Objective To investigate the infection type, clinical features and prognosis in the infections complication patients with severe hepatitis. Methods 72 severe hepatitis patients with infections complication were analyzed retrospectively. Results The infection occurrence rate was 62.5% in the 72 severe hepatitis patients.Mortality rate was 75.56% in the patients with infections complication, and it was significantly higher than those without infections complication(29.63%).The mortality rate was 72.5% in the patients with multiple organ infections. The different bacterium infection could lead to different mortality rate,K.peneumoniae(69.89%),E.coli(58.12%),Staphylococcus aureaus(55.56%),Staphylococcus epidermidis(59.90%).The mortality rate was higher in the patients with lower sera albumin and higher serum bilirubin level. Conclusions The patients with severe hepatitis have bad outcome with infections complication. The prognosis is correlated with the dysfunction severity of liver and pathogenic bacteria.
4.The role of cyclooxygenase-2 in the growth and development of the endometrial lesions
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(10):1658-1659
Objective To study the role of cyclcoxygenase-2 in the growth and development of the endome-trial lesions. Methods The expression of cycloogxygenase-2 (COX-2) were tested by immunohistocbemistry. Compar-ison of endometrial cancer COX-2 expression was made within each group at different stages, for different pathological classification. Another groups comparison of COX-2 expression was made. Results ( 1 ) COX-2 in endometrial cancer in the different expression of other differences and differences were significant ( P<0.05 ). Ⅲ mainly for the period between the stage and the other had a significant difference( P<0.05 ). (2) COX-2 in endometrial cancer, hyperplasia and normal expression of the differences between endometriosis, the difference was significant ( P<0.05 ). (3)COX-2 in endometrium cancer different pathology graduation difference:G1(high idiophase) < G2(idiophase) < G3(low id-iophase), but does not have the difference after the comparison in statistics ( P>0.05 ). (4) The expression of COX-2 in simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia was statistically significant different ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion That COX-2 in the development of endometrial lesions play an important role, it could be inferred of COX-2 inhibitors for endometrial cancer treatment or treatment of postoperative the timing of the loss surgery patients is feasible.
5.Role of TRAF2 in AP-1 signaling pathway of human B cells
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the role of TRAF2 in AP-1 signaling pathway of human B cells. Methods Human Ramos B cells were transfected with plasmids expressing YFP fusion wild type TRAF2(YFP-WT-TRAF2) or YFP fusion dominant-negative TRAF2(DN-TRAF2),or transfected with shRNA-TRAF2 and control shRNA plasmid. After incubation overnight, cells were either sorted with flowcytometry or screened by antibiotics G418.Activation of AP-1 pathway, including phosphorylation of ERK,JNK and P38,as well as nuclear translocation of AP-1 subunits were detected by western blot and ELISA.Results Overexpression of WT-TRAF2 selectively induced activition of MAPK by phosphorylation of ERK and P38,and further induced nuclear translocation of C-FOS.Moreover,both overexpression of DN-TRAF2 and transfection of shRNA-TRAF2 inhibited phosphorylation of ERK and P38,and nuclear translocation of C-FOS.Conclusion TRAF2 selectively activates some kinases in CD40 mediated AP-1 signaling pathway, and plays an important role in AP-1 activation.
7.Imaging features of branching vascular network in polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2014;30(3):230-234
Objective To observe the imaging features of branching vascular network (BVN) in polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV).Methods Eighty PCV patients (90 eyes) were enrolled in this study. The patients included 58 males and 22 females. The age was ranged from 49 to 85 years, with a mean age of 61.4 years. All the patients were examined for fundus photography, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA),indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT).The fibrovascular retinal pigment epithelium detachment (PED) was defined as a well-demarcated subretinal heterogeneous plaque with increasing fluorescence on FFA.The late lichenoid hyperfluorescent plaque was defined as a well-demarcated lichenoid hyperfluorescent plaque on late phase ICGA.The double-layer sign on OCT was defined as a wide range of shallow PED from Bruch membrane. Results BVN were found on early ICGA in 76 eyes among the 90 eyes (84.4%).Among these 76 eyes,18 eyes (23.7%) demonstrated the subretinal reddish-orange branches corresponding to BVN.Fifty-six eyes (73.7%) demonstrated all or part of the BVN on early FFA.Three eyes (3.9%) demonstrated branching transmitted fluorescence corresponding to BVN throughout the FFA.Seventy-three eyes (96.1%) were manifested by occult choroidal vascularization on FFA,and 21 eyes (27.6%) of them were fibrovascular PED.Among the 76 eyes with BVN,all BVN appeared earlier than polypoidal lesions on ICGA.Polypoidal lesions located on the terminal of BVN in 62 eyes (81.6%).Sixty-nine eyes (90.8%) on ICGA demonstrated the late lichenoid hyperfluorescent plaque, whose area was equal to or greater than the area of BVN shown on early ICGA.Seventy-two eyes (94.7%) had the double layer sign.Among these 72 eyes,15 eyes (20.8%) had lumen like structure within the double-layer sign.Sixty-five eyes (90.3%) had punctate and linear hyperreflectance within the double-layer sign. Two eyes (2.8%) demonstrated a hyporeflective short segment and a gap of Bruch membrane on OCT corresponding to the origin of the BVN.Sixty-three eyes (87.5%) had an area of double-layer sign that matched the area of late lichenoid hyperfluorescent plaque on ICGA.Conclusions BVN in PCV can be noted as reddish-orange branches on fundus examination. Most of the BVN are shown as early branching transmitted fluorescence but collectively an occult choroidal vascularization on FFA,as lichenoid hyperfluorescent plaque on late ICGA,and as double-layer sign on OCT whose area matches late lichenoid hyperfluorescent plaque.
8.Double-subjective Quality and Sociological Connotation of Doctor-patient Relationship
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
This article comprehensively analyzes the double subjects and intersubjective quality of doctor-patient relationship, furthermore,it analyzes several facets of the intersubjective quality of doctor-patient relationship, such as technology, economy, management, etc. It discovers that doctor-patient relationship doesn't mean the only relationship between doctors and patients, but it also reflects the social relationship in the fields of medical treatment. It will help to activize the enthusiasm of both doctors and patients, and promote the development of medicine if we analyze the doctor-patient relationship from the point of view of sociology.
9.Establishment and perfection of the examination system for licensing of doctors in China
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2001;0(08):-
The examination system for the licensing of doctors was eventually established against a background of constant growth of China's socialist market economy. Conduction of the professional qualification examination is the prerequisite of the State's adoption of the professional license system. It is also the inevitable choice for developing a mature and standard socialist market economy. The paper reviews the process of the establishment of the system, out- lines the features of the examination in content design, organization and implementation, and puts forward measures for perfecting the system in China. The measures include: further improving the organization and management system and the rules and regulations for conducting the examination; grasping the features and patterns of criterion-referenced test- ing in the field of medical examinations; rendering the examination system more scientific, ettectine and reliable; and deepening reform of medical education under the framework of the new medical examination system.
