Objective The purpose of this study is to assess the prognostic significance of over expression of P53, C-erbB-2 in breast cancer. Methods In 48 patients with breast cancer the expression of P53, C-erbB-2, PCNA and ER was determined by the S-P staining immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of P53, C-erbB-2, PCNA and ER were 54％, 43.7％ 52％, 41.6％ seperateiy. Expression of P53 and C-erbB-2 increased with the class of the tissuess. There is significant difference between grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ , Ⅲ (P＜0.05) as well as between lymph node metastasis (＋) and lymph node metastasis (-) patients (P＜0.05). Conclusion The over expression of P53, C-erbB-2 may be a useful prognostic indicator in breast cancer.

Objective To observe the protective effect of?-asarone,the active components from Rhizoma Acori Tarinowii,on human umbilical venous endothelial cell strain ECV304 injury induced by oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)and to investigate its influence on proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC). Methods The well-grown ECV304 cells were randomized into 5 groups:normal group,control group,high-, middle-and low-dose?-asarone groups.Except the normal group,ECV in the other groups were co-cultured with ox-LDL 25?g/mL,and the?-asarone groups were additionally with?-asarone 30,15 and 7.5?g/mL added respectively.Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell apoptotic rate and the mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP)of ECV304 as well as the proliferation index and the DNA content in different cell phases of VSMC. Objective:To explore value of 256-slice spiral CT pulmonary artery angiography (CTPA)evaluating right heart function in patients with acute pulmonary embolism (APE).Methods:According to death risk assessment of APE patients, a total of 67 APE patients were divided into high risk APE group (n=41)and non-high risk APE group (n=35).CTPA was used to analyze and compare CTPA obstructive index and right heart function indexes between two groups.Correlations among CTPA obstructive index and right heart function indexes were also analyzed.Results:Compared with non-high risk APE group,there were significant rise in CTPA constructive index [8.58% vs.24.69%],percentages of straight or left protruded ventricular septum (31.46% vs.73.17%)and bronchial artery dilation (5.71% vs.24.69%);Except the supe- rior vena cava diameter,the rest right heart function parameters had difference significance in two groups,P<0.05 or<0.01. Spearman correlation analysis indicated that CTPA obstructive index was significant positively correlated with right ventricular maximal short axis (RVMSA),RV:LV,diameters of main pulmonary artery,superior vena cava and azygos (r=0.684~0.954),and significant inversely correlated with LVMSA (r=-0.786),P<0.01 all.ROC curve analysis indicated that AUCs of CTPA RV:LV (0.949)was the biggest diagnosing APE severity.Conclusion:Right heart func- tion indexes measured by multi-detector CT are accurate and practical indexes evaluating APE severity,and it possesses im- portant significance.

Objective To study the electroacupuncture effects of the single point Zusanli or Sanyinjiao on simple obese rats and to observe the regulation of fat metabolism.M[ethods Before and after the treatment,the body weights and lengths of rats in each group were measured tO calculate the Lee's index;besides,total cholesteriol (TC) and triglycerides (TG) in the rat blood were also determined.Finally,the rats were treated and observed for tWO courses,and SPSS11.5 statistical software was employed to conduct statistical analysis of the experimental data.Results A significant difference was observed about the effects on the height,weight,Lee's index,TC and TG between treatment group and the model group or normal control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01),but no significant difference between treatment group and normal control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture of Zusanli and Sanyinjiao points has effects on simple-obesity rats,which can make weight loss and decrease Lee's index,TC and TG levels.The underlying mechanism may relate to the improvements of fat metabolism.

Objective To observe the changes of A20 in mesangial cells of diabetic nephropathy (DN) rat model in?duced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-rat, and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods (1)Thirty health male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two group. Model rats were given streptozotocin (STZ) at a dose of 60 mg/kg by intraperitoneal in?jection. Rats in the control group received the same volume of citrate buffer in the same way. Levels of blood glucose and uri?nary microalbumin were detected in two groups at the 6th and the 8th week. Changes of renal pathology were observed by HE staining. Changes of protein A20 were observed by immunohistochemistry. (2) Expression changes of gene and proteins A20, nuclear factor (NF)-κB, IκB, IKKγand MCP-1 in renal cells treated with LPS were determined after treatment with different time points (0, 2, 4, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h) and different concentrations (0.1, 1 and 10μg/L). Results (1) Levels of blood glucose and urinary microalbumin were significantly increased in model group compared with those of control group ( P <0.01). HE stainig showed that hyaline degeneration in tubular epithelial cells was found in model group, especially at the 8th week. Results of immunohistochemistry showed that expression of protein A20 significantly decreased in kidney tubules and nearly disappeared in glomerulus in model group compared with that of control group, which expressed less at the 8th week. (2) There was no significant difference in the expression of IKKγbetween different concentrations and different times. Com?pared with 0 h, the expression of A20 protein was increased at 2 h and 4 h, except that the expression of A20 protein in?creased after 6 h (P<0.05). Meanwhile NF-κB expression increased and IκB expression decreased in different time points (P<0.05). In addition, the expressions of A20 and IκB were decreased concentration-dependently (P<0.05). The expres?sion levels of NF-κB and MCP-1 were increased concentration-dependently (P<0.05). Conclusion A20 may involve in the development of diabetic nephropathy by regulating the NF-κB pathway.

Objective To investigate the influence of synangio-excision-restruction in pancreatic cancer radical operation on the complications,living quality and survival status in the patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods A total of 255 patients with pancreatic cancer in our hospitals from January 2010 to October 2015 were selected and divided into 3 groups according to different operation modes:41 cases in the Synangio-excision-restruction group(A),113 cases in the non-synangio-excision-restruction group (B) and 101 cases in the palliative by-pass operation group(C).The clinical data in 3 groups were analyzed.The influence of Synangio-excision-restruction on operative complications,living quality and survival status was investigated.Results The incidence rate of complications in the group A was 56.10％,which was obviously higer than 34.51％ in the group 1β and 20.79％ in the group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the group A,the incidence rates of belly ache and body weight gain were 36.59％ and 51.22％ respectively,which comparing with 91.09％ and 9.09％ in the group C showed statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The median survival time(MST) in the group A was 11.83 months,which in the group B and C were 15.43 months and 7.50 months,the difference between the group A and C was statistically significant(x2 =4.27,P＜0.05);while the difference between the group A and B was not statistically significant(x2=3.67,P＞0.05).Conclusion For the pancreatic cancer patients with affected portal vein and inferior mesenteric vein,the synangio-excision-restruction radical operation can obviously prolong the patients' survival time and improves their living quality.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the influence of sublingual immunotherapy on Th2 type immunoreaction in patients with allergic rhinitis within 12 months' treatment. METHOD: Forty three patients with allergic rhinitis were followed-up within 12 months after receiving sublingual immunotherapy. The changes of clinic symptoms and immunoreaction were analyzed. VAS score was applied to evaluate the efficacy of clinic treatment. TIgE and sIgE in serum were tested to evaluate the systemic immunoreaction. Eosinophil counting in nasal discharge was applied to evaluate the local nasal mucosa immunoreaction. RESULT: VAS scores were decreased significantly one month after the starting point of treatment, companied by the decrease of EOS count in nasal discharge (P < 0.05). The changes of TIgE and sIgE in serum within 12 months of sublingual immunotherapy were not significant (P < 0.05). The levels of IL-4 and IL-13 in nasal lavage were decreased significantly after 12 months' treatment. CONCLUSION The bias of Th2 type immunoreaction existed in nasal mucosa immune system in patients with allergic rhinitis could been rectified partially after receiving sublingual immunotherapy for 12 months, but the significant changes were not observed in systemic immune system.
