Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of postoperative intracranial infection in neurosurgery. Methods Between January 2014 and January 2014,50 patients with postoperative intracranial infection in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital were selected in this study.Among the 50 patients,25 patients were treated by intravenous antibiotic therapy,15 patients were treated with intrathecal and intravenous antibiotics treatment,10 cases were treated by intrathecal injection, intravenous antibiotics and lumbar pool catheter drainage way for treatment, and then we observed the clinical therapeutic effect of three groups of patients. Results In 50 patients,37 patients were cured,3 cases had marked effect,8 patients had effect,2 patients had no effect. Conclusion For patients with neurosurgical operations,to maximally reduce the risk of intracranial infection,it is necessary to take antibiotics according to the actual situation of patients, and make different treatment schemes according to the difference of infection.

Objective To determine whether ultrasound mediated microbubble destruction could increase naked human wild type p53 plasmid delivery to ovarian cancer in rats by intratumoral injection. Methods Forty rats with ovarian cancer successfully induced by chemical intoxicant were divided into four groups. The wild type p53 gene was cloned into a high expressing efficiency eukaryotic plasmid pcDNA 3.1+ and the mixture of naked human wild type p53 plasmid was carefully injected directly into the center of ovarian neoplasms with or without echo contrast agent, and it was exposed to ultrasound for twenty minutes once a week. Two months after p53 gene transfection, semiquantitative RT-PCR was used to detect wild type p53 mRNA expression and western blot was to evaluate p53 protein expression level. Results Recombinated eukaryotic expression plasmid DNA encoding pcDNA 3.1+ /p53 was successfully constructed and confirmed by sequence analyzing and endonuclease cutting. The ovarian cancer model of rat was obtained by exposure to intoxicant. Expression of human wild type p53 mRNA was significantly higher in rats transfected with wild type p53 plasmid by means of ultrasound and contrast agent than others(P

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(17):3423-3428
Referring to the rapid developed life science and the higher requirements for the approval of innovative Chinese drugs in recent years, this paper described systematically the discovery, research and development (R&D) approaches for the innovative Chinese drugs under the new situation from the following five aspects, i. e., active components discovered from TCMs, the discovery of effective fractions of TCMs and their formulae, the R&D of TCM innovative drugs based on famous classic prescriptions and famous Chinese patent drugs, and the transformation of clinical effective prescriptions, on the basis of analysing the advantages of innovative drugs derived from natural products based on TCM theories and the problems existed in current R&D of new TCM drugs. Moreover, five suggestions are also given for the rapid development of TCM innovative drugs in China. All these will provide reference for the R&D of TCM innovative drugs.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention therapy of losing weight on leptin and blood lipid, blood glucose, insulin in adolescent girl students with simple obesity. Methods Simple obesity adolescent girl students were accepted the losing weight therapy composed of the aerobic exercise, reasonable diet, behavior modification and medical supervision for 10 months. Then the changes of blood leptin and correlated hormone were examined before test, during test and after test, respectively. Results The leptin and correlated hormone levels were significantly higher in obesity subjects than that in normal subjects, and the levels of serum leptin was positively correlated with BMI and insulin. The blood leptin and blood lipid, blood glucose, insulin were decreased obviously after experimental losing weight. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention therapy of losing weight can significantly lose weight, leptin and insulin,so it plays an important role in modifying the metabolism disorder
