Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(5):425-426
ObjectiveTo study the effect of ultrasound transdermal drug delivery combining with semiconductor laser on chronic pelvic inflammation disease(CPID).Methods80 CPID patients were divided into two groups randomly: 40 cases for treating group who accepted ultrasound transdermal drug delivery and semiconductor laser. 40 cases for the control group who accepted ultrasound transdermal drug delivery only. After 30 days of treating, a Condition-Score was assessed. ResultsIn the treating group, 18 cured, 19 remarkable effective, 3 effective, which was significant improved compared with that in the control group, 6 cases cured, 21 cases remarkably effect,10 cases effective, 3 case ineffective(P<0.01).ConclusionUltrasound transdermal drug delivery combined with semiconductor laser is more effective on chronic pelvic inflammation disease.

5.Advancement in diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome
International Eye Science 2017;17(7):1261-1264
Acute retinal necrosis syndrome (ARNS) is a group of eye syndrome.Acute uveitis, retinal artery occlusive vasculitis, fused necrotic retinitis and late stage of retinal detachment is the main clinical manifestation.A part of patients may be associated with increased intraocular pressure. The etiology and pathogenesis is still not clear completely and most people think that may be related to the virus infection, which mainly to reflected to be herpes simplex virus (HSV), varicella zoster virus (VZV), EB virus and giant cell virus (CMV) infection. Its diagnosis mainly depends on clinical manifestation, examination and etiological examination.Acute retinal necrosis syndrome is urgent and develops quickly, and it is lack of specific clinical symptoms in early times.By the way, it enjoys high misdiagnosis rate and poor prognosis. It is hard to cure, therefore, it is an important reason for the blindness.Once diagnosed, treatment should be adopted by carrying local and systemic antiviral, preventive laser photocoagulation in time.At the same time, it is essential that vitreous body resection combine with silicone oil tamponade treatment when necessary. The study shows that the effective measures of early treatment will be able to prevent disease progression and improve visual acuity. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome is very important. In this paper, combination of the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome were reviewed.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To study the changes in gene expression profiles of dendritic cells(DCs) during their maturation processes using cDNA microarray.Method DCs were generated from human peripheral blood monocytes induced by GM-CSF and IL-4,and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) was used to induce the maturation of DCs.After inducing for 48h,cells were collected to extract the general RNA.Genes expressions of mature DCs(maDC) and immature DCs(imDC) were analyzed using cDNA microarray, and immature DCs without induction served as control. Results DCs expressed highly surface markers of mature DCs after LPS induction. The studied data showed that among those 165 target genes,a total of 50 genes(30.3%) exhibited differential levels of expression in LPS-induced mature DCs.Thirty-five genes were up-regulated and fifteen genes were down-regulated.Maturation-dependent up-regulation,defined by a differential expression ratio of ≥2,included twelve cytokine and chemokine genes, ten antigen uptake and presentation genes and thirteen signal transduction molecule genes.Reciprocally,maturation-dependent down-regulation,defined by a differential expression ratio of ≤0.5,occurred with two cytokine, five antigen uptake and presentation genes and eight signal transduction molecule genes.Semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was employed to further confirm the results of cDNA microarray. Conclusion It is suggested that LPS has significant influence on many genes of DCs in their maturing processes. Those changed genes include cytokines, chemokines and their receptors, antigen uptake and presentation molecules and signal transduction molecules.Analysis on these differentially expressed genes is helpful in understanding the maturing processes of DCs.
9.Effect of elective caesarean section and vaginal delivery on maternal pelvic floor dysfunction
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2016;25(9):662-664,665
Objective To explore the impact of elective caesarean section and vaginal delivery on maternal pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods A total of 131 pregnant women from January 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were divided into observation group which re-ceived elective caesarean section and control group which received vaginal delivery. All the maternal and neonatal clinical data were counted. The occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction disease in postpartum women after 6 to 8 weeks was observed. The occurrence of vaginal wall pro-lapse,uterine prolapse, stress urinary incontinence (SUI)and maternal pelvic floor muscle damage between two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were varying degrees anterior vaginal wall prolapse phenomenon occured on 31 cases in obervation group, the pro-lapse rate was 67.39%,compared with 92.94% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Observation group with 13 cases of descent vaginae posterior, the prolapse rate was only 28.26%,compared with 75.29% of the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).The maternal uterine prolapse rate of observation group was about 13.04%,compared with 35.29%(30 cases)of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Observation group with 6 cases of maternal SUI, the probability is about 13.04%,compared with 29.41% of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in deep and shallow maternal pelvic floor muscle between two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion To adopt elective cesar-ean section has a lower probabilities of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease than that by vaginal delivery for maternal women, which is propitious to the recovery of pregnant women, while it has nothing to do with pelvic floor muscle damage.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2001;34(2):101-102
Objective To investigate the levels of cytokines in sera of patients with various types of psoriasis. Methods Six cytokines, sIL-2R、 IL-2、 -4、 -10、 -12 and IFN-γ , were detected by sandwich ELISA in the sera from 15 patients with guttate psoriasis, 23 plaque psoriasis, 9 pustular psoriasis, 9 arthropathic psoriasis and 9 erythrodermic psoriasis. Results Significantly higher levels of cytokines were observed in guttate psoriasis for sIL-2R (P<0.01), in plaque psoriasis for IL-4,-12 and sIL-2R (P< 0.05 or < 0.01), in pustular psoriasis for IL-4 and -10 (P< 0.05), in arthropathic psoriasis for IL-10 (P< 0.01), in comparison with the controls. The levels of the six cytokines were increased in erythrodermic psoriasis with no significant difference from the controls. The ratio of the average level of IL-4 to IFN-γ was 1.57 in pustular psoriasis, 0.61 in plaque psoriasis, 0.30 in gutatte psoriasis, 0.24 in erythrodermic psoriasis, and 0.02 in arthropathic psoriasis. Conclusion There is different expression of cytokines in sera of patients with various types of psoriasis.
