Clinical Medicine of China 2013;29(11):1199-1202
Objective To investigate the curative effect of leflunomide in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy-Ⅳ (DN-Ⅳ).Methods Sixty cases with DN-Ⅳ were assigned to the leflunomide treatment group and the control group. Both groups were given hypoglycemic, antihypertensive, regulate lipid and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin Ⅱ inhibitor class of drugs.Meanwhile patients in the treatment group were orally administered leflunomide once daily for two month with a dose of 50 mg/d in the first three days and 20 mg/d afterwards.24 hour pre-and post-treatment values of urinary protein,C-reactive protein (CRP),endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr),triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),albumin (ALB),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and blood pressure were measured.Analyzed the correlation of Ccr with other laboratory indicators after treatment for one year. Results At 24 hour before treatment, after treatment for two months and one year, the level of 24 h urinary protein of the treatment group (n =26) were (3.75 ± 0.94)g/24 h,(2.02 ± 0.45) g/24 h,and (2.46 ± 0.55) g/24 h respectively, and the level of Ccr were (69.04 ± 13.35) ml/min,(71.35 ± 11.25) ml/min,and (67.48 ± 10.58) ml/min respectively. While in the control group(n =28),the 24 h urinary protein level of were (3.68 ± 1.03) g/24 h,(3.43 ± 0.65) g/24 h,and (5.46 ±0.47) g/24 h respectively at the three time points, and the Ccr level were (68.55 ± 10.09) ml/min,(66.76 ± 9.45) ml/min,(57.50 ± 15.75) ml/min respectively. The levels of 24 h urinary protein in the treatment group after treatment for two months and one year were significantly lower than before treatment in the treatment group as well as at the corresponding period of the control group (P < 0.05),while the level of Ccr in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at the same period, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The levels of CRP,TG,TC,HbAlc and systolic pressure in the treatment group after treatment for two months and one year were significantly lower than that of control group at the same period, while ALB was significantly higher than before treatment in the treatment group as well as at the corresponding period of the control group (P < 0.05).The 24 h urine protein,TC,systolic blood pressure were significantly correlated with Ccr after treatment for one year (β =-0.771,-0.682,0.656,-0.530respectively;P <0.01).Conclusion Leflunomide treatment of diabetic nephropathy was safe and effective, but the duration of leflunomide treatment and second selection time of leflunomide therapy needed to further study.
3.Research progress of pharmacokinetic study on paeoniflorin
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(12):1646-1650
Total glucosides of paeony (TGP)is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis(RA)as the first immunoregulatory drug in clinic. The efficacy of TGP in treating RA patients is definite, which is accompanied with mild adverse reaction and slow effects simultaneously.Paeoniflorin (Pae ),the main constituents of TGP,has a bioavailability of 3% ~4%,which may be served as the main reason for its slow effects. Therefore,in this paper, the pharmacokinetics of Pae as well as its influencing factors were re-viewed on basis of pulished papers. In addition, some problems about Pae were also discussed.
4.Pay close attention to severe adverse effects of tumor necrosis factor blockers
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blockers are promising therapeutic agents for patients with conventional therapy insensitive inflammatory diseases.Unfortunately, their use has been associated with an increased rate of malignancies, leukemia, psoriasis and other immune diseases. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration(FDA) is requiring stronger warnings in the prescribing information for TNF blockers. Healthcare Professionals should pay close attention to severe adverse effects of TNF blockers and drug safety.
5.Investigation and analysis on anti-infective administration in out-patients of our hospital
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):58-60
Objective To investigate the use of anti-infective drugs in outpatients of our hospital, and to pro-mote rational administration in clinic. Methods Collecting the prescriptions of out-patient during June 2007 in our pharmscy, then statistically analyze the anti-infective drugs information in combination with adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports. Results The percentage of prescriptions was 45. 8%, the average amount of the prescriptions was 62. 56 yuan, the cost of anti-infective drugs accounted for 41.8% ,prescriptions of combined use and injection were 39.5% and 37.2% ,the ratio of ADR was 80. 6% ,irrational administration accounted for 10. 8%. Conclusion The use of anti-infective drugs in our prescriptions of out-patients has some problems, but rational use is the main trend in our hospital.
6.Retrospective analysis of renal anemia variability on the patients with chronic kidney disease
Clinical Medicine of China 2015;31(5):394-397
Objective To investigate the effect of renal anemia variability on the progression of renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease and hemoglobin variability on the incidence of cardiovascularevents, mortality and re-hospitalization rate. Methods one hundred and twenty-three patients with chronickidney disease with stage Ⅲ-Ⅴ were enrolled in this study. The information of hemoglobin variability, creatinineclearance rate (Ccr),renal function, the incidence of cardiovascular events, mortality and rehospitalization rate, the incidence of cardiovascular events, mortality and rehospitalization rate were recorded and analyzed.ResultsThe change of hemoglobin level was (20.6 ± 10.7) g/L and Ccr change level was (16.3 ± 4.1) ml/min inpatients, and the pearson correlation coefficient was 0.82.Multiple covariance analysis showed that Ccr increaselevel was higher in CKD Ⅲ-Ⅴ period patients with hemoglobin fluctuations than that of hemoglobin stabilitypatients after adjusting smoking history, blood pressure,24 h urinary protein quantitative factors (F =7.6,9.1,4.3;P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events in patients, mortality, rehospitalization rate of hemoglobinwave group were higher than those of hemoglobin stabilizing group(x2 =26.9,5.1,10.6,P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The fluctuation of hemoglobin is able to aggravate quickly of renal function development, increasethe incidence, mortality and rehospitalization rate of cardiovascular events.

As a member of GTPase Rab family,Rab10 protein is not only involved in vesicle formation, transport, anchoring and fusion process, but also affects the occurrence and development of tumors.Research about the mechanisms of Rab10 in intracellular vesicle transport and tumor may provide a potential target and new idea for the anti-cancer therapy.
8.Relationship between hepatic fibrosis and cytokine
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
Hepatic fibrosis is a wound healing response to liver injury. Activated hepatic cell is thekey evidence in the pathological fibrosis, which results in synthesis of large quantities of extracellular matrix components. Cytokines secreted mostly by activated Kupffer cell were remarkabe factors which have been proposed to stimulate and inhibit the fibrosis process. The close relationship between hepatic fibrosis and cytokines has been investigated. The article summarizes some important cytokines and the cytokines which can be used as target of antifibrotic therapy.
9.Acoustic Evaluation of Three Vocal Fold Diseases in Pre - and Post - Laryngeal Microsurgery
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate acoustic effects of laryngeal microsurgery on vocal polyp, vocal cyst and vocal leuko- plakia. Methods 300 cases in vocal fold diseases were measured acoustically pre - and post - microsurgery. Results After openation, jitter, shimmer and NNE decreased statistically in vocal polyp and vocal cyst patients, and did not improve in vocal leukoplakia patients. Whether or not the surgery was done, F0 of all patients did not change Conclusion Laryngeal microsurgery had definite effect on clearing benign focus. After surgery, vocal functioin improved in vocal polyp and cyst patients, and in vocal leukoplakia, there was no improvement in such a short time as one week.
