Ig/TCR gene rearrangements to monitor minimal residual disease in pediatric lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(11):695-698
Detection of minimal residual disease (MRD) exactly for lymphoma is important for estimating prognosis, assessing response, monitoring relapse and instructing treatment. Immunoglobulin (Ig)/T-cell receptor (TCR) gene rearrangements can be used as special tumorous markers for MRD testing by PCR.BIOMED-2 strategy is a method about multiplex PCR reaction designed by European Collaborative Organization. Monitoring MRD can be completed by real-time quantitative PCR. In this paper, the principle and research progress related to the application of IG/TCR in MRD detection are mainly reviewed for lymphoma in children.
7.Discussion on refresher training in the department of obstetrics
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(12):1245-1247
Physicians receiving refresher training are fully involved in clinical work in depart-ment of obstetrics in 3A hospital. The quality of training is related with the improvement of their pro-fessional ability and medical treatment safety of the hospital. To improve the teaching quality for ob-stetrics refresher doctors, several methods were implemented including paying more attention to the humanistic quality training, taking care of their physical and mental health, strengthening their basic rationale and basic skill, upgrading their obstetric knowledge and improving their ability to deal with an emergency condition. All these efforts have achieved good results in obstetric teaching.
8.Clinical analysis of 18 cases of epilepsy in non-ketotic hyperglycaemia
Journal of Clinical Neurology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To discover the clinical characteristics of epilepsy in non-ketotic hyperglycaemia. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with epilepsy in non-ketotic hyperglycaemia were studied retrospectively. Results Ten patients had recurrent episodes of seizure when glycaemic control was lost.Other eight cases had seizure as the first onset, but they were not identified diagnosis with diabetes mellitus.Glycemic levels varied from 16.8 ~ 32.1 mmol/L.Fourteen patients with focal seizures accounted for 77.8%.Seizure control occurred after insulin treatment. Conclusion Epilepsy in non-ketotic hyperglycaemia has not history of diabetes in some patients and occur epilepsy at first.Focal seizures can be seen in most patients.Insulin treatment is essential to control seizures.
9.Analysis of the risk factors of shivering after intraspinal anesthesia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(8):1178-1181
Objective To explore the risk factors of shivering after intraspinal anesthesia. Methods 640 anesthesia recovery patients after intraspinal anesthesia from February 2011 to May 2015 were selected as the research subjects.According to whether patients appeared shivering, they were divided into research group and control group. The research group had 328 cases of appearing shivering, the control group had 312 cases without shivering. Basic clinical data of patients, operation time and blood loss, tympanic membrane temperature, anesthesia, anesthesia blocks plane indicators were compared to explore the risk factors of shivering after intraspinal anesthesia. Results This study included 640 cases, including 328 cases with chills reaction, the incidence rate was 51.25%.Single factor results showed that the low age, male, central cooler, surgery for a long time, the bleeding of more lumbar hemp, choice of anesthetic methods and anesthetic plane above T8 indicators, there were close relationship with shivering after intraspinal anesthesia, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (χ2 =40.661,17.208, 32.369,32.931,36.624,14.844,26.84,all P<0.05).Multivariable logistic regression analysis results showed that age, gender, core body temperature, operation time, blood loss, spinal canal anesthesia methods and indexes of anes-thetic plane were important risk factors of chills reaction after anesthesia in patients with spinal canal anesthesia (OR=1.843,1.925,2.183,0.548,0.497,0.529,0.743,all P<0.05).Conclusion Male, younger age, operation for a long time, big intraoperative blood loss, tympanic membrane temperature low mode selection subarachnoid block anesthesia, and the anesthesia plane factor are the main risk factors of spinal canal anesthesia patients to appear chills response, the above factors are needed for close monitoring of patients with intraspinal anesthesia in the preoperative period.
