Purpose　To explore the effects of antibiotics and herbs with removing pathogenic heat from blood on ovarian granulosa cell morphological and functions in female rats.　Methods　The granulosa cell of 30 d age SD female rats was collected,several drugs were added to the culture fluid.The culture fluid were collected to measure the sex hormone by radioimmunoassay.The cell organs of granulosa cell were measured by transmission electron microscope.　Results　Organs of the granulosa cell almost disappeared and perinuclear vesicle were founded in Amikacin sulfate group and Rhizoma zedoariae group.The progesterone levels were lower than in salline group (P<0.05).The estrogen levels of Amikacin group were lower than in saline group (P<0.05).　Conclusions　Ovarian function were obstructed in female rats when Amikacin,Rhizoma zedoariae were directly used.

Objective To study the diagnosis and therapy of Hashimoto's disease (HD) with thyroid nodule. Methods The clinical data of 187 patients with nodulous Hashimoto's disease who had operation in our hospital from 1995 to 2008 were analysed retrospectively. Results The nodules coexisting with Hashimoto's disease were thyroid carcinoma, nodular goiter, thyroid follicular adenoma and lymphoma accounting for 11.2% (21/187), 26.7% (50/187), 15% (28/187) and 1.6% (3/187) respectively. Conclusions HD patients with thyroid nodules especially the single nodule that can not be distinguished from cancer should have operation in time. Ultrasound guided needle aspiration will be helpful for the preoperative diagnosis and the frozen section may guide the surgical modality.

Aim To explore the effect of sesquiterpene lactone parthenolide(PL) on primary multiple myeloma(MM) cell and cell lines and its molecular mechanisms.Methods Fresh bone marrow cells from MM patients and MM cell lines KMM-1 and MM1S were used for in vitro culture study.The cell survival rate was examined by Trypan Blue exclusion.The change of nucleolus stained with DAPI was observed under fluorescent microscope.Reactive oxygen species(ROS) levels and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP) were detected by flow cytometry.Results 2.5 ?mol?L-1 PL induced MM cell apoptosis and MMP was profoundly decreased in KMM-1 and MM1S cells.In contrast,normal lymphocytes cells were unaffected by the same conditions.KMM-1 and MM1S cells showed large increases of ROS levels 10 h after 2.5 ?mol?L-1 PL treatment.The free radical scavenger L-N-acetylcystein(L-NAC) pretreatment completely inhibited ROS generation,cell death and nuclear fragmentation by PL.Diphenylene iodonium chloride(DPI) pretreatment in a dose of 2.5 ?mol?L-1 strongly inhibited PL-mediated ROS generation,nuclear fragmentation in KMM-1 and MM1S cells.Conclusions PL strongly induces apoptosis in MM cell,while normal lymphocytes cells are completely unaffected by the same conditions.Since its proapoptotic activity appears to be mediated through induction of oxidative stress in MM cells,its possible mechanism is that NADPH oxidase activation is involved in PL-mediated ROS generation.

Objective To investigate the training effect and application development of the health industry standard of Nursing Grading, and to explore it'sclinical applicability. Methods An electronic questionnaire survey was conducted among nurses in 30 three general hospitals of Shandong Province from November 10 to December 10 in 2015. The questionnaire mainly included four parts: basic information, training status, application status and the clinical applicability. All the questionnaires were automatically submitted by the nurse′s cell phone or computer, 3386 valid questionnaires were recovered. Results The status of standard training:93.92%(3180/3386) nurses received a comprehensive training about the standard. The answer rates of 4 theoretical examination questions was 88.95%(3012/3386), 84.49%(2861/3386), 85.17%(2884/3386), 65.71%(2225/3386)respectively. 77.26%of the nurses needed to continue training. Application status: 97.67% (3307/3386) nurses in the hospital has begun to apply Nursing Grading standard, and 97.01% (3208/3307) and 97.76% (3231/3307) of the hospital revised the standard of care systems and work processes; 78.23% (2649/3386) nurses divide the level of care based on both the patient's condition and self-care ability presently. 74.45%(2521/3386) nurses did it as follows,the doctor determine the patient′s condition level, the nurse determine the level of patient′s self-care ability, then the nursing grading was determined according to the both. Objective To study the long-term outcome of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in drug refractory heart failure patients through retrospective analysis and to ivestigate the underline reasons of unsuccessful cases in the study. Methods The study comprised a total of 48 patients (mean age 70?18.5 years; 83% male) with New York Heart Association class Ⅲ (86%) or class Ⅳ (14%) heart failure and LVEF≤35%. All patients fulfilled the standard CRT indications with the QRS duration ≥130 and LVEDd≥60 mm. Only one of the 48 patients was implanted with a combination of automatic implantable cardioverter-defibrillator and CRT device. The outcome of CRT was evaluated in terms of QRS duration, LVEF through echocardiography, 6 minute hall walk and tissue doppler echocardiography. Results Within a mean clinical follow-up of 29.0?7.5 month, the QRS duration was significantly shortened by biventricular pacing compared with right ventricular or left ventricular pacing.
