Objective To analyze the related factors of ADR/ADE cases caused by Sanqi Panax notoginseng for injection(lyophilization),in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of Sanqi Panax notoginseng for injection.Methods Adopted the method of retrospective study,this paper statistically analyzed ADR/ADE cases caused by Sanqi Panax notoginseng for injection(lyophilization)in the database of Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center in Qingdao from January 2015 to December 2015.Results There were altogether 123 ADR/ADE cases caused by Sanqi Panax notoginseng for injection(lyophilization)in 2015,with 90 cases in general,12 new cases, 21 severe cases;more female patients than male patients;more middle -aged and old patients;irrational use of the drug accounting for 45.53% of the total number of the report;and there was a higher proportion of irrational drug use in grass -roots medical institutions.Conclusion Irrational drug use is an important factor leading to ADR/ADE cases caused by Sanqi Panax notoginseng for injection(lyophilization),so the injection of Sanqi Panax notoginseng (lyophilization)should be regulated in order to reduce the occurrence of ADR/ADE cases.

To develop a medication reminder based on Android platform, which can be used to set up personalized reminders quickly and record the patient' s medication time-stamp and related information. In addition, the effect of using the reminder on medication compliance was studied. 14 subjects participated in the evaluation of medica-tion compliance. The differences of dosage and medication rate between the group using and without using reminder were investigated. The dosage and medication rate were got by the pill counting. The Wilcoxon matched -pairs signed rank test showed that the dosage and the medication rate of the group using reminder were higher than that without using reminder significantly(Z= -2. 93, P =0. 003 ). The results demonstrated that the use of the re-minder can improve the medication dose and rate significantly,indicate that the reminder might be a new technical support for clinical research on medication compliance, and also might reduce the workload for medical staff and patients.

Objective To observe the incidence and transformation of pyuria and bacteriuria in different time point after TURP and supply the evidence for antibiotic application.Methods From March,2011 to May,2012,84 patients with BPH admitted in our hospital.Their ages ranged from 61 to 87 years old,mean (71.9±7.6) years.The volume of prostate in those patients ranged from 27.8 to 118 ml,mean (70.8±24.1) ml.The procedure of TURP was undergone in all of them.In one week after the operation,two urine specimens from each patient,one for urine routine examination and one for urine culture,were collected 24 h after the catheter have been withdrawn.The catheter was also cultured.During the following-up,urine routine examination and urine culture were regularly performed in 1,2,3 months after surgery.If the patient had both pyuria and bacteriuria,he should be excluded the study.Results The pyuria rate on one week,one month,two months and three months were 54.8％ (46/84),100.0％ (82/82),65.8％ (48/ 73),34.2％ (25/73),respectively.There is a significance difference among those groups (P＜0.05).It seemed that the pyuria would appear in all patients.However,the incidence would gradually decrease.It seemed that the pyuria has the tendency of self-recovery.A significant difference of prostatic resection volume after 3 months could be observed in the pyuria group (31.4±15.2 ml) and non-pyuria group (24.8±11.6 ml) (P＜0.05).The bacteriuria rate on one week,1,2,3 months were 7.1％ (6/84),11.0％ (9/82),6.8％ (5/73)and 0,respectively.There is no significance difference among the groups (P＞0.05).Conclusions Pyuria will appear after TURP and the incidence reduced gradually following the time.The pyuria alone without the bacteriuria may be explained by inflammation,that antibiotics were unnecessary.The bacteriuria alone without the pyuria may be considered as asymptomatic bacteriuria or bacterial colonization,antibiotics were unnecessary,either.

Objective To histomorphometricly assess changes occurred in the alveolar ridge following different methods of socket preservation and to compare them against natural healing without interventions. Methods The second、 third and fourth mandibular premolars were extracted from six beagles. Six extraction sites in each dog were randomly assigned to three treatments as follows:natural healing (T1), Bio-Oss Collagen (T2) and immediate implant with Bio-Oss (T3). Six month after surgery, the dogs were euthanized and tissue samples were sectioned, fixed and mounted, then were stained with toluidine blue. The histologic studies and morphological measurements were performed by using an optical microscope and a digital image software. Results Reabsorption in the buccal aspect of the alveolar crest of ridge was showed in all groups. With respect to the mean vertical bone loss of the buccal bone plate, T3 is lower than T1 and T2(P<0.001 ), while no significant differences were observed between T1 and T2. With regard to horizontal dimension of the alveolar process , a statistical significance could be found at 3mm and 4mm below the crest of ridge in group T1 and T3(P=0.017, P=0.042), while no statistical differences were found between other groups. Conclusions Both techniques of alveolar ridge preservation were not able to completely preserve the original bone volume after tooth extraction. Immediate implant placement in combination with Bio-Oss seems to have the potential to limit the reabsorption of the alveolar process efficiently , but the bone preserving effect of Bio-Oss Collagen is undesirable.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of using polytetraflouroethylene (e-PTFE) tube with self-Schwann cells implanted to repair facial nerve defect.

METHODSEnzymatic digest method was used to get pure Schwann cells in short time. The e-PTFE membrane tube was used to bridge the 1.0 cm defect of facial nerve and pure self-Schwann cells were injected into the tube. As control group, the e-PTFE tube without self-Schwann cells was used in the same way. Electric physiological and histological examinations were taken in different times.

RESULTSThe effect of nerve regeneration of the experimental group was better than control group at any time. The nerve conduction velocity of the experimental group was 29.70 m/s in the 16th week, while the control groups was 23.00 m/s respectively at the same time.

CONCLUSIONIt is possible to obtain sufficient active Schwann cells by enzymatic digest method. Using e-PTFE tube to bridge the defect of facial nerve with self-Schwann cells implanted can get effect of nerve regeneration.
