5.Pathological Observations on 460 Gastroscopic Specimen of the Gastric Carcinoma
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1986;0(04):-
We studied the biopsies of gastric carcinoma of 460 cases. The ratio of male to female was 2.36 / 1. Most of them were aged 51 to 60 (37.17%). The freouent site was sinuspylorus (46.74%). Low differentiated glandular type was the most prominent (51.52%). Intestinal metaplasia, glandular cyst, and dysplasia of gastric mucosa were found respectively 21.74%, 35% and 32.61%. The observations indicated that incomplete intestinal metaplasia, dysplastic glandular cyst and dysplasia in middle degree, dysplastic glandular cyst and dysplasia in middle degree had intimate relation with gastric carcinoma.

7.Research progress of measles prevention and treatment
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(3):180-183,184
Measles is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by measles virus.Measles is highly contagious, and it can spread rapidly mainly in infants and young children. With the application of measles vac-cine,the morbidity and mortality of the disease are significantly reduced, but in recent years, measles is still prev-alent in some regions of our country, and presenting some new characteristics on the epidemiology and clinical manifestations. To understand the present epidemic characteristics and the clinical manifestations of measles in a timely manner, and to monitor the level of the crowd measles antibody plays an important role in achieving the goal of eliminating measles. This article reviews the recent epidemiology and clinical characteristics of measles.
8.Study on the Aging Characteristics of Gait Movement Stability in the Elderly
Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2017;36(7):599-604
Objective To explore the aging characteristics of the gait movement stability of the elderly,so as to provide theoretical guidance for their fall prevention. Methods Fifty-eight elderly participants (ranging in age from 60 to 90) were given the instrumented timed up and go (iTUG) test including walking gait,turning-back and sit-standing using a wearable test system APDM Mobility LabTM (made in USA).Results Significant differences were found in the time of TUG and iTUG between the elderly in their sixties and those no less than 80,as well as between those in the seventies and six-ties;while there were no significant differences between people no less than 80 and those between six-ty and seventy. Moreover, both the above times increased with their age. There were significant differences among the three groups in the step gait parameters including the step length, speed and and several mobile ability indexes (P<0.05).These parameters showed a tendency of decrease with the increase of the age. There was no significant difference among the three age groups in body-related motion parameters (P>0.05).However,significant differences were found in turning parameters between people no less than 80 years and 60-70 years age group (P>0.05),but not between those no less than 80 and those in their sixties (P<0.05).No significant differences were found in sit-standing parameters,sit-to-stand duration and sit-to-stand range of motion of the trunk among the different age groups (P>0.05).However,there were significant differences between the elderly no less than 80 and the other two age groups in turn-to-sit peak volecity (TTSPV) and turn-to-sit duration (P<0.05).Significant differences were also found in the range of motion of the trunk (ROMT) between the elderly aged 60~70 and the other two groups (P<0.05).The ROMT decreased with the increase of age. Conclusions The gait movement stability of the elderly has obvious aging characteristics and tends to decrease with age, especially in the aspect of longitudinal linear motion control ability. The lateral movement control competency is of weak correlation with age after 70,indicating that the age of 70 may be the critical age of high fall risks.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(06):-
Nano materials are popular with its interesting properties. Large specific surface area, high mechanical strength, good absorbability make them good potencial carriers of catalyst. With the help of chemical modification, nano SiO2 particals were used as carrier to immobilize ?-glucosidase with covalent binding. It is found that the load of nano particals can reach 1/8 of its weight, and the recovered activity of enzyme is 70%. The resistence of immobilized enzyme to organic solvent wase improved obviously, which was then used in Ethyl Acetate-Water-two-phase-system to hydrolyzed soybean isoflavones.
