Objective:To study the master iodine nutrition status of population living in areas with different iodine in drinking water and the cut-off point of stopping iodized salt supply and the range of adequate iodine intake for the strategy of prevention from iodine deficiency or excess. Method:Thirteen townships points along the Yellow River downstream in Shandong were investigated and divided into six groups(A-F) based on water iodine concentrations of 0-50,50-100,100-150,150-300,300-800 and over 800 ?g/L. The indicators of water iodine,edible salt iodine,urinary iodine(UI) and thyroid goiter were observed. Results:From A,B,C,D,E and F group,the medians of water iodine concentration were 20.3,91.4,143.2,203.6,341.9 and 812.3 ?g/L,of edible salt iodine were 0,25.7,25.8,30.4,36.4 and 33.0 mg/kg,and of UI were 116.8,354.2,400.4,607.9,881.3 and 1 213.8 ?g/L respectively. The goiter rates were 10.8,8.6,15.0,14.2,14.9 and 25.0 % respectively . The sample proportion of UI below 100 ?g/L was 8.2%,of 100-300 ?g/L was 18.2% and of over 300 ?g/L was 73.6%. Frequency excursion of UI had a high trend towards water iodine concentration over 90?g/L in 5 groups. The proportion of UI over 300 ?g/L increased,consistent with higher water iodine level. Median UI of all groups with iodized salt decreased significantly,especially group F. There were significant correlations between UI and water iodine. Iodine nutrition status was markedly excessive in group B,C,D,E and F. Conclusions:Iodine nutrition status of most residents consuming drinking water with iodine concentration about 20 ?g/L should be adequately supplied with eligible iodized salt. Iodine intakes in groups B-F were excessive,and iodized salt supply should be stopped there. The cut-point of water iodine level where iodized salt stopped could possibly be 90 ?g/L,and the range of adequate iodine intake,in terms of drinking water,could be defined at range of over 20 to 90 ?g/L in iodine concentration.

Objective To evaluate left ventricular systolic synchronicity in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy by V-plane imaging and compare with clinical commonly used tissue Doppler imaging (TDI),evaluate the relevance and consistency between these two parameters.Methods 20 patients diagnosed with DCM and 20 healthy controls were enrolled,2D images,V-plane imaging and TDI waveform were acquired.Time to peak velocity of left ventricular 12 segments were measured by TDI and the standard deviation (TDI_SD) were calculated.Displacement time to peak were measured by V-plane and the standard deviation (V-plane_SD) were calculated.Results Compared with control group,TDI_SD and V-plane_SD increased significantly (P ＜ 0.01),TDI time to peak increased and V-plane time to peak decreased significantly(P ＜0.01).In the two group,12 segment time to peak measured by V-plane were significantly higher than TDI(P ＜ 0.01).There was a significant correlation between TDI_SD and V-plane_SD (r =0.925,P ＜0.001).Bland-Altman plot showed that 95％ plots of ratio of TDI_SD and V-plane_SD were among limits of agreement,which was (0.50,1.36).Conclusions Left ventricular systolic synchronicity in DCM patients can be observed by V-plane imaging.V-plane has significant relevance and consistency with TDI,and can overcome the limitations of TDI that 12 segments can not be displayed in the same cardiac cycle.

Objective To investigate the qualitative diagnosis of salivary gland mass with contrastenhanced ultrasound(CEUS).Methods The CEUS manifestations in 78 cases with salivary gland mass were observed after intravenous bolus injection with contrast agent SonoVue and confirmed by histology.Results Among 78 salivary gland masses,there were 29 cases with pleomorphic adenomas (37.2％),19with Warthin's tumors (24.4 ％),7 with basal cell adenomas (8.9 ％),and 11 with the other benign masses (14.1％),12 with malignant tumors (15.4％).The intensity of contrast-enhanced masses,whether the enhanced mass margin was clear,whether the peripheral enhancement rim was complete and whether the mass was enlarged were the diagnostic criteria to differentiate the benign and malignant tumors.The accuracy,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 87.2％,95.2％,56.3％,89.4％,75.0％ respectively,and the results also displayed positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were 2.178,0.085 respectively.Although they presented with the highest incidence among benign tumors,their CEUS manifestations showed remarkable statistical differences when the pleomorphic adenoma was compared with Warthin' s tumor and basal cell adenoma respectively in enhancement intensity(P ＜0.01) while there were no statistical differences between Warthin's tumors and basal cell adenomas (P ＞0.05).Conclusions CEUS manifestations of salivary gland mass were helpful to the differential diagnosis of various salivary gland tumors.

Objective To explore and assess the reasonable application of integrated collaborative service mode in obstetrics and gynecology clinical service.Methods 152 pregnant women admitted in obstetric outpatient from March 2016 to May 2016 were randomly assigned into observation group and control group,76 cases in each group.The control group received obstetric traditional outpatient treatment and hospitalization mode,while the observation group implemented the integrated collaborative service mode.It was a integrated mode based on the traditional mode and multidisciplinary professionals integrated into groups for synergistic services,from the beginning of pregnancy to discharge.Results The number of cases who were knowledged maternal diseases,intraoperative coordination,reasonable diet and breastfeeding of the observation group (69,70,69,66) were superior to those of the control group (51,40,54,50) (x2=17.56,52.58,12.44,11.11,all P<0.001).The incidence rate of maternal and neonatal complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=12.04,6.49,2.87,9.26,-7.14,all P<0.005).And patients satisfaction survey was improved,the number of satisfaction and complaint in the observation group was 70 persons,1 person,which of the control group was 70 persons,6 persons (x2=7.65,P<0.01).Conclusion Integrated collaborative service mode can improve the quality of medical service and patients' satisfaction,while reduce cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage and maternal complications.Integrated collaborative service mode is an effective method to promote the development of perinatal medicine.

Objective To forward the concept of solution space of pharmacokinetics for studying radiophannaceutical distributions in animal models. Methods On the basis of special solutions of differential equations of pharmacokinetics, the solution space was established using the characteristics of linearly independent particular solutions and used to express the pharmacokinetics of pharmaceuticals in vivo. 0. 2 ml (7.4 MBq) 2β-carbomethoxy-3β- (4-corophenyl)-8-(2-18F-fluoroethyl) nortropane (18F-FECNT) was injected through tail vein into normal mice. The mice were sacrificed by decapitation at 5, 15, 30, 60, 120 and 180 min post-injection. Brain tissues were removed and weighed, and radioactivity was counted with the γ-counter. The solution space theory was used to study pharmacokinetics of 18F-FECNT in brain tissues of mice. Results The result showed that all solutions of pharmacokinetics models, based on differential equations, were included in the solution space. The solution of any organ or tissue could be linearly expressed by bases of the solution space. When the dimension number of the solution space was no more than 3, the solution could be directly expressed with coordinate picture. By this rule in our theory, the quantity of 18F-FECNT in brain tissues of mice changed with time, which was accorded with the experiment. The coordinates of striatum, frontal cortex, temporal cortex, occipital cortex, parietal cortex, hippocampus and cerebellum in the solution space were ( 10.13, 1.49), (4.27, 0. 84), (4.48, 0.81 ), (2.89, 0.98), (3.65, 0. 83),(3.55, 0. 98) and (2.03, 1.25 ), respectively. Conclusion The theory of solution space could be used to study pharmacokinetics of 18 F-FECNT in mice brain.

Objective:To compare the pharmacoeconomics value of domestic olanzapine with imported olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinics. Methods:Two hundred patients with schizophrenia were ran-domly divided into group A ( treated with domestic olanzapine ) and group B ( treated with imported olanzapine ) with 100 cases in each. The treatment course was 8 weeks. The patient’ s condition, adverse reactions, social function, quality of life and daily activity in the two groups were evaluated. Meanwhile, cost-efficacy analysis was performed. Results:The scores of PANSS, SDSS, SQLS and ADL after the treatment were all significantly lower than those before the treatment in both groups (P<0. 01). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). In the 2nd and 4th weekend after the treatment, the scores of TESS in group A were all significantly higher than those in group B (P<0. 01). The effectiveness of the two groups was similar. The cost in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0. 01). The efficacy-cost ratio in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0. 01). Conclusion:The domestic olanzapine is as effective and safe as imported olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia with lower treat-ment cost. Therefore, the pharmacoeconomics value of domestic olanzapine is much better.

Object To study the microwave assisted procedure for the extraction of baicalin from root of Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi Methods An MSP 100D domestically made microwave sample preparation system with a maximum power of 850 watts was used. The effects of solvents, pressure/temperature of solvents and microwave radiation time on the yield of baicalin were studied by orthogonal experimental design. Results The optimal experimental conditions were extraction at 70% of microwave power with 30 times of 35% ethanol at a constant heating pressure/temperature of 0.15 MPa for 30 s. Conclusion The microwave assisted extraction not only takes a shorter time with better parallel results, but also gave an increased yield of about 10% as compared with ultrasonic extraction.
