Nuciferin was isolated from the leaves of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn. Rabbits were drank it during 4 days at dose of 100mg/kg/day. We got results as follows: Nuciferin strengthened inhibition process in nervecells on sensitility and motor area of outer of brain and state of brain, it also dropped little the rate of heart but didn't affect on heart's activity
