1.Use of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire in Diagnosis of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2015;(7):439-441
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a commonly seen digestive disease. So far, there is no golden standard for the diagnosis of GERD. The main diagnosis methods used in clinical practice include gastroscopy,24 h esophageal pH monitoring and proton pump inhibitor test, however, these methods are either invasive or complex in procedure and with low diagnostic accuracy rate. Gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(GerdQ)possesses multiple advantages such as simple,non-invasive and easily acceptable. This article reviewed the use of GerdQ in diagnosis of GERD.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(5):780-782
Objective Leucine -rich repeat (LRR) -containing G protein -coupled receptor 6 (Lgr6) is glycoprotein hormone receptor and a part of G protein -coupled receptors (GPCRs).Lgr6 is composed of 977 amino acid residues of a polypeptide chain.Having 17 leucine -rich repeats and seven transmembrane domain. In the N -and C -termini are connected with cysteine -rich sequences. It is highest homologous to Lgr4 and Lgr5,but less relationship with thyroid stimulating hormone receptor, progesterone receptor, and follicle -stimulating hormone recep-tor.Research found out that Lgr6 marks in the hair follicles of stem cells can differentiate into all cells in the skin and Lgr6 expression in tumor also has important biological significance.

Journal of China Medical University 2015;(10):926-929
Objective To detect the levels of plasma gelsolin(GSN),vitamin D binding protein(VDBP)and coagulation?related parameters in peripheral blood between pre?eclampsia, then analyze their relationships with the onset or development of pre?eclampsia. Methods A total of 30 women with severe pre?eclampsia(SPE)and 30 women with mild pre?eclampsia(MPE)were enrolled for the study and randomly chosen as trial group. 30 normal pregnancies with matching gestational ages were selected as control group?1 and 30 normal full?term pregnancies were randomly chosen as control group?2. The levels of GSN,VDBP,platelet(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplas?tin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),and D?dimer were compared between those groups. Results The levels of GSN,VDBP and PLT,PT,APTT, FIB in SPE group were significantly lower than that of MPE group(P<0.05),and the level of D?dimer was significantly higher(P<0.05). In healthy pregnant women between control group?1 and control group?2,GSN fell during gestational weeks, with a concomitant rise in VDBP with no significance(P>0.05). There were no statistical difference among all the levels of coagulation?related parameters in healthy pregnant women(P>0.05). Conclusion GSN and VDBP levels in pre?eclampsia are significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women, along with pathological hy?percoagulative state, and which are related to severity of disease.

Objective To study the expression of divalent metal transporter 1(DMT1)and ferroportin 1(FPN1)in obese mice’ s duodenal epithelium and investigate the mechanism of the effect of obesity on iron absorption in mice. Methods C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into control group and obesity model group, each group of 6, To establish obese mice model by having a high-fat diet and the control group were fed with a normal diet for 12 weeks. After completion of modeling, The level of DMT1 and FPN1 mRNA expression in the duodenum were measured by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR( Real-time PCR) method, the protein expression of FPN1 was measured by Western-Blot. Results Compared with the control group, the level of DMT1、FPN1 mRNA and FPN1 protein expression in the duodenum were decreased significantly in obese mice ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Obesity can decrease the expression levels of DMT1、FPN1 mRNA and FPN1 protein and induce iron deficiency,in order to provide experimental and theoretical basis for studying the mechanism of iron deficiency caused by obesity further.

Objective We established the animal models of obesity induced by high-fat diet, in order to study the mRNA and protein expression of regulation molecules related with iron metabolism about hepcidin, lipocalin-2 ( LCN2 ) , ferroportin-1 (FPN1) in obese mice’ s liver and the molecular regulation mechanism. Methods C57BL/6J (4 ~6 weeks) mice were randomly divided into control group and obesity model group, each group of ten.The obesity group were fed with a high-fat diet and the control group were given the normal diet for lasting 15 weeks. After we successfully established the obesity animal model, the expression level of hepcidin, LCN2 and FPN1 mRNA in the liver were measured by Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method and the protein expression level of LCN2 and FPN1 were measured by Western-Blot.Results Compared with the control group, the expression level of hepcidin mRNA in the liver was increased in obesity group (P <0.05), however, the expression level of LCN2, FPN1 was no significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion Obesity can increase the expression of hepcidin mRNA, however, there was no significantly effect on the expression of LCN2, FPN1.So, we can’t think that obesity can affect the expression of LCN2 and FPN1, lead to the ability of cells uptake and release iron abnormal, then appear iron metabolism disorders. As a result, leading to iron deficiency.Maybe obesity can affect other regulatory molecules related with iron metabolism through up-regulation the expression of Hepcidin or the more complex regulatory mechanisms. We still need further experimental research and exploration. This research also provides the basis of theoretical and experimental for the further study the effects of obesity on the expression of regulation molecules related with iron metabolism in obesity mice’ s liver and the mechanism of iron deficiency.
