1.The structure and function of glycoprotein hormone receptor Lgr6
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(5):780-782
Objective Leucine -rich repeat (LRR) -containing G protein -coupled receptor 6 (Lgr6) is glycoprotein hormone receptor and a part of G protein -coupled receptors (GPCRs).Lgr6 is composed of 977 amino acid residues of a polypeptide chain.Having 17 leucine -rich repeats and seven transmembrane domain. In the N -and C -termini are connected with cysteine -rich sequences. It is highest homologous to Lgr4 and Lgr5,but less relationship with thyroid stimulating hormone receptor, progesterone receptor, and follicle -stimulating hormone recep-tor.Research found out that Lgr6 marks in the hair follicles of stem cells can differentiate into all cells in the skin and Lgr6 expression in tumor also has important biological significance.

3.Use of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire in Diagnosis of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2015;(7):439-441
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a commonly seen digestive disease. So far, there is no golden standard for the diagnosis of GERD. The main diagnosis methods used in clinical practice include gastroscopy,24 h esophageal pH monitoring and proton pump inhibitor test, however, these methods are either invasive or complex in procedure and with low diagnostic accuracy rate. Gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(GerdQ)possesses multiple advantages such as simple,non-invasive and easily acceptable. This article reviewed the use of GerdQ in diagnosis of GERD.
4.Study Progress of Diagnosis and Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is an autoimmune connective-tissue disorder with a wide range of clinical features.Although the clinical symptoms and immunological findings of pediatric SLE are similar to those of adult SLE patients, the pediatric SLE has some special aspects. In the recent years, although there was no abrupt development in the diagnosis and treatment of SLE,there were some new findings, maybe not mature. On the basis of recent findings outsides, this study drew attention to the advances in the novel clinical manifestation, update treatment of pediatric SLE.

Objective A new type adsorbent for removal of bacterial ET was prepared by immobilizing L-serine covalently onto polyvinylidene difluoride membrane (PVDF-Ser) to study the effect of hemoperfusion on sepsis induced lung injuries in a pig model. Method Endotoxemia were induced in thirteen pigs by injecting endotoxin (1 μg/(kg·h) ) intravenously for 2 h. One hour later, the pigs were treated with absorber of PVDF-Ser volumn (group hemoperfusion) or empty adsorber (group control) for 2 h. Extravascular lung water indexed to body weight and alveolar capillary permeability, levels of serum endotoxin, tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6, malondialdehyde, glutathione, myeloperoxidase activity, and lung histological changes and myeloperoxidase immunohistochemical analysis were measured. Results Hemoperfusion treatment with PVDF-Ser volumn significantly improved extravascular lung water, pulmonary alveolar capillary permeability and lung injuries ( P < 0. 05). In addition, hemoperfusion attenuated both serum and pulmonary cytokines, and decreased lung malondialdehyde and myeloperoxidase levels ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Hemoperfusion with the adsorber of PVDF-Ser volumn effectively reduced inflammatory responses and improved lung injuries and oxidative stress in endotoxemia. It has a high potential of clinical application for treatment of patients with severe sepsis.

Objectives To investigate medical students' satisfaction degree clinical practice,to find out the shortages of the clinical practice teaching, and to further put forward the measures of clinical practice. Methods By using a selfdesigned questionnaire,115 student interns were surveyed with anonymous questions,to collect data about the satisfaction degree of the hospital teaching conditions, conditions of teachers, practice quality of clinical departments, management department intern management work, the practical effect and views of clinical practice and other information.99 effective copies were retrieved using Excel analyze data. Results Interns' overall satisfaction with clinical practice is not high, and the satisfaction degree to the management department' work is the lowest, the satisfaction degree to the conditions of teachers of hospital is the highest. Conclusion Medical students'clin-ical practice satisfaction needs improving. To this end,we should improve the system and teaching conditions and strengthen management to meet the needs of students and improve their practice quality.

Journal of China Medical University 2015;(10):926-929
Objective To detect the levels of plasma gelsolin(GSN),vitamin D binding protein(VDBP)and coagulation?related parameters in peripheral blood between pre?eclampsia, then analyze their relationships with the onset or development of pre?eclampsia. Methods A total of 30 women with severe pre?eclampsia(SPE)and 30 women with mild pre?eclampsia(MPE)were enrolled for the study and randomly chosen as trial group. 30 normal pregnancies with matching gestational ages were selected as control group?1 and 30 normal full?term pregnancies were randomly chosen as control group?2. The levels of GSN,VDBP,platelet(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplas?tin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),and D?dimer were compared between those groups. Results The levels of GSN,VDBP and PLT,PT,APTT, FIB in SPE group were significantly lower than that of MPE group(P<0.05),and the level of D?dimer was significantly higher(P<0.05). In healthy pregnant women between control group?1 and control group?2,GSN fell during gestational weeks, with a concomitant rise in VDBP with no significance(P>0.05). There were no statistical difference among all the levels of coagulation?related parameters in healthy pregnant women(P>0.05). Conclusion GSN and VDBP levels in pre?eclampsia are significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women, along with pathological hy?percoagulative state, and which are related to severity of disease.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To study the clinical law and imaging characteristics of intracranial primary malignant lymphoma. Methods The clinical law and imaging finding in 27 cases of intracranial primary malignant lymphoma confirmed by pathology were analysed CT scan was performed in all cases.MRI examination were carried out in 20 cases simultaneously. Results The first symptom in most cases was headache, and other symptoms were epileopsy, dizziness, hemiplegia, etc. This lesion was mostly seen in male around 40 years old.The lesions were mostly equal or high density on CT,equal or low signal intensity on T 1WI and closed to grey matter signal intensity on T 2WI.Tumors were enhanced obviously on contrast-enhanced scans, necrosis of center of focus was seen in 1/3 cases. The lesions were single or multiple. Conclusion The accuray diagnosis of intracranial primary malignant lymphoma can be done by combined clinical data with imaging features.
