China Pharmacy 2017;28(8):1111-1113
OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of minocycline for acute retrograde pulpitis (ARP) and its ef fects on pain.METHODS:One hundred (100 teeth) ARP patients in Hospital of Qingdao Agriculture University and the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College during Jan.-Oct.in 2015 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, with 50 cases in each group (50 teeth).Control group was given root canal therapy of Formaldehyde cresol formocresol solution;observation group was given was given root canal therapy of Minocycline hydrochloride cream. Both groups were re checked 3 days later, and therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 5 month follow-up;pain score,IL-2 and TNF-α levels were ob served before and 3 d after treatment, and the occurrence of ADR was recorded in 2 groups.RESULTS:The total response rate of observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00% of control group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05).There was no statistical significance in percussion pain score, mobility score,IL-2 and TNF-αt levels between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05).Three days after treatment, percussion pain score, mobility score,IL-2 and TNF-α levels of 2 groups were significantly decreased;the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P> 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Minocycline shows significantly therapeutic efficacy for ARP,and can effectively improve pain symptoms with good safety.

6.The theory of blood stations key material quality control and management measures
China Medical Equipment 2015;(1):72-75
Objective:To solve the key material quality of blood control requirements, quality and strengthening the key material confirmation, control of nonconforming products produced, the introduction of the Deming cycle method (PDCA) for process management, improve the management level, to ensure the safety of blood transfusion work. Methods: In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations made provisions for key materials management in blood station and operation guide, the use of PDCA circulation method in daily work carried out the whole quality tracking management. Design quality control scheme is feasible and measures, measures for effect before and after the implementation of the analysis and comparison of the. Results: The quality control through the key materials of the blood, the blood bank purchased key material input of qualified acceptance rate and quality department quality sampling pass rate reached 100%. Conclusion:The responsibility of quality control key material major, quality control should be implemented, through the whole process of fine tracking management, and continuously improve the management method, ensure the blood quality, blood safety and the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
7.Surgical treatment of epilepsy in tuberous sclerosis complex
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(24):1851-1854
Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a rare autosomal dominant neurocutaneous disease.Epilepsy is the most common manifestation.Studies show that even with a variety of antiepileptic drugs, more than 50% of TSC related epilepsy are drug-resistant.Since cortical tubers are the main epileptogenic foci, resection surgery become an important treatment of intractable epilepsy in TSC.In recent years, with the development of electrophysiology and imaging technology, surgical treatment of epilepsy in TSC shows a great efficacy of controlling seizures and improving intelligence.Up to date, there are no standard procedures of surgical treatment for refractory epilepsy in TSC.This paper aimed to provide some instructions.
8.Current Status and Expectation of the Biopharmaceutical Industry in China
China Biotechnology 2006;0(06):-
Biotech is currently the fastest growing sector in drug industry. Globally biotech products generated revenues of $55bn in 2004, in a total drug market worth $550bn. The USA is the primary market of biotech products, being the source of approximately half of sales in 2004. About 55% of biopharmaceuticals’ sales in 2004 came from the five leading products (Erythropoietin,Interferon,Human insulin,G-CSF,Rituximab).Great progress has been made in the biotech market of China over the last few years. About 60%~70% of recombinant protein biopharmaceuticals are expressed in mammalian cells in USA and EU, while most recombinant protein biopharmaceuticals are expressed in E.coli in China. Most biopharmaceuticals expressed in mammalian cell can’t be manufactured in China. The biotech industry comprise numerous, mostly small organizations. These organizations typically employ less than 100 people. Most biotech companies have never brought a product to market before they disappear. Therefore, it is very important for biotech companies to make an appropriate development strategy.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(2):205-207
Experimental results showed Zn(Ⅱ)-ammonium thiocyanate-hexadocyltrimethylammonium bromide complex was floated in the presence of sodium chloride. There fore Zn(Ⅱ) could be completely separated from Fe(Ⅲ), Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(ⅡD, Al(Ⅲ) by floation. The method is non-toxic, simple, rapid and economical.
10.Clinical significance of serum procalcitotin in children with Kawasaki disease at acute stage
Tianjin Medical Journal 2017;45(1):43-46
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum procalcitonin (PCT) level in children with acute phase of Kawasaki disease (KD). Methods The serum PCT levels and their changes before and after the treatment in 120 children with KD at acute phase were retrospectively analyzed. According to the results of ultrasonic echocardiography, all children were divided into coronary artery damage (CAL) group and no coronary artery lesion (NCAL) group. According to the presence of gastrointestinal symptoms, patients were divided into two groups (A: yes and B: no ). According to the presence of abnormal liver function, patients were divided into two groups (C:yes and D:no). PCT levels were compared between groups. Results The serum PCT levels were increased at acute phase in 56 (46.67%) patients before the treatment than those in normal children, which were decreased obviously after treatment (P<0.05). There were 31 cases combined with CAL, the rising rate of PCT was 38.71%, which was no significant difference compared with that of NCAL group (49.44%, P>0.05). There was no significant difference in serum PCT value between CAL group and NCAL group (P>0.05). The serum C-reactive protein level was significantly higher in CAL group than that of NCAL group. There were 35 patients combined with gastrointestinal symptoms in 120 KD patients. There was no significant difference in the rising rate of PCT between patients with gastrointestinal symptoms (62.86%) and patients without gastrointestinal symptoms (40.00%, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum PCT level between these two groups of patients. There were 42 cases with liver dyfunction in 120 KD patients, the PCT rising rate (52.38%) was no statistically significant difference compared with that of patients with no liver dyfunction (43.59%, P>0.05). And there was no significant difference in serum PCT value between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion PCT can reflect the acute phase of KD patients. The increased PCT level may be related with the emergence of gastrointestinal symptoms, even though it cannot predict CAL and the occurrence of liver damage.
