International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(11):743-744
Objective To observe the effect of Diosmin Tablets about the prevention and treatment of edema that breaks out after a circular mixed hemorrhoids operation and the role of fibrosis on edema. Methods Having 120 cases of circular mixed hemorrhoid patients, Acco 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the others were in comparison group. Both groups were outside the cut line of circular mixed hemorrhoid ligation within the injection, after these operations do conventional anti-inflammatory, hemostasia and local Ma Ying Long musk hemorrhoids ointment medication. The next day of the operation, the treatment group take a dose of Diosmin tablets 1.5 g bid 4 d, then changing the dose 1 g bid 3 d.ResultsThe incidence of edema, treatment group was 6.6% and the other group was 30%.edema in the incidence of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.01).The treatment group non-fibrosis, but the other group have 4 patients getting fibrosis. The two sets of rate about edema fibrosis were significantly different(P < 0.01).Conclusion Diosmin Tablets can effectively do prevent and disperse circular mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema.
2.Investigation in the levels of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines in patients with cervical cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 1999;0(05):-
Objective To detect the levels of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines of peripheral blood CD+4 T lymphocytes in the patients with cervical cancer in order to find out the laboratory evidence of tumor immunotherapy. Methods The peripheral blood lymphocytes were stimulated by stimulator in order to enhance expression of cytokines. Then specific fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody was added to be combined with its specific antigen. Results The level of IL-2 produced by Th1 cells were lower in patients of cervical cancer than those of normal controls, there were significant difference between them. But the level of IFN-? produced by Th1 cells had no significant change in patients of cervical cancer in comparison with normal controls. The levels of Th2 type cytokines such as interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-10(IL-10) were higher in patients of cervical cancer than those of normal controls, there were significant difference between them. Conclusion Th1/Th2 is imbalance in cervical cancer .Th1 type cytokines are inhibited, and Th2 type cytokines are relatively enhanced, so Th1/Th2 shifts to Th2. It may be the mechanism of tumor arising and transferring by immune escape from immunosurveillance.

4.Transition of the blind acupuncture and massage industry and its impacts in Japan.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(1):85-90
After being introduced to Japan, the Chinese acupuncture and massage therapy has changed a lot, in which the influence aroused by the blind practitioners cannot be ignored. Through analyzing the development and the transition of the blind acupuncture and massage industry in Japan, it is found that the tube needle technique, changeable acupoints concept, technical deviation and the importance on acupoints rather than meridians are still existed commonly today, which are introduced by the blind acupuncture and massage practitioners, the special group in Japan. In the process of development, the interaction with the governmental strategy has played the essential role in the consolidation of the above features.

5.Application of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry in vaccine quality control
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2025;38(01):109-114
High separation efficiency and fast separation speed of liquid chromatography(LC), strong sensitivity and good selectivity of mass spectrometry technology, have realized the wide use of LC and mass spectrometry technology in the field of biological macromolecules. In recent years, LC and mass spectrometry technology are gradually becoming universal in the field of vaccines, and play an increasingly important role in the quality control of vaccines. This paper summarized the application of LC and mass spectrometry technology in inactivated vaccines, vaccines of virus-like particles(VLPs), polysaccharide vaccines, and polysaccharide conjugate vaccines.
6.The effect of tamoxifen(TAM)in the chemotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its mechanism.
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(S1):-
Objective To investigate The effect of TAM(2.5 uM)in the chemotherapy of HCC and its mechanism. Methods An adriamycin-resistant human HCC cell subline(Hep-3B/ADM)was established, through exposure to gradually increased concentration of ADM.Drug sensitivity was measured by MTT.Modulation of ADM-induced apop- tosis of Hep-3B/ADM cells was assessed by Flow cytometry(FCM).PKC activity was determined by applying compet- itive protein binding method. Results TAM(2.5uM )decreased the IC50 of ADM from 1.64?g/mL to 0.23?g/mL in the Hep-3B/ADM cells.TAM exhibited a 2-fold potentiation on apoptosis caused by ADM in Hep-3B/ADM cells. With TAM,PKC activity was lower than that in control groups from 30 seconds to 24 hours. But this effect of TAM could be reversed by the co-treatment of the cells with TPA.Conclusion TAM(2.5 uM)significantly en- hanced ADM-induced cytotoxicity. The mechanism is that TAM potentiates the apoptosis induced by ADM through pro- tein kinase C inhibition.
8.Preparation and in vitro Evaluation of Simvastatin-loaded Nanostructured Lipid Carriers
China Pharmacist 2015;(8):1290-1294
To prepare simvastatin nanostructured lipid carriers ( simvastatin-NLCs) . Methods:The simvastatin-NLCs were prepared by melt-emulsion ultrasonication and low temperature-solidification methods. Using the particle size, polydispersion in-dex, encapsulation efficiency and drug loading as the idices, the ratio of solid to liquid, lipid concentration, ratio of surfactant to cosur-factant, emulsifier concentration and drug concentration were optimized. The optimized simvastatin-NLCs were characterized for the en-capsulation efficiency, particle size, zeta potential and morphology. In vitro drug release behavior and stability of NLCs were also stud-ied. Results:The optimized simvastatin-NLCs formula was as follows:the concentration of simvastatin, cetyl palmitate, Miglyol? 812, soy lecithin and solutol HS15? was 0. 5%, 1. 5%, 4. 5%, 2. 5% and 1. 5%, respectively. The particle size and zeta potential of NLCs was (102. 2 ± 42. 1) nm and ( -33. 1 ± 4. 1) mV, respectively. The simvastatin-NLCs were found to be small and spherical with smooth surface under a transmission electron microscope. The in vitro release profile indicated that the accumulated release of sim-vastatin reached up to (59. 1 ± 4. 8) % in 24 h. The stability studies showed that simvastatin-NLCs were stable in 3 months after stored at 5℃. Conclusion:The formula of simvastatin-NLCs prepared by melt-emulsion ultrasonication and low temperature-solidifica-tion method is feasible.
9.Study of relationship between renal function and respiratory tract infections in the elderly
Clinical Medicine of China 2013;(5):509-512
Objective To study the relation between kidney function impairment and respiratory tract infections(RTI) in the elderly.Methods Two hundred and twenty-four patients above 65 years old were divided into five groups according to stages of chronic renal disease and estimated glomerular filtration rate (e GFR):(A group,n =65):≥90 ml/(min · 1.73 m2),(B group,n =55):60-89 ml/(min · 1.73 m2),(C group,n =27):30-59 ml/(min · 1.73 m2),(D group,n =28):15-29 ml/(min · 1.73 m2) and(E group,n =49):< 15 ml/(min · 1.73 m2).Taking A group as the control baseline.Logistic regression was employed to analyze the relationship between kidney function and RTL Results Compare with A group(10.8%,7/65),the incidences of RTI in three groups(C group,D group and E group were 63.0% (17/27),85.7% (24/28) and 100% (49/49) respectively.The incidence in these groups was higher than that in A group(x2 =26.95,49.46 and 89.00 respectively,P < 0.05).We identified the risk factors with RTI were smoking (Waldx2 =17.66,P < 0.01),respiratory underlying diseases(Waldx2 =14.38,P <0.01),invasive operation history(Waldx2 =4.50,P < 0.05),diabetes (Waldx2 =3.86,P < 0.05),stay in hospital for above 2 weeks (Waldx2 =18.18,P < 0.01),Gender(Waldx2 =4.12,P < 0.05),eGFR (Waldx2 =13.57,P < 0.01).After adjusting for other risk factors of RTI,Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of RTI still increased with the decrease of eGFR (eGFR≥90 ml/(min · 1.73 m2):(Waldx2 =0.053,P >0.05);60-89 ml/(min · 1.73 m2):(Waldx2 =0.046,P>0.05) ;30-59 ml/(minl · 1.73 m2):(Waldx2 =7.61,P<0.05),15-29 ml/(min · 1.73 m2):(Waldx2 =4.38,P<0.05); <15 ml/(min · 1.73 m2):(Waldx2 =13.57,P<0.01)).Conclusion Kidney function impairment in patients above 65 years old is an independent risk factor for RTI.
