1.Pulmonary vascular development, diagnosis and treatment for pulmonary hypertension in preterm in-fants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(12):811-814
It is well known that pulmonary hypertension(PH) is one severe complication of bron-chopulmonary dysplasia( BPD) that is associated with high mortality. Aberrant pulmonary vascular growth, abnormal vasoreactivity and pulmonary vascular remodeling may ultimately lead to PH. Symptoms of PH of-ten overlap those of BPD itself. Furthermore, the emergence of symptoms may indicate that the disease has already progressed to a late, less reversible phase, thereby supporting arguments for screening all infants at risk. Echocardiography is non-invasive and widely available, and is currently the most commonly used screen-ing modality for PH in infants with BPD. Because the incidence of associated cardiovascular anomalies is high, cardiac catheterization and CT scanning of the chest should be considered in all infants who have signifi-cant PH despite optimal management of their lung disease. Early diagnosis and aggressive specific drug thera-py can improve the outcome for these patients.
2.A preliminary study on the replication of continuity hyperuricemia rat model by administration and fed with hypoxanthine
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Aim To observe the fluctuation of uric acid in serum after replicating rat hyperuricemia model with hypoxanthine、uricase inhibitor combined, and to discuss the method of continuity hyperuricemia replication on rats. Method Hypoxanthine was administered via stomach or bait vessel, uricase inhibitor was injected subcutaneouslly, then the relative biochemical indicators of rats were inspected respectively at different periods of time after replicating the model. Results When hypoxanthine(50 g HX?kg-1bait vessel or 100 g HX?kg-1bait vessel) was administered via bait vessel, uricase inhibitor(200mg?kg-1) was injected subcutaneouslly, the uric acid in serum of different groups were much higher than control group(P

4.The relationship between integrin β3 subunit and estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor on endometrial epithelial cells of luteal phase defect
Chongqing Medicine 2001;(3):213-214
Objective To study the relationship between uterine receptivity and estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor on endometrial epithelial cells of LPD. Methods Integrinβ3 subunit, ER,PR on endometrial epithelial cells of LPD swere datermined by immunmohisto chemical analysis. Results Integ rin β3 subunit was significantly decreased, while estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor were significantly elevated in glandular epithelial cells from tissue samples with LPD. Concluslon Uterine receptivity is decreasedin women with LPD, which is closely assosciated with failure of ER、PR downregulation in middle luteal phase.
5.ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVILIES OF SEVERAL SEAWEEDS IN QINGDAO COAST
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Duplicate plates methods and two purposive extraction methods (extracting phenols with 80% ethanol for 3 times after extracting lipids with other for 13 hours in soxhlot extractor)were used to research antimicrobial ability of nine common seaweeds in Qingdao coast. All extracts of nine seaweeds showed considerable activity against Bacillus subtilis, however, only three extracts, belonging to three species respectively, were effective against Escherichia coli. Several seaweeds not showing antimicrobial activity in previous tests showed considerabal effects. Gas chromatography was applied to analyse the contents of fatty acids in six kinds of lipids. C12-C22 saturated and unsaturated fatty acids were detected but no positive relation between the contents of unsaturated fatty acids and inhibition abilities were found.
7.Mechanisms underlying the antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Pseudomonas aeruginosa,a ubiquitous organism, shows a remarkable resistance to antibiotics because of its low permeability of the outer-membrane,over-expression of efflux pumps, inactivation of antibotics,or mutations in targets. These mechanisms are often present simultaneously, and increase the burden on clinical therapy.
9.Observation on the clinical effect of parecoxib sodium for injection combined with psychological intervention on postoperative analgesia in the patients with thyroid cancer
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):360-361
Objective To study the clinical effect of parecoxib sodium for injection combined with psychological intervention on postoperative analgesia in the patients with thyroid cancer. Methods 100 patients with thyroid cancer Hangzhou tumor hospitalfrom July 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The control group were given parecoxib sodium for injection, and the experimental group were received parecoxib sodium for injection combined with psychological intervention. Three days after treatment, the average amount of parecoxib sodium for injection and SAS, SDS score in the two groups were compared. Results The average dosage of parecoxib sodium for injection in the experimental group was (45.6±9.7) mg, and (67.9±9.5) mg in the control group. In the control group, SAS was (45.88± 7.56)points before treatment and (50.42±7.91) points after treatment, SAS was (45.94±7.32)points before treatment and (40.81 ± 6.61) points after treatment. SDS in the control group before treatment was (45.53±8.62) points and (50.29±7.24) points after treatment. In the experimental group, SDS before treatment was (45.41±7.18) points and (40.36±6.15) after treatment. The differences of all the data were statistically significant in the two gorups(P<0.01). Conclusion Postoperative psychological intervention can effectively enhance the analgesic effect of parecoxib sodium for injection, reduce the dosage and also improve the psychological score. This treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
10.Issues that challenge our attention about B-type natriuretic peptide and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide in clinical use
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(01):-
BNP (B-type natriuretic peptide) and NT-proBNP (N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide) are peptide hormones secreted by the heart.Recently, many researches have described that BNP and NT-proBNP were useful markers for the diagnosis of heart failure. We should develop these assays correctly on the basis of full understanding of biological characteristics and guide clinical use for them in medical laboratories.
