3.Study on the ability against to be readdicted of cedemex drug on rats of Morphine addiction
Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;515(7):31-33
Objective: to study the ability of cedemex in preventing the spirit dependence (anti readdiction). Animals and method: using the method of position taste with condition to establish the model of spirit dependence to morphine in white house- mouse. Results: Among the mice taking continuously cedemex by 5 days, with 3 different doses, then using hydrocortisone to stimulate, the residence time in white boxes did not last clearly, the behaviour toward preferring white boxes was not recovered and it returned to position state without condition. But in morphine group when using NaCl 9%o, the residence time in white boxes did last clearly, the behaviour toward preferring white boxes was recovered.

4.Study on simultaneous dosage of morphine and codeine in Opizoic tablets by HPLC
Pharmaceutical Journal 2000;293(9):16-18
After extracting completely morphine and codeine from opizoic tablets with a mixture of 3 volumes of isopropanol and 7 volumes of chloroform, an HPLC method was used to determine simultaneously morphine and codeine in the extracts. The HPLC technique was carried out on the column Lichrosorb (4x250mm, 10m) with diode array detector or UV-detector at =285 nm and a mixture of 42 volumes of 0.24% sodium heptanesulfonat solution adjusted to pH=3.2 by phosphoric acid and 18 volumes of Acetonitrile as mobile phase at flow rate 1.0ml/min. The experimental results proved that the proposed HPLC method was rapid, specific, accurate and precise.

After extracting completely morphine and codeine from liquid extract of opinum with a mixture of 3 volumes of isopropanol and 7 volumes of chloroform, an HPLC method was used to determine simultaneously morphine and codeine in the extracts. The HPLC technique was carried out on the column lichrosorb (4x250mm, 10 Mm) with diode array detector or UV- detector at landa = 285 nm and a mixture of 42 volumes of 0.24% sodium heptanesulfonat solution adjusted to pH = 3.2 by phosphoric acid and 18 volumes of Acetonitrile as mobile phase at flow rate 1.0 ml/min. 8.Study on the effect of Cedemex on symptoms of stoping syndrome of morphin addicted white house mouse
Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;512(5):56-57
Subject: to evaluate the effect of cedemex on symptoms of withdrawal syndrome such as jumping time, body weight at lack of morphine. Animals: 50 morphine-addicted white house mice. The results: with appropriate dose, cedemex decreased clearly mouse’s jumping time, prevented effectively the reduction of body weight in mice lacking of morphine. The drug could decrease completely the symptoms of withdrawal syndrome in mice. It is remarkable that, with very high dose, cedemex could affect to digestive function of mice, decreased body weight on the first time, after that recovered but slower than those with medium dose

9.Evaluation of analgesic effectiveness of 30 mg morphine sulfate gelules from domestic production on cancer patients
Pharmaceutical Journal 2005;348(4):29-32
The analgesic efficacy of Morphin sulfate capsule 30mg manufactured domestically was evaluated in 59 cancer patients. Time of action onset after the first 30mg dose was 15-60 minutes (35-45 min in 70.6% patients) and the analgesic effect lasted from 2.5 to 12 hrs (4-5 hrs in 59.3% patients), depending on patients' pain score prior to administration of drug. Generally, 77.9%, 11.9% and 10.2% patients acquired good, moderate and poor results from analgesic treatment, respectively

Korean Journal of Anesthesiology 1985;18(1):19-26
In order to study the effect of spinal nareotics on postoperative pulmonary function and ventilatory reserve after upper abdominal surgery, small preoperative doses of morphine were administrated into the subarachnoidal space and the changes in FVC, FEVi.e., MMEF and FEVi.e./FVC with the SC-20 spirometric computer wer evaluated. The results were as follows: 1) On the 1st day postoperatively FVC of the control group was 56% of the preperative value, 2.94+/-0.68(1/sec), and that of the morphine group was 66% of the preoperative value, 2.99+/-0.73(1/sec).(p<0.05) On the 2nd and 3rd day postoperatively the control group was 64% and 65% and that of the morphine group was 82% and 87%. (p<0.05) 2) On the 1st and 2nd postoperative day FEVi.e. of the control group was 52% and 57% of the preoperative value, 2.49+/-0.43(1/sec), and that of the morphine group was 61%, and 65% of the preoperative value, 2.42+/-0.68(1/sec). (p<0.05) On the 3rd postoperative day the FEVi.e. of the control group was 65% and that of the morphine group was 80%. (p<0.05) 3) On the 1st and 2nd postoperative day the MMEF of the control group was 56%, and 61% of the preoperative value, 2.45+/-0.77(1/sec). In the 3rd postoperative day the MMEF on the control group was 63% and that of the morphine group was 78%. (p<0.01) 4) The preoperative FEVi.e./FVC of the control group was 84.3% and that of the morphine group was 78.7%. in the postoperative period, there were no significant differences between the control and morphine group.
