OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical curative effect of acellular dermal matrix contrast with temporalis fascia in type Ⅰ tympanoplasty. METHODS A retrospective analysis of 60 inflammatory chronic suppurative otitis media patients from January 2014 to January 2015 in Genenral Hospital of PLA Guangzhou Military Area were conducted.All cases were perpormed the ear incision under local anesthesia, including 32 cases(32 ears) with acellular dermal matrix, 28 cases(28 ears) with temporal fascia. The operation time, postoperative pain, the healing of tympanic membrane and the postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. RESULTS There was significant difference in the operation time and postoperative pain between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the success rate of tympanic membrane healing and postoperative hearing improvement(P>0.05). CONCLUSION The effect of acellular dermal matrix for repairing tympanic membrane is similar to the temporalis fascia. The use of acellular dermal matrix has the advantage of shorter operation time, less postoperative pain, and can avoid regional two incisions, it is worthy of clinical application.

Through defining the connotation of division and cooperation among medical institutions, this paper introduces the current status for division and cooperation among medical institutions of Britain, Germany, Singapore and USA. The advantages include excellent general practices, optimal health resource allocation, effective first treat-ment in community health facilities, and effective two-way referral. We analyzed the influence of some new policies on the division and cooperation among medical institutions such as medical association, managed care and the General Practices’ service contract. This provided a lot of experience and revelations, including the dynamics to promote the division and cooperation, the separation of outpatient services and inpatient services, privatization of primary medical institutions, division and cooperation between medical institutions and nursing, rehabilitation institutions, distinguis-hing the division and cooperation from hospitals alliance, and division and cooperation among medical institutions can not resolve the all issues in the medical care supply system.

Objective: To explore the anti-proliferation and apoptosis-inducing effects of decitabine combined with paclitaxel on paclitaxel-resistant MCF-7 cells. Methods:Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assays were used to determine the proliferation inhibition of drugs at different concentrations in 24, 48 and 72h. The group was treated with decitabine, paclitaxel and the combination of the two drugs, respectively. The cell apoptosis rate was determined by flow cytometry after the treatment with the drugs at different concentra-tions in 48h. Results:The results of CCK-8 showed the combination group significantly inhibited the cell proliferation when compared with the single drug use group(P<0. 05), and the anti-proliferation value was in a dose-dependent manner in all groups. The apopto-sis values after the treatment with decitabine, paclitaxel and the combination in 48h was(20. 4 ± 1. 98)%,(21. 8 ± 3. 34)% and(70. 8 ± 8. 23)%,respectively. Conclusion:The proliferation inhibition and apoptosis induction are both increased significantly in the com-bination group. Synergistic effect of decitabine and paclitaxel is found in multidrug resistant breast cancer cell line MCF-7 in vitro.

Objective To explore a new model of medical humanity education in new situation. Methods Extensive survey was carried out among medical students,and discussion and consultation were hold to faculty and education administers.A new teaching model was established. Results A curriculum system with 1 or 2 core courses supported by some elective courses and social practice is under the process of implementation and achieved preliminary success.Conclusion The medical humanity education should pay attention to the development of connotation instead of pursuing the extension of quantity blindly,which means that students' school work must be eased by focusing on self-study and self-education.Medical students'life path with high-minded personality training should be strengthened.

Objective To investigate the effects of exercise training(ET)on the expression of glucogen synthase kinase 3 bate(GSK 3?)in the adipose tissues of insulin resistant(IR)rats on a high fat diet(HFD). Methods Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group(n=10)and a model group(M group,n=20).Insulin resistance was established by feeding a HFD to the M group for 4 w,while rats in the control group were fed a normal diet.The IR rats were then randomly divided into two subgroups:an IR group and an ET group.All rats in the IR and ET groups were fed a HFD,but ET was administrated to the ET group for 6w.The expres- sion of GSK 3?protein in the rats'epididymis adipose tissue was detected using Western blotting,and body weight (BW),the concentrations of serum triglyceride and cholesterol(TG and TC),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and serum insulin(FINS),as well as insulin sensitivity index(ISI)were regularly detected.Results Compared with the con- trol group,BW and the concentrations of serum TG and TC,FPG and FINS in the model group were significantly in- creased(P＜0.05),while ISI was decreased(P＜0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no difference in GSK 3 protein expression in the ET group,but the expression of GSK 3?protein in the ET group was obviously de- creased in comparison with that in the IR group(P＜0.05).Conclusion ET can ameliorate IR by decreasing GSK 3?protein expression in adipose tissues and enhancing the ingestion of glucose and the synthesis of glycogen.

Caused by Helminthosporium carposaprum, tomato brown lea f spot was a serious disease in green house in Henan Province. The condition for promoting sporulation of fungi were tested in this paper. The results showed th at the number of sporulation were different on the different medium,the fungi c ould sporulate a lot on the PDA+tomato leaf and Czapek medium, but V8、PSA and t omato juice restrained sporulation.The best carbon source and nitrogen source f or the fungi promoting sporulation were fructose and ammonium chloride respectiv ely,mannitol and Peptone ammonium sulfate restrained sporulation. Light and ult raviolet radiation were in favor of sporulation , ultraviolet radiation irradiat ing for 60～80min promoted sporulation. The fungi were promoted sporulation on the condition of lower or higher temperature and alkalescence,which 15℃o r 30℃,pH 8～9.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of deep electroacupuncture (EA) at Baliao points in treating stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods: A total of 60 female patients with SUI were divided into two groups according to the order of consultation, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle training. The treatment group was treated with deep EA at Baliao points [Shangliao (BL 31), Ciliao (BL 32), Zhongliao (BL 33) and Xialiao (BL 34)]. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3％ in the treatment group, versus 33.3％ in the control group, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-short form (ICIQ-SF) and the volume of urinary leakage in both groups were lower than those before treatment (all P<0.05), and the ICIQ-SF score and the volume of urinary leakage in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Deep EA at Baliao points with long needles can improve the clinical symptoms in female patients with SUI, and it has a better curative effect than pelvic floor muscle training.
