1.Systematic evaluation of clinical application of Dingkun Dan.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(20):3916-3919
Dingkun Dan is a representative of the classic gynecological medicine. With Tonifying the liver and kidney, supplementing Qi and nourishing blood, regulating menstruation Shuyu, promoting the role of pain. Used in treatment of liver and kidney deficiency, deficiency of both qi and blood, Qi stagnation and blood stasis caused by irregular menstruation, menstrual pain, uterine bleeding, leukorrhea with reddish discharge, bruise blood removal, infertility, and various postpartum deficiency and bone steaming hot flashes of gynecological common disease. In recent years, Dingkun Dan's new uses have been reported, the clinical application value is worth further digging. In this paper, clinical application and research progress of Dingkun Dan since the founding of new China were briefly discussed, and summarize for the randomized controlled trials.

2.Discussion on strategy of treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with Chinese and Western Medicine.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(20):3899-3906
Perimenopausal syndrome refers to a series of physical and mental symptoms ,caused by the fluctuation of the sex hormones in the menopause, which is one of the common diseases in gynecology. With the acceleration of the aging population ir the world, it has caused the world's attention. Modern medicine has developed rapidly in the field of basic theory and clinical research, but there are still some problems in the treatment. Clinical treatment is mainly in hormone replacement therapy, but there are some potential risks, adverse reactions and many contraindications, thereby reducing patients' compliance and tolerance. Traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the concept of wholism cure perimenopausal syndrome based on syndrome differentiation, which has unique advantages, such as a variety of ways, less side effect, curative effect, which was patients more and more welcome. It is very important for the study to explore the perimenopausal syndrome.

Endophytic fungi which reside in the tissue of mangrove plants seem to play an important role in the discovery of new biologically active substances. During the course of screening for the antimicrobial metabolites from the endophytic fugus Penicillium sp. FJ-1 of mangrove plant Avicennia marina, a new aurone glycoside (1) was isolated by repeated column chromatography on silica gel and recrystallization methods. The structure of 1 was elucidated as (Z)-7,4'-dimethoxy-6-hydroxy-aurone-4-O-β-glucopyranoside, on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Compound 1 exhibited antifungal activity against Candida sp., with the potency comparable to amphotericin B and much better than fluconazole. Compound 1 can also inhibit extracellular phospholipase secretion in a concentration-dependent manner.

Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of the applying the expanded skin flap to re-pair facial defects produced by removal of nevus, hemangioma, scars and so on. Methods The experience of the treating 67 patients with facial lesions using the expanded flaps were reviewed. The proper expand-ers were chosen according to the scope of the facial lesion. The incision was located at the scar region and the dissection was executed in the superficial layer of the SMAS. The interspace was larger than the ex-pander by 1.0~1.5 cm. After exact hemostasis, the expanders and negative pressure drainage tubes were placed into the interspace. The design of the facial expanded skin flap included the advance, rotation, and transposition of skin flap and so on. The advance of skin flap took fully use of the expanded skin flap without the donor site defect. The transposition of skin flap also took fully use of the expanded skin flap, furthermore, it overcame the displacement and the disfiguration caused by the applying of the advance skin flap and rotation skin flap. The incisions in face were designed to a minimal extent and parallel to the Lan-ger line. Results All of the 67 cases got aesthetic satisfied results with all the flaps surviving. Conclusion The application of expanded skin flaps is proved to be an effective way of repairing facial wound when there is enough normal facial skin for expansion.

Objective To investigate the relationship and mechanism between the serum level of high mobility group box protein-1(HMGB1)and the mortality rate in patients with sepsis. Methods The serum levels of HMGB1,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in 48 patients with sepsis were determined. The clinical outcomes in those patients were recorded and anlyzed. Results After the onset of sepsis, the serum HMGB1 levels of both death group and survival group were increased gradually and peaked at 72h after the onset of the disease. The semm HMGB1 levels of death group were much higher than those of survival group except at 24h(t=6.07,6.20,24.43,all P<0.05).The activity of serum SOD of death group was markedly lower than that of survival group at 12h,24h,48h and 72h(t=10.24,20.61,11.67,33.33,all P<0.05),and the level of serum MDA of death group was significantly higher than those of survival group at all time points(t=26.06,22.17,23.86,9.49,5.95,all P<0.05).There was a significantly positive correlation between the serum HMGB1 and MDA level.Conlusioa The increase in serum HMGB1 level may be the important reasoll for the increased mortality rate in patients with sepsis;Oxidant/antioxidant imbalance may be olle reason for the increase in serum HMGB1 level.

Objective:To investigate the monitoring value of echocardiography for atrial septostomy during the treatment of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).Methods:Sixteen patients underwent atrial septostomy during the treatment of ECMO in Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital from Jan.2017 to Dec.2019 were included. The diameter of the ostomy, the direction of interatrial shunt, the tricuspid regurgitation degree and the pulmonary artery pressure were measured by echocardiography daily after atrial septostomy. Results:There were no significant differences in the diameter of the ostomy in 16 patients(the range of coefficient of variation 0.86%-4.77%). The direction of interatrial shunt changed gradually from right - left atrial shunt to left - right atrial shunt. Pulmonary arterial pressure decreased gradually(the range of coefficient of variation 14.70%-32.13%) as estimated by tricuspid regurgitation pressure gradient. Conclusions:Atrial septostomy is an effective measure to relieve right heart pressure and improve right heart function in patients with ECMO. The echocardiography can be helpful for the monitoring of atrial septostomy.

OBJECTIVE To select the superior one from two skin-cleaning disinfection methods so as to reduce the possibility of hospital infection.METHODS The water plus soaps(control group) and Daniel disinfectants(test group) were used separately to clean and disinfect the skin of patients in intensive care unit(ICU).The degree of skin-cleaning of patients and hand pollution of nurses were observed and analyzed.RESULTS The number of bacteria on the skin of patients of the test group was remarkably lower than that of the control group with a statistically significant difference(t=7.94,P
