1.Kinesitherapy Applied to Dyslipidemia (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(12):1078-1080
Many clinical researches and animal experiments proved that kineditherapy could undoubtedly improve the blood lipid level of dyslipidemia. The mechanism is that kineditherapy can regulate lipid metabolism, lipoprotein and lipoproteinic lipase. On the other hands kinesitherapy also indirectly modulates insulin, adhesion factors and cytokines to influence the blood lipid level. It is important for patients to choose suitable exercises and insist them for a long time. The effect of different activity intensity on lipid level has no distinct difference.

Purpose:To study the capacity of hematopoietic growth factors combinations(IL 3,G CSF,GM CSF) for inducing CD34 + cells to proliferate and differentiate committedly to granulocytes. Methods:CD34 + cells were isolated from peripheral blood by using a high gradient magnetic cell sorting sysem(MACS),and expanded with IL 3、G CSF and GM CSF in a liquid culture system.Colony forming cells and CD34 + cell ratio were studied by colony forming assays and FACS. Results:The combinations of IL 3,G CSF and GM CSF increased the total cell number by 56 fold and 110 fold, increased CFU GM by 8.44 fold and 35.08 fold respectively at the 3rd and the 7th day after culturing ,and the ratio of CD34 +cell decreased during the culture. Conclusions:It is possible to induce CD34 +cells to proliferate and differentiate committedly to granulocyte lineage.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
Objective To observe the clinical outcome of maintenance hemodialysis patients with hepatitis C viruses(HCV)infection. Methods A retrospective investigation about hepatitis C viruses infection was performed in our hemodialysis centre on December 31,2007.The clinical data including demography, serum transaminase,bilirubin,albumin,anti-HCV antibody,HCV RNA,infection-control procedures associated hemodialysis and ultrasound of the liver was analyzed. Results The prevalent rate of HCV infection in our hemodialysis centre was 20.2%(20/99),The mean age of maintenance hemodialysis patients with HCV infection was(63.3?10.9)years old,the duration on dialysis was(79.9?38.7)months,and the duration of positive serum anti-HCV was(32.6?22.6)months(the longest duration was 103.5 months).16 patients(80%)had blood transfusion history in the patients with HCV infection.Only four cases had viremia of HCV,the serum HCV RNA became negative in one of them spontaneously and in another one after interferon therapy for half a year, the other two of them have viremia now. Most of patients found their serum transaminase elevated transiently and mildly. The age and duration on dialysis of the patients with positive serum anti-HCV were significantly longer than those of patients with negative serum anti-HCV.After strict infection-control procedures were carried out,the new onset cases of HCV infection was significantly decreased(1.2% vs 5.3%,P

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2009;8(12):864-867
Objective To investigate the changes of serum inflammatory factors and blood glucose in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) . Methods Seventy eight SIRS patients were divided into survival subgroup (n =37) and fatal subgroup ( n = 41), 35 non-SIRS patients were designated as control group. Thirty eight out 76 patients whose blood glucose was higher than 6. 1 mmol/L were randomly selected for intensive insulin therapy. Serum IL-6, IL-10, IL-13, TNF-α and blood glucose were measured; HLA-DR expression on monocytes was detected. Results Serum IL-6, TNF-αand blood glucose levels were (80±8) vs. (42±7)×10~3μg/L, (52±20) vs. (17±6) ×10~3μg/L and (11.9±1.1)vs.(6.5±1.5)mmoL/L in SIRS vs.non-SIRS group respectively(all P<0.05);those were(108±21)vs.(66±22)×10~3μg/L,(28±8)vs.(16±9)×10~3μg/L,(14.4±2.1)vs.(7.0±1.0)mmol/L in fatal vs.survival group, respectively(all P<0.05).The changes of IL-10,IL-13 and HLA-DR expression intensity of monocyte showed a reverse trend. The intensive insulin therapy reversed the above tendency and reduced the fatality rate. Conclusions Blood glucose levels are corrected with serum cytokines in SIRS patients and reflex the immune status and disease prognosis.Intensive insulin therapy can improve the prognosis of SIRS patients.

Objective To explore the mechanism of cerebral infarction caused by hyperhomocystinemia. Methods A hundred and nineteen paitents with acute cerebral infarction were chosen for case group.According to their levels of plasm total homocystine, they were divided into two groups: hyperhomocystinemia group and nonhyperhomocystinemia group.Forty patents without cerebrovascular disease, hepatophy, nephrosis and thyroid gland disease were chosen as control subjects.Plasm levels of total homocystine, serum levels of MDA and IL-8 were measured respectively, their correlations were also studied. Results Plasma levels of tHcy(?mol/L)and serum levels of MDA(nmol/L)and IL-8 (ng/ml)showed a significant increase in case group(19.97,4.41?0.84,0.23?0.08)in comparison with control subjects(9.83,3.24?0.64,0.12?0.08),t values were 8.139,8.021,7.767 respectively(P

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2005;0(07):-
Objective To study the dynamic change of serum levels of inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome ( MODS) and its predicting value for prognosis. Methods All patients diagnosed as systematic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) were divided into MODS group (n = 48) and non-MODS group (n = 30) by their severity, and survival group (n = 37) and deceased group (n =41) by their prognosis. Serum levels of inflammatory, anti-inflammatory cytokines were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and intensity of the HLA-DR expression in monocytes was measured by flow cytometry. Results Serum level of inflammatory cytokines in patients of MODS group and deceased group was significantly higher than that in those of non-MODS and survival groups ( P
