1.Military medical metrology work
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
The leaders of our sanitarium pay much attention to the work of military medical metrology which has formed into a normative, scientific, institutional managing system and the work of military medical metrology develops according to the laws and rules. In continuous five years, the probability of metrology equipments being checked reached into 100%. The development of military medical metrology work is great and healthy.
2.Epidural ropivacaine for postoperative pediatral analgesia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
0.05).Motor block with ropivacaine was recorded earlier than that with bupivacaine(P0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine is superior to bupivacaine in postoperative analgesia and in motor recovery in children undergoing subabdominal surgery.
3.Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Training for Spastic Cerebral Palsy
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(6):576-577
Objective To observe clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 160 patients with cerebral palsy were divided into acupuncture group(n=80) and control group(n=80). The acupuncture group received acupuncture, including the acupoints such as Baihui, Sishengcong, Yamen, Fengchi, etc., and combined with function training. The control group received Bobath appoach as rehabilitation training. Two groups were treated for 3 months. Results The acupuncture group(n=77) showed powerfully for 26 cases, effective for 46 cases, and invalid for 5 cases, and the efficient rate was 93.5%. The control group (n=78) showed powerfully for 20 cases, effective for 45 cases, invalid for 13 cases, and the efficient rate was 83.3% (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can facillitate to reduce muscle tone of spastic cerebral palsy, and improve effect of rehabilitation.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective:To compare the characteristics of Dean's index(DI) and tooth surface index of fluorosis(TSIF). Methods:416 inhabitants of 12, 15 and 35~44 years old were sampled randomly to receive epidemiological survey assessed by DI in fluorosis endemic areas of Xingtai City, Hebei Province. Then TSIF was used to investigate the 178 samples selected randomly from the 416 subjects. Two examiners(S/C) were trained by an experienced specialist of epidemiology(W) before investigation. SPSS 10.0 software and Excel database were used to analyze the data. Results:Weighted Kappa of theoretic calibration of DI and TSIF was ranging from 0.86 to 0.96. The results of TSIF were lower than DI in clinical calibration test. With the increase of the number of tooth surfaces concerned, strength of agreement declined, ranging from “very good” to “moderate”. Prevalence of fluorosis according to DI was lower than that accoding to TSIF.In 35-44 years old people difference of fluorosis prevalence calculating between DI and TSIF was almost 40%. The most probably reason for this phenomenon was that a person with “questionable” fluorosis wouldn't be calculated as a fluorosis patient. The proportion of “questionable” in 35-44 age group was the highest (40.3%). Conclusion:DI is suitable for large-scale epidemiology survey, and should be combined with community fluorosis index (CFI), while TSIF is suitable for esthetic study, especially for severe fluorosis patients.

Ophthalmology in China 1993;0(04):-
Objective To compare the postoperative effect of pars plana vitrectomy, phacoemulsification and intraoeular lens (IOL)implantation with silicon oil removed, phacoemulsification and IOL implantation.Design A retrospective case-control study.Par- ticipants 91 cases(104 eyes)of proliferative diabetic retinopathy with tractive retinal detachment or vitreous hemorrhage were per- formed cataract surgery with IOL implantation. Methods All patients were followed up average 6 months,in whom 52 eyes with pars plana vitrectomy, phacoemulsification and IOL implantation(combined group),and the other 52 eyes with silicon oil removed,pha- coemulsification and IOL implantation(sequential group). The differences of the postoperative visual acuity and inflammatory reactions of the anterior chamber between the two groups were analyzed.Main outcome measures Visual acuity and inflammatory reactions of the anterior chamber. Results There were 14/52 eyes with best corrected visual acuity more than 0.1 in combined group and 8/52 eyes in the sequential group after the surgeries(X~2=-6.87,P=0.07) .Corneal edema happened in 16/52 eyes in combined group and 6/52 eyes in sequential group 1 week after the surgeries(X~2=11.53,P=0.001).Keratic precipitate happened in 20/52 eyes in combined group and 9/52 eyes in sequential group after the surgeries(X~2=5.79,P=0.019) .Conclusions The incidence of postoperative anterior chamber in- flammation is higher in Phacoemulsification combined with pars plana vitrectomy group.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Clerodendrum inerme. Methods The constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Results Eight compounds: friedelin (Ⅰ), stigmasterol (Ⅱ), betulinic acid (Ⅲ), acacetin (Ⅳ), syringic acid (Ⅴ), p-methoxybenzoic acid (Ⅵ), apigenin (Ⅶ), and daucosterol (Ⅷ) were isolated from the aerial part of C.inerme. Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, and Ⅷ are isolated from C.inerme for the first time.
