1.Application of oral food challenge in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal food allergy in the children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(7):557-560
Food allergy is a common illness in children, which is divided into IgE-mediated,non-IgE mediated and mixed-mediated food allergy.Gastrointestinal tract is the mainly affected organ, mostly mediated by non-IgE mechanism.Gastrointestinal food allergy are lack of unified diagnostic criteria currently, whose mechanism is also elusive. Moreover, the double-blind placebo-controlled food challenge is the gold standard for the diagnosis of food allergy. This review focuses on the procedure for the oral food challenge and its application in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal food allergy.

Astragalus mongholicus with red or green stalks and A.mcmbramaceus with or witho ut down on it leaves were differentiated by comparing their pollen, vein on their leaf surf ace, scanning their stigma and ovary with election microscope and analyzing their isoenzy mes aud lipases
5.Study Progress of Gasotransmitter Hydrogen Sulfide and Cardiovascular Diseases
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Hydrogen sulfide is found to be the third gasotransmitter. It exerts extensive biological effects in nerve system, cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal system, and so on.In cardiovascular system,it exerts the function of vasorelaxation, inhibition of vascular smooth mu-scle cells and cardioprotection. It is also concerted with many cardiovascular diseases such as pulmonary hypertension, hypertension, coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis. This review discusses the latest research progress in the significance of hydrogen sulfide in cardiovascular diseases.

The genesis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC)is a complicated biology process involve in multiple factors. It has been paid more attention to the genetic susceptibility in the pathogenesis and development of PHC.As the third generation of molecular genetic marker, single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)becomes a hot topic in the research field of PHC.This article summarized the research evolution of the relationship between the susceptible gene SNP of PHC and PHC susceptibility.

Objective To Study the relation between analgesic action of alcohol extraction of Natrix tigrina Lateralis and central nervous system. Methods Manifold ache models of experimental nerve centre were established to observe the analgesic action and degree of alcohol extraction of Natrix tigrina Lateralis to the ache models. Results Alcohol extraction of Natrix tigrina Lateralis had analgesic action to all ache models of nerve centre, and the high-dose group was obviously. Conclusions Analgesic action of alcohol extraction of Natrix tigrina Lateralis is related to effecting on central nerves system, which effects antinociceptive in central nervous.

Objective To explore the expression of FOXM1 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and the relationship between FOXM1 expression and the clinical pathological factors, clinical response to target-therapy in NSCLC remained unknown. Methods A total of 80 NSCLC patients were recruited into this study,FOXM1 expression was assessed by immunohistochemistry and analyzed with the clinical pathological factors and clinical response to target-therapy.Results The positive rate of FOXM1 expression was 41.25%.The positive expression of FOXM1 had no significant difference in patients with different age, gender, cancer staging, smoking history(P>0.05),but had significant difference in patients with different degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Survival time in patients with positive FOXM1 expression was significant shorter than that with negative FOXM1 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of FOXM1 closely correlated with patients histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis,progress-free survival time in patients with positive FOXM1 expression was significantly shorter than those with negative FOXM1 expression.

Objective To study the mechanism of liver-qi stagnation syndrome of rat models. Methods The binding method was used to make rat models of liver-qi stagnation syndrome and the quantitative changes of hypothalamus norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (E), dopamine (DA), and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) before and after modeling were determined with reversed phase ion pair (RP-IP)-HPLC. Results The level of E, DA and 5-HT was remarkably increased (P

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations of coexistent rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)(Rhupus syndrome). Methods Clinical data from a patient with Rhupus syndrome were analyzed combined with literature review. Results The patient was a middle-aged female, who presented with features of RA and developed features of SLE 7 years later.Renal involvement in common cases is rare but presented in our patient with severe renal dysfunction. The patient showed part remission with glucocorticosteroids and cyclophosphamide therapy. Conclusion Rhupus syndrome is a rare condition sharing features of RA and SLE.These patients present with features of one disease but later on develop features of another.Glucocorticosteroids and immune suppressors are effective.Appreciation of these patients with rhupus is important since their therapy and outcome differ from those having RA or SLE alone.
