ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of treating bradymenorrhea due to implantation of intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD) with Busben Quyu Decoction. MethodsCompare the curative effects between two groups. One group is treatment group with 64 bradymenorrbea patients treated by Bushen Quyu Decoction for 3 months, and the other group is control group with 27 bradymenorrhea patients treated by Gongxuning tablet taken orally. Results There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of curative effects. (P＜0.05). Conclusion Busben Quyu Decoction has good effect in treating bradymenorrhea caused by placement of IUD.

Objective To investigate the catalysis of Co - Cu /SiO2 in oxidation of sodium percarbonate (SPC ) for o-nitrochlorobenzene. Methods The solution of o-nitrochlorobenzene was prepared, acetic acid was used to adjust acidity, sodium percarbonate was applied as the oxidant, the self-prepared Co-Cu/SiO2 was used as the catalyzer to catalyze the degradation reaction of o-nitrochlorobenzene and the effect of reaction condition on degradation was researched. Results In the condition of loading amount of metal was 5%, nCo:nCu= 4:1,nCo-Cu=1.90?10-3mol,nSPC=6.36?10-3 mol,cOCNB=50 mg/L and t=80 ℃,pH=4,the degradation efficiency of o-nitrochlorobenzen could reach 92% . Conclusion Co-Cu/SiO2 is efficient in catalyzing the oxidative degradation of sodium percarbonate for o-nitrochlorobenzene and is applicable to the waste water treatment for eliminating o-nitrochlorobenzene

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the prevalence of bacterial infection and drug sensitivity after liver transplantation so as to provide reference to effective clinical therapy. METHODS: A retrospective survey of 113 patients who underwent orthotopic liver transplantation was carried out. RESULTS: The reported total incidence of bacterial infection after liver transplantation was 45.1%, while the verified incidence was 28.3%. The major bacterials were Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterococcus faecom. Multidrug-resistant was observed. CONCLUSION: It is very important to prevent bacterial infection and use antibiotic rationaly. Selection of effective antibiotics according to etiologic data and resistance of bacterial can help prevent the occurance of drug resistant strains.

Objective To investigate the drug resistance situation and the epidemiological characteristicin the tuberculoupatientin ordeto provide the reference foeffective prevention and treatmenof T.MethodTotally 2 271 patientwith posi-tive sputum smeapulmonary tuberculosi(TB) in the Jiangbei Branch Hospital of Chongqing Zhongshan Hospital from January 2009 to Decembe2013 were performed the drug resistance detection of 10 kindof anti-Tdrugs(isoniazid ,streptomycin ,rifampi-cin ,ethambutol ,para-aminosailcyliacid ,kanamycin ,pasiniazid ,protionamide ,capreomycin ,and ofloxacin) .ResultOf all 2 271 ca-seof positive sputum culture pulmonary T,the total drug resistance rate and total multi-drug resistance rate were 61 .91% and 26 .29% ,respectively ;the total drug resistance ratein initial treatmenand retreatmenpatientwere 52 .85% and 78 .06% respec-tively ,and the multi-drug resistance ratewere 16 .70% and 43 .38% ,respectively ;the top five in the average drug resistance ratefrom high to low were streptomycin(39 .45% ) ,isoniazid(33 .20% ) ,rifampicin(32 .94% ) ,para-aminosailcyliacid(31 .40% ) and pasiniazid(21 .53% );the anti-Ttreatmenhistory ,gende,age and occupation were significantly associated with the drug resist-ance occurrence (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion The drug resistance situation of the Tpatientin the local areof Chongqing iseriouin the recen5 year.The standardized managemenand treatmenon the Tpatientwith drug resistance should be strengthened .

Objective To learn the current obstetric beds allocation,obstetric service delivery and access in midwifery institutions at various levels in the localities and nationwide as well as the trends,and assess the equity of obstetric beds allocation,for the purpose of recommending on a reasonable adjustment of obstetric beds allocation in these institutions.Methods Random sampling made in 44 cities in China for questionnaire survey on obstetric beds allocation,service delivery and utilization in 2008～2010 at all midwifery institutions in these cities.Interview of health administrators and medical workers at obstetric of midwifery institutions in 6 counties.Results Every thousand square kilometers in China average 5.9 midwifery institutions,and every thousand people average 0.24 obstetric beds.During 2008 ～ 2010,the number of beds and midwifery service delivery kept a growing trend while in townships obstetric service deliveries maintain a falling trend.The fairness index of maternity beds layout nationwide is 0.021283.Obstetric beds supply and demand ratio in different regions ranges among 0.97～ 1.41.The number of deliveries made in county level hospitals is 54.1％,but the beds in such hospitals account for but 48.1％.Conclusion The equity of obstetric beds allocation is good in terms of population layout.The quantity of obstetric beds meets the current needs nationwide,while the allocation of obstetric beds is less than reasonable among obstetric institutions of various levels in the country.The authors recommend a better control and adjustment of midwifery institutions layout,especially more such hospitals at the township level to meet the need of women delivery in hospital in remote areas.

Background In patients with syphilis,one of the common manifestations is uveitis.However,the lack of understanding on syphilic posterior uveitis may result in misdiagnosis and delayed treatment.Objective This study was to assess ocular clinical features,treatment and prognosis in patients who had latent syphilis and presented with posterior uveitis as the initial symptom.Methods A serial cases-observational study was designed.Twelve patients(19 eyes)who were diagnosed as syphilis from September 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were characterized by initial posterior uveitis before the final diagnosis.The clinical manifestation,management and prognosis were evaluated and analyzed.All patients were informed of this study and consented with the use of their data for this retrospective study.Results The patients presented with initial clinical signs of acute or chronic posterior uveitis and lacked systemic syphilis symptom.Bilateral posterior uveitis were found in 7 patients and unilateral in 5 patients.The dust-like and grey-white opacification in vitreous was seen by threemirror contact lens in all the patients.Mild hyperemia of the optical disc was found in 10 eyes with the unclear peripapillary boundary.Yellow-white lesions were observed in retinas of 7 eyes and retinal punctuate hemorrhage was in 1 eye.Fundus fluorescein angiography demonstrated fluorescine staining or hyperfluorescence of optic disc in all of the 19 eyes,and fluorescein leakage from vein in 18 eyes,retinal pigment epithelium dye pooling in 6 eyes and cystoid macular edema in 11 eyes.Rapid plasma reagin (RPR) test and treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay (TPHA) were performed and presented positive results in all patients.The visual acuity improved in 19 eyes and partly elevated in 2 eyes following a standard therapy for neurosyphilis was used,including penicillin and/or small doses of glucocorticoid.Conclusions The serological examination for syphilis should be considered for patients with unexplained uveitis.Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are important for the improvement of prognosis in syphilitic posterior uveitis.

Objective To observe the application effect of layered cooperation teaching in clinical teaching in intensive care unit (ICU).Methods The master graduate students who practiced in ICU of Fangcun branch of Guangzhou Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine form September 2013 to July 2014 were divided into two groups according to the rotation cycle.Diagnostic test was conducted to all the above students.The new teaching group (21 people) was determined according to the diagnostic test results and students' majoring to frm study group and the layered cooperation teaching was adopted,while the traditional teaching was used in the traditional clinical education group (19 cases).In the end of the rotation training,a theoretical examination was conducted among the two groups of students,and the questionnaire of teachers' teaching quality was issued.The related data were processed by SPSS 17.0,and the data between groups were compared by t test.Results The examination result in the layered cooperation teaching group (78.35 ± 3.13) were better than those in the traditional clinical education group (70.21 ± 4.58) and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.041).Survey results showed that the new teaching group students' evaluation to teaching content,teaching methods and teaching effectiveness was higher than traditional teaching group,and the score difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The layered cooperation teaching in the clinical teaching in intensive care unit (ICU) to mobilize the students' subjective initiative,so that students of different knowledge structure can be integrated into the clinical practice of ICU,and enhance their ability of clinical analysis of ICU disease.

BACKGROUND:A large amount of apicocoronal and buccolingual bone resorption occur in alveolar bone after tooth extraction, leading to the distinct shortage of bone mass of alveolar bone in tooth-missing area, which has a certain effect on the stability of early implantation and postoperative aesthetic outcomes and greatly affects the long-term success rate of denture implantation. Therefore, immediate-delayed implantation can shorten the time of repair. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of implant repair after immediate-delayed implantation and application of guided bone regeneration technique in anterior maxila area. METHODS:Nineteen patients (28 teeth lost) with maxilary anterior tooth loss and labial one-waled bone defects were selected. Twenty-eight OSSTEM implants were implanted at 4 weeks after tooth extraction. Guided bone regeneration technique was applied concurrently in labial bone defect area. The secondary repair was performed after 6 months. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The success rate of these 28 implants was 100% at 24 months after denture implantation. The peri-implant bone height loss at 6, 12 and 24 months was 0.1, 0.6 and 0.11 mm, respectively. Red aesthetic scores were satisfactory. Immediate-delayed implantation combined with application of guided bone regeneration technique for treatment of maxilary anterior tooth loss and mild bone defect can restore the height and width of peri-implant bone and acquire stable vertical bone resorption and satisfactory gingival aesthetic outcomes .

Objective:To investigate the influence of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)and the mechanism of HGF-induced VEGF-C expression in tongue squamous cell carcinoma Tca8113 cells.Methods:Tca8113 cells were cultured and exposed to HGF with various concentrations.The expression level of VEGF-C was assessed by ELISA.Signaling transduction inhibitors LY294002,U0126,SP600125,SB203580 was used to block PI3K/Akt,P44 /P22MAPK,JNK,P38MAPK signaling pathways,respectively.Then,the expression level of VEGF-C was detected by ELISA.Re-sults:The VEGF-C expression of Tca8113 cells increased at the beginning and decreased later with the increase of HGF concentra-tion.When the concentration of HGF was 40 ng/ml,VEGF-C expression level was the highest.Inhibitor LY294002 of PI3K/Akt and Inhibitor U0126 of P44 /P22MAPK significantly blocked the effects on HGF-induced VEGF-C up-regulation(P ＜0.01 ).Inhibitor SP600125 of JNK and inhibitor SB203580 of P38MAPK didn't interfere HGF-induced VEGF-C expression(P >0.05).Conclusion:HGF contributed to the expression of VEGF-C,PI3K/Akt and P44 /P22MAPK signaling pathways may be involved in HGF-induced VEGF-C up-regulation,and may play potential roles in lymphatic metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
