Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
Aim To study the effects of preconditioning with desflurane, sevoflurane and isoflurane on adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in anoxia-reoxygenation myocardial cells. Methods Rat ventricular myocytes, cultured for 4~5 days, were randomly allocated to five groups: Control group, anoxia-reoxygenation group and groups preconditioned with 1.5 MAC desflurane, sevoflurane or isoflurane following anoxia-reoxygenation. The content of intracellular ATP ,the activities of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine kinase(CK), and the cell viability were measured at the end of experiment. Results Preconditioning with 1.5 MAC desfllurane, sevoflurane or isoflurane significantly attenuated the great reduction in ATP and cell viability and the increase of LDH and CK caused by anoxia-reoxygenation. There was a positive correlationship between ATP and cell viability, and a negatiue correlationship between LDH and CK (r was 0.83, -0.87 and -0.82 respectively, P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2010;12(2):165-168
Objective To investigate the relationships between serum concentration of RBP-4 and the parameters of inflammatory, lipid metabolism, insulin resistance in patients with T2DM. Methods 71 patients newly diagnosed with T2DM and 34 subjects with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. Additionally, another subset analysis was performed. Subjects were divided into normal weight (NW) and overweight or obesity (OW/OB) group on the basis of BMI. Serum RBP-4 was measured with ELISA. Serum concentrations of hs-CRP, free fatty acids (FFA), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and insulin were measured in fasting status. Insulin resistance was assessed by HOMA-IR. Results Ln (HOMA-IR) and the concentrations of TG, FFA, In(hs-CRP) in T2DM were significant-ly higher than that of NGR group[1.20±0.38 vs 0.76±0.34,(2.74±2. 20)mmol/L vs (1.88±1.41),(0. 80±0. 29)mmol/L vs (0.61±0.22)retool/L,0.62±1.00 vs -0. 17±1.07] . InRBP-4 showed a positive relationship with In (HOMA-IR) ( r =0. 382, P <0. 05), but no association with TC, TG, FFA and In(hs-CRP). In the group of T2DM, InRBP-4 showed a positive relationship with FFA ( r =0. 242, P <0.05) and In (hs-CRP) ( r =0.346, P <0.01), but no association with TC, TG and In (HOMA-IR). There were no relationships between InRBP-4 and In (HOMA-IR), TC, TG, FFA and In (hs-CRP)in NW, while in OW/OB group, InRBP-4 showed a positive relationship with In (HOMA-IR) ( r =0. 290,P < 0. 05 ) and In (hs-CRP) ( r = 0. 295, P <0.05 ), but no association with TC, TG and FFA. In a mul-tiple linear regression analysis, In( hs-CRP), TC, TG, FFA or In(HOMA-IR) was not the independent de-terminant of InRBP-4 in any group. Conclusion In patients with T2DM, InRBP-4 is positively correlatedwith In (hs-CRP) and FFA, and it may be a new marker of inflammation.

Acetabular is an important human joint for weight bearing. Quadrilateral plate is a crucial structure of medial acetabulum with special morphology and important function. Quadrilateral plate fractures are common fracture in acetabulum. Quadrilateral plate fracture is hard to expose and reduction because it is in the medial of acetabulum. At the same time, the bone in the quadrilateral plate is not easy to fixed for thinning bones and adjacent to the articular cavity. The operator should know well about the anatomy and choose the suitable internal fixation. After quadrilateral plate fractures, the femur head maybe displace medially even break into pelvis. That make reduction and treatment always be a challenge. With different kinds of fractures, the efficacy of treatment is not the same. This paper intend to review the relation of anatomic features, approaches, internal fixations, key point of treatment and efficacy.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2015;(3):180-186
Objective To establish mathematical model for the differential diagnosis of endoscopic gastric ulcerative lesions with the help of image processing software and statistical analysis method. Methods The microscopic images of 25 gastric ulcers and 25 gastric peptic cancers were collected from January 2013 to December 2013.Then the Photoshop CS4 software was used for image processing and representative measurements gathering(area, perimeter, roundness, height, width, gray scale, involving the density, color, lightness, pixels). Then the principal component analysis, the scatter plot and cluster analysis were performed by SPSS 16.0.Results According to the results of principal component analysis, Z1 showed a strong positive correlation with area, perimeter, height, width, cumulative density, pixel, which represented the shape statistics of ulcer. And Z2 showed a strong positive correlation with gray scale, color, lightness, which represented the color statistics of ulcer. On the Scatter plot, gastric peptic cancer images showed a stronger positive correlation with the principal component Z1 and Z2 .Clustering analysis results showed that for the majority of patients, there was a pattern in its incidence. In the gastric ulcer diagnostic models, the effective information should include area≤10 000;perimeter≤250;height≤90;width≤60;gray scale≥90;cumulative density≤190 000;color≥110;and lightness≥110(unit:pixel).In the gastric ulcera-tive cancers, the effective information should include area≥38 000,perimeter≥690,height≥300,width ≥ 426,gray scale ≤ 100,cumulative density ≥ 14 000 000,color ≤ 125,and lightness ≤ 130 (unit:pixel). Conclusion Among the endoscopic image data, area, perimeter, roundness, height, width, gray scale, cumulative density, color, brightness, pixels are important indices, which can contribute to the differential diagnosis of gastric ulcerative lesions. The established mathematical model based on the ten indices can be applied to predict and diagnose gastric ulcerative lesions.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of narcolepsy in children with obesity, and to e-valuate the impact of obesity on narcoleptic children clinically. Methods Forty cases first diagnosed as narcolepsy were recruited in the study who to see doctors at the Department of Neurology,Children's Hospital of Capital Institute of Pediatrics, from July 2012 to January 2015. According to diagnostic criteria for obesity by the body mass index(BMI) growth curve for the Chinese children and adolescents, they were divided into the obese group and the nonobese group. The general clinical data of 2 groups were analyzed, and the related metabolic indexes and the whole night polysomnog-raphy(PSG)of 2 groups were studied. Results In this group, male versus female 3: 1,obesity was found in 21 cases (52. 5% )and nonobesity was found in 19 cases(47. 5% )from the samples. The mean BMI of all patients was (21. 55 ± 3. 11)kg/ m2 . The average BMI of the obese group was(23. 09 ± 2. 46)kg/ m2 ,and BMI of the non - obese group was(19. 85 ± 2. 89)kg/ m2 . Obese children were younger at the onset of disease and by the time of diagnosis age [(7. 94 ± 2. 22)years old,(8. 76 ± 2. 36)years old]than nonobese children[(10. 75 ± 3. 10)years old,(12. 51 ± 2. 88)years old]. The fasting blood glucose and blood lipid in all patients were normal, and there was no significant difference between 2 groups. The total sleep time, sleep efficiency and the ratio of rapid eye movement(REM)phase of the obese group[(397. 45 ± 53. 76)min,(68. 70 ± 8. 90)% ,(18. 37 ± 4. 39)% ]were significantly lower than those of the non - obese group[(449. 95 ± 86. 49)min,(76. 58 ± 13. 60)% ,(22. 19 ± 6. 34)% ]. According to the sleep structure, the percentage of stageⅠnon rapid eye movement(NREM)sleep in the obese group[(20. 90 ± 6. 38)% ] was more than that in non - obese group[(16. 26 ± 4. 22)% ]. There was no difference between the percentage of stageⅡNREM sleep in the obese group[(42. 59 ± 5. 52)% ]and the non - obese group[(38. 54 ± 8. 74)% ]. Stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ(slow wave sleep)NREM sleep ratio in the obese group[(18. 14 ± 6. 97)% ]was significantly lower than that in the non - obese group[(22. 60 ± 5. 69)% ]. Conclusions Obesity is one of the most common comorbids in narcolepsy, which affects more than 50% of narcoleptic children, mostly younger at disease onset. The narcolepsy children with obe-sity has total sleep time decreased, sleep efficiency reduced and sleep structure disorder is more obvious. To improve the realization of obesity in narcolepsy children and early treatment is the key to the success of the therapy.
