3.Analysis of thyroid function change before 20 weeks of pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(24):3755-3758
Objective To investigate the development of thyroid function before 20 weeks of pregnancy refer-ence range and prevalence of thyroid dysfunction. Methods 1 706 healthy routine check early single births over the same period of non-pregnant women and maternal health check were chosen for the study.Thyroid function were meas-ured,characteristics of thyroid function changes were analyzed. Results TSH median values minimum and maximum eight weeks of pregnancy,respectively,19 +6 weeks of gestation, respectively 0.90mU/L,2.74mU/L,FT4 median value minimum and maximum respectively nine weeks pregnant, pregnant 19 +6 week, respectively 11.34mpmol/L, 8.75pmol/L,TSH with the extension of time to pregnancy gradually increase, while FT4 decreased.Compared with non-pregnant women, pregnant 8 to 12 +6 weeks pregnant median TSH decreased 28.48%,FSH level in 34 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy was lower than the reference range, accounting for 5.54%.FT4 than non-pregnant women the median increased 7.98%,39 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy than non-FT4 reference range,ac-counting for 6.35%.In section 2.5% and 97.5% of euthyroid reference range, non-pregnant females, 8 to 12 +6 weeks of pregnancy,13 to 16+6 weeks of pregnancy,17 to 19 +6 weeks of gestation TSH reference range was 0.16-5.90mU/L, 0.03-3.66mU/L, 0.06-3.75mU/L, 0.32-4.32mU/L, FT4 respectively 6.70-14.04pmol/L, 7.99-18.67pmol/L,6.19-16.23pmol/L,6.43-13.50pmol/L.In 1 706 cases of pregnant women before 20 weeks of pregnancy,41 cases of thyroid dysfunction exists, the total prevalence of 2.40%,including one case of hyperthyroid-ism,1 case of hypothyroidism, subclinical hypothyroidism in 33 cases,6 cases of low FT4 hyperlipidemia, most common subclinical hypothyroidism.Thyroid peroxidase autoantibodies ( TPOAb ) positive rate was 18.70%.Conclusion Pregnancy 20 weeks pregnant TSH and FT4 before presenting specific changes,TSH at 8 to 12 +6 weeks of pregnancy decreased gradually, gradually increased, while the FT4 in 8 to 12 +6 weeks of pregnancy increased gradually, gradually reduce;thyroid dysfunction prevalence is higher,to subclinical hypothyroidism is most common in early pregnancy,so we recommend routine thyroid function tests.
4.The Problems and Countermeasures Existed in Network for Employment in the universities and colleges
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Giving full play to the function of the network and making it serve graduates for employment better has already been realized by all universities and colleges, but to make "five in one " of the employment network come true still needs the universities to increase input, strengthen management, and make a good construction of the campus employment network.
5.The countermeasure analysis of organ transplanting issue in our country
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
Organ transplanting in our country began in the 1970s,which has already made very great development and progress. But with many problems arising, this has brought certain difficulty to the further development of the organ transplanting. This article has analyzed the questions appearing in organ transplanting of our country and proposed the related countermeasures.
6.Effects of TIMP-3 gene transient expression on proliferation, migration and apoptosis of rabbit vascular smooth muscle cells
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(07):-
Objective Observe effects of TIMP-3 gene transient expression on proliferation, migration and apoptosis of VSMCs.Methods Transfect VSMCs separately in three groups as control, empty plasmid and recombinant group mediated by cationic liposome.First, calculate cells, quantify MMP-2 and analyse TIMP-3 mRNA at 24,48 and 72 h;Second, measure cell apoptosis rate and calculate migrated cells as well after 48 h.Results There were no difference between control group and empty plasmid group in cell growth,MMP-2's content,TIMP-3 mRNA expression and apoptosis rate, cells migration rate;but those of recombinant group were greatly different in other two(P
7.Survival analysis of patients with high risk refractory lymphoma treated by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
Chongqing Medicine 2016;45(12):1620-1623,1626
Objective To investigate the prognosis and survival situation of the patients with high risk refractory lymphoma treated by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation .Methods The follow up data in 110 patients with high risk refractory lymphoma treated by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed .The survival and prognosis factors of the patients after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were analyzed by using the Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and Cox proportional hazard regression analysis .Results The median survival time was 39 .4 months in 110 cases ,the 3‐year overall survival rate (OS) and progression free survival rate (PFS) were 80 .9% and 76 .4% respectively .The pa‐tients achieved CR status before transplantation(P=0 .016) and consolidation therapy after transplantation (P=0 .006) were the favorable prognostic factors of the patients undergoing transplantation .The prognosis in the patients with high LDH values ,IPI score>2 and bone marrow infiltration and HBV infection were poor(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can improve the long‐term survival rate in the patients with high risk refractory lymphoma .

10.The expression of Endophilin II and VEGF-C in human laryngeal cancer and connection with clinical treatment.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(13):1156-1159
OBJECTIVE:
To study the expression of Endophilin II and VEGF-C in human Laryngeal cancer and its relationship with the clinical treatment effect.
METHOD:
The expression and distribution of Endophilin II and VEGF-C protein were checked in 47 patients with laryngeal carcinoma in our hospital in 2006-09-2009-10 and 23 samples of normal tissues around the cancer by immunohistochemical staining SP method. After an appropriate surgical treatment, patients accepted a 5-year followup to evaluate their recurrence situation and 5-year survival rate.
RESULT:
Immunohistochemistry showed that Endophilin II protein was strongly positive expressed in normal tissues around the cancer (positive rate 82.61%). And the expression level was dependent on the lymph metastasis, T stage and lymph invasion (P < 0.05). Patients with positive Endophilin II expression had a higher survival rate and better recurrence situation. Expression of VEGF-C was significantly higher in laryngeal carcinoma than in normal tissue around the cancer (positive rate 51.06% and 13.04%). the expression level was dependent on the lymph metastasis and lymph invasion (P < 0.05), and negatively correlated with recurrence and 5-year survival rate.
CONCLUSION
Endophilin II and VEGF-C may involve in laryngeal cancer, and the expression of Endophilin II and VEGF-C has a positive correlation with pathological features and lymph metastasis, and both are related with recurrence and 5-year survival rate. So these two proteins are likely to be a potential target for diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal cancer.
