International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(4):273-276
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant diseases. With the development of biology, its pathogenesis has become more and more clear. There are a lot of signal pathway aberrant in pancreatic cancer cell including Notch signal pathway,k-ras signal pathway, hedghog signal pathway,NF-κB signal pathway and so on.Because of the widespread of NF-κB signal pathway aberration in pancreatic cancer cell,we think that NF-κB play a key role in the various kinds of aberrant signal pathways. So the NF-κB relative sighal pathways in pancreatic cancer are reviewed in this atticle.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(08):-
[Objective]To simulate the biomechanics mechanism and environment of humeral fracture caused by indirect impact force for the purpose of biomechanics understanding and treatment of such fracture.[Method]Based on the data source, which was high-resolution anatomic slice images from approximal clavicle to distal humerus, 1 mm thickness and totally 380 layers, the geometric model of total shoulder joint was established according to the order:point, line, area, and further meshed to set up the three dimension finite element model of shoulder, fracture sites and instantaneous stress and strain of humerus were simulated and analyzed under the condition which longitudinal impact force was loaded on the humerus based on the 12 functional positions of shoulder(abduction 30?、 45?、 60?、 90?, and simultaneous neutrality, internal rotation 45?,external rotation 45?).[Result]According to the humeral shaft load-strain curve in different functional positions of shoulder, linear relation was found when load changed from 0 N to 250 N, after which non-linear come out, and even load was removed , bone was deformed eternally. With the rise in load amount, the increase in stress was detected. When abduction degree changed from 90? to 30?, the strain of humerus, both the lateral and the medial increased gradually, and increase in internal rotation 45?and external rotation 45? was more significant than that in neutrality. Meanwhile, stress difference could be seen between the lateral and the medial , and medial was larger than the lateral. Increase in stress in rotation positions was quicker and more than that in other functional positions.[Conclusion]Based on 4 abduction degrees (30?, 45?, 60?, 90?) and 3 rotation degrees(neutrality, internal rotation 45?,external rotation 45?) ,the three dimensional finite element shoulder could simulate precisely stress, strain, general trend of fracture line, three dimension images of bone failure. Three dimension finite element simulation and analysis of shoulder is a valuable mechanical method for research on biomechanics theory related to humerus fracture.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(12):1280-1282
Objective Primitive neuroectodermal tumor ( PNET) is a small round cell tumor occurring mostly in children or young adults and categorized into the Ewing sarcoma family of tumors, the purpose of the study was to investigate the clinical features, treatment and prognosis of Children PNET. Methods A retrospective study was performed on clinical data of 13 children with PNET hospitalized in our hospital from March 2010 to Octorber 2014.In order to analyze the clinical effects and prognostic results, statistical analysis was made on their clinical manifestations, CT and ultrasonic results, therapeutic schemes, postoperative pathology and immu-nohistochemical staining results, along with telephone and outpaitient follow-up of average 19 months. Results Of the 13 patients, 4 cases were central nervous system PNET(CNS-PNET) and 9 cases were peripheral PNET(pPNET).The clinical manifestations of the former were headache, vomiting, convolsion, movement disorder or decreased muscle strength, while the latter mainly showed mas-ses and abdominal distention.3 cases with metastasis to lung, lymph nodes and bones respectively showed masses on surface or in cavi-ty in imaging.Homer-Wright pseudorosette textures were found in 12 patients.Immunohistochemical results showed 11 cases with CD99(+), 9 cases with VIM(+) and 8 cases Syn( +).Among 11 patients underwent chemotherapy, 2 cases were lost to follow-up, 7 cases were in stable condition without occurrence and the other 2 cases recurred 4-6 months after chemotherapy.3 of 4 cases with CNS-PNET survived with the sequelae of decreased muscle strength, convolsion and movement disorder.1 case with CNS-PNET and 1 case with pPNET died 7 months and 16 months after diagnosis respectively. Conclusion PNET in children is a very highly malignant tumor with low long-term survival rate.Immunohistochemi-cal examination including CD99 and VIM is of important diagnostic value and CNS-PNET is prone to sequelae.

Objective To assess right ventricular(RV) regional and global function in patients with repaired tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) by speckle tracking imaging (STI).Methods 36 asymptomatic patients with repaired TOF whose postoperative period is more than one year and 35 healthy controls were studied.RV longitudinal peak systolic strain (ε),strain rate (SRs) were measured in RV free wall and interventricular septum(IVS) for basal, mid and apical segments by STI from the apical 4-chamber view,RV global longitudinal peak systolic strain (GLS),strain rate (GLSRs),early diastolic strain rate (GLSRe) and late diastolic strain rate (GLSRa) were measured from the above view. The correlations between RV systolic functional parameters and the postoperative period, degree of pulmonary regurgitation (PR) and QRS duration were explored. Results ①Compared with controls,εand SRs of RV free wall and IVS for most segments,GLS,GLSRs,GLSRe,and GLSRa were significantly impaired in patients with repaired TOF (P < 0.05 for all). Both GLS and GLSRs were lower in postoperative patients with transannular patch than in those with RV out tract patch.②In comparison with controls,GLS,GLSRs,GLSRe and GLSRa were decreased in postoperative patients with mild, mid and severe PR,Whereas, there was no difference in RV global function among the patients with varying degree of PR.③GLSRs of RV was correlated inversely with postoperative period and QRS duration(r1--0.431,P1 =0.009 ; r2 ==-0.469,P2-0.004),RV GLS and GLSRs had no correlation with PR.Conclusions RV regional and global function in patients with late repaired TOF are decreased,STI can early detect right ventricular dysfunction in asymptomatic patients with repaired TOF.The type of operation impacts on late prognosis,RV abnormal deformations are associated with electrical depolarization abnormalities.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2015;(3):394-398
The contents of cholesterol in a number of vegetable oils were determined by saponification-gas chromatography ( FID) . There was quite a large possibility that cholesterol peak was seriously interfered by saponification-gas chromatography ( FID) , so it was difficult to set a cholesterol content value to differentiate vegetable oil from waste oil. Solid phase extraction ( SPE) sample pretreatment was chosen and the process conditions were optimized. The optimal conditions were as follows:0. 25 g of oil samples, 20 mL of 0. 6%ethyl ether-hexane ( V/V) as eluent ( get rid of fatty acid glycerides) and 20 mL of 15% ethyl ether-hexane ( V/V) as eluent ( obtain cholesterol) . An obvious cholesterol-content-difference between vegetable oils and waste oils was found by SPE-GC. The detected cholesterol contents in 84 vegetable oil samples were all less than 50 μg/g and the contents of 11 waste oil samples among the 13 waste oils were greater than 50 μg/g. Therefore, cholesterol content in vegetable oil of more than 50 μg/g could be determined as suspected waste oil, not vice versa by SPE-GC. The correlation coefficient R2 was 0. 9999 in 0-760 mg/L concentration range, and the detection limit was 6. 0 μg/g. Relative standard deviations at two concentration levels of 17. 7 and 695 mg/L were 1. 6% and 1. 5% respectively. The recovery was 103%.
