Objective To observe the effect of Diosmin Tablets about the prevention and treatment of edema that breaks out after a circular mixed hemorrhoids operation and the role of fibrosis on edema.Methods Having 120 cases of circular mixed hemorrhoid patients, Acco 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the others were in comparison group.Both groups were outside the cut line of circular mixed hemorrhoid ligation within the injection, after these operations do conventional anti-inflammatory, hemostasia and local Ma Ying Long musk hemorrhoids ointment medication.The next day of the operation, the treatment group take a dose of Diosmin tablets 1.5 g bid 4 d, then changing the dose 1 g bid 3 d.ResultsThe incidence of edema, treatment group was 6.6% and the other group was 30%.edema in the incidence of the two groups were significantly different(P ＜ 0.01).The treatment group non-fibrosis, but the other group have 4 patients getting fibrosis.The two sets of rate about edema fibrosis were significantly different(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Diosmin Tablets can effectively do prevent and disperse circular mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema.

Objective To detect the levels of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines of peripheral blood CD+4 T lymphocytes in the patients with cervical cancer in order to find out the laboratory evidence of tumor immunotherapy. Methods The peripheral blood lymphocytes were stimulated by stimulator in order to enhance expression of cytokines. Then specific fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody was added to be combined with its specific antigen. Results The level of IL-2 produced by Th1 cells were lower in patients of cervical cancer than those of normal controls, there were significant difference between them. But the level of IFN-? produced by Th1 cells had no significant change in patients of cervical cancer in comparison with normal controls. The levels of Th2 type cytokines such as interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-10(IL-10) were higher in patients of cervical cancer than those of normal controls, there were significant difference between them. Conclusion Th1/Th2 is imbalance in cervical cancer .Th1 type cytokines are inhibited, and Th2 type cytokines are relatively enhanced, so Th1/Th2 shifts to Th2. It may be the mechanism of tumor arising and transferring by immune escape from immunosurveillance.

Objective To explore the effect of emergency corpus luteum cystectomy for the prevention of persistent ectopic pregnancy(PEP).Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with ectopie pregnancy in emergency conservative operation were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were divided into the observation group(treated with corpus luteum cystectomy,40 cases) and control group (without corpus luteum cystectomy,28 cases).The declining of β-HCG,incidence rate of PEP were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of PEP of the observation group was 0,which was obviously lower than that of the control group(10.7％) (x2 =4.47,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The emergency corpus luteum cystectomy can effectively prevent PEP and the operation is simple and convenient.

BACKGROUND:Atherosclerosis is a common complication in diabetic nephropathy and hemodialysis patients. The effect of hemodialysis duration and other relative factors on the atherosclerosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy needs to be further observed and explored. OBJECTIVE:To observe the atherosclerosis in the patients with different hemodialysis durations, then to evaluate the effect of hemodialysis duration and other relative factors on atherosclerosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy. METHODS:The intima-media thickness of the carotid artery in the diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group, non-diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group and end-stage renal disease non-hemodialysis group was detected with high-frequency ultrasonic testing, and the healthy volunteers were as the normal control group. The relationship between the intima-media thickness of the carotid artery in the hemodialysis patients and hemodialysis duration was analyzed, and the changes of insulin resistance in each group were compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the normal control group, the intima-media thickness of the carotid artery in the diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group and non-diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group was increased (P<0.01);there was no significant difference of intima-media thickness of the carotid artery between 24 hours diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group and end-stage renal disease non-hemodialysis group (P>0.05);the intima-media thickness of the carotid artery in the 60 months diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group was higher than that in the 24 hours diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group (P<0.05);the intima-media thickness of the carotid artery in the 60 months diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group was significantly higher than that in the end-stage renal disease non-hemodialysis group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference of intima-media thickness of the carotid artery between 60 months diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group, end-stage renal disease non-hemodialysis group and 24 hours diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group (P>0.05). The homeostasis model of assessment-insulin resistance value in the 24 hours diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group was slightly lower than that in the diabetic nephropathy non-emodialysis group (P<0.05), and the homeostasis model of assessment-insulin resistance value in the 60 months diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis group was significantly lower than that in the diabetic nephropathy non-emodialysis group (P<0.01). The development of atherosclerosis on diabetic nephropathy patients can be affected by hemodialysis to some extent. And the effect is correlated with the hemodialysis duration.

Objective To study the effects of glucocorticoid receptor (GR) signal pathway and downstream cytokineson androgen-independent growth of prostate cancer (PC) cells.Methods The human androgen-dependent PC (ADPC) cell line LNCaP and androgen-independent PC (AIPC) cell line DU145 were cultured in vitro.Immunocytochemistry was used to examine the expressions of the androgen receptor (AR),GR,HSPg0 and interleukin-6 (IL-6).The GR antagonist RU486 was used to treat cultured cells,and the effects of RU486 on the proliferation of both cell lines were analyzed by MTT assay.Expressions of HSP90 and IL-6 mRNA and protein were assessed by RT-PCR and Western blotting respectively.Results LNCaP cells were AR-positive and GR-negative,whereas DU145 cells were GR-positive and AR-negative.The expressions of HSP90 and IL-6 were significantly stronger in DU145 cells than in LNCaP cells (P＜0.01).RU486 had no obviously effects on the growth of LNCaP cells,but exerted a significant time-and dose-dependent growth inhibition on DU145 cells.RU486 treatment in DU145 cells also resulted in a dose-dependent decrease in the expressions of HSP90 and IL-6 mRNA and protein.Conclusions GR signal pathway may be the main survival pathway for DU145 cells.Abnormal hyperactivation of GR signal pathway and its promoting the expressions of HSP90 and IL-6 may contribute to the progression of ADPC to AIPC after androgen ablation.

Chinese medicine industry is the new strategic industry with comparative advantage in China. To achieve modernization of Chinese medicine, improving the competitiveness of Chinese medicine enterprise is an inevitable choice. Based on the method of factor analysis and cluster analysis, this article measured and analyzed the competi-tiveness of 42 Chinese medicine listed companies by using the data of year 2012. The result showed that the com-petitiveness of Chinese medicine enterprises was mainly affected by three factors, which were scale of operation, profitability efficiency and growth. The scale of Chinese medicine is small and the large gap of competitiveness ex-its. To enhance the competiveness of Chinese medicine enterprises, this paper put forward corresponding develop-ment recommendations combined with the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese medicine enterprises.

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of myocardial enzyme spectrum in the premature in-fants with hyperbilirubinemia .Methods The myocardial enzymes spectrum (AST ,CK ,CK-MB) in 90 premature infants with hy-perbilirubinemia were tested and the detection results were analyzed .Then their comparison with the control group consisting of 27 premature infants was performed .Results The detection results of myocardial enzymes spectrum in the hyperbilirubinemia prema-ture infants were higher than those in the control group ,but only the increase of CK-MB had statistical significance (P<0 .05);the positive incidence rate of the myocardial enzymes in the hyperbilirubinemia premature infants was 55 .56% (50/90) ,which was ob-viously higher than 7 .41% (2/27) in the control group ,the difference had statistical significance (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Hyperbil-irubinemia in premature infants can cause the myocardial damage and has the high incidence rate .The myocardial enzyme spectrum should be routinely detected for guiding the clinical treatment in the premature infants with hyperbilirubinemia .

Uric acid is an end product of purine metabolism.Hyperuricemia is defined as serum uric acid level ＞420 μmol/L in man,and 360 μmol/L in woman.Several mechanisms can cause elevated serum uric acid levels.Systematic reviews and Meta-analyses have shown that hyperuricemia is significantly correlated with the increased morbidity and mortality in patients with ischemic stroke.However,as a powerful antioxidant and a radical scavenger,uric acid seems to have a neuroprotective effect in ischemic stroke.Uric acid administered early can enhance the effect of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rtPA) thrombolytic therapy in rats with thromboembolic stroke.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a randomized controlled trial for the clinical effects of rtPA thrombolysis in combination with uric acid in patients with acute ischemic stroke.A phase 3 clinical trial is ongoing,and its results are worth waiting for.
