The process of protein synthesis is terminated by one of the three stop codons which are recognized by classⅠ polypeptide release factors.Subsequently, it could promote the hydrolysis of the ester bond of peptidy-tRNA, resulting in release of the nascent polypeptide.Recent results from cryoelectron microscopy, crystallography, NMR, molecular dynamic and biochemical experiments have shed considerable light on the function and structure of the classⅠ release factors.The progress in these aspects were summarized.

The practical teaching system for information management and information system science in higher medical institutions was constructed with job skill training as its target by intruding the concept of competence-based education model into it in order to improve the practical performance of undergraduates majoring in informa-tion management and information system science. The system was designed by taking into consideration the teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching practice, and implemented in the undergraduates of Chengdu Medical College, and the implementation experiences were summarized.

Objective To observe the level of serum transforming growth factor ?(TGF ?) in patients with colorectal cancer and study its clinical significance. Objective To systematically assess the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture for trigeminal neuralgia. Method Randomized controlled trials of a electroacupuncture treatment for trigeminal neuralgia were sought by a computer search of CNKI,Wan Fang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,EMbas and The Cochrane Library.The retrieval time limit was from March 1996 to March 2016. Two reviewers sifted the literature and extracted data independently according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria andthen assessed the riskofbias of the included literatureusing the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool.Ameta-analysis was made using RevMan 5.3.Result Finally, 12 articles were included with atotal of 847 subjects.The results ofmeta-analysis showed that the total efficacy rate was higher in the electroacupuncture group than in the control group [OR=4.04,95%CI(2.67, 6.13),P<0.00001].There were no statistically significant differences in the VAS score [MD=﹣0.06,95%CI(﹣0.59, 0.47),P=0.82] and the recurrence rate [OR=0.64,95%CI(0.05,7.45),P=0.54] between the electroacupuncture and control groups.Conclusion The currentlimited evidenceshows that the total efficacy rate fortrigeminal neuralgiais higher in the electroacupuncture group than in the control group.There are no statistically significant differences in the VAS score and the recurrence rate of trigeminal neuralgia between the electroacupuncture and control groups of patients.But the conclusions need more high-qualitytrials for validation owing to the limitation of the sample size of the included studies.

Objective To compare the main hygiene indicators before and after clean operating rooms are used,evaluate the influencing factors,and find out the improvement measures.Methods In 2015,some cleaning operating rooms in Chengdu were detected,according to different service years and maintenance status,operating rooms were divided into newly-built group,replacement group,and non-replacement group,change in qualified rate of three groups of clean operating room indicators were analyzed.Results A total of 111 cleaning operating rooms were detected,including 56 newly-built operating rooms,and 55 operating rooms (24 in replacement group,31 in non-replacement group) which have been used for more than 1 years.The qualified rate of air cleanliness in newlybuilt group,replacement group,and non-replacement group were 98.21％,100.00％,and 74.19％ respectively,difference among three groups was significantly(P＜0.001),the qualified rate of air cleanliness in newly-built group and replacement group were both higher than non-replacement group,while newly-built group and replacement group was not significantly different (P =1.000);difference in bacterial concentration,static pressure difference,and ventilation frequency of air in operating rooms of three groups were all not statistically significant(all P＞0.05).Conclusion After clean operating room have been used for one year,air cleanliness declined,there was no significant change in static pressure difference and air exchange frequency,which indicates that when concentration of airborne bacteria is qualified,risk of infection due to unqualified air cleanliness still needs to be paid attention,the replacement of high efficiency particulate air filter in clean operating rooms can significantly improve the cleanliness of operating rooms.

Objective To investigate the effects of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) short hair RNA (shRNA) delivered by lentiviral vectors (pGLV) on cardiac function after myocardial infarction (MI) in aldosterone overload rats and to explore the mechanism.Methods Aldosterone overload rat myocardial infarction model was obtained by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery.The pGLV-shRNA was constructed,sequenced and injected into rats via tail vein.Rats were divided into 3 groups:pGLV-shRNA group (n=6),pGLV-shRNA-NC group (n=6,contained a nonsense shRNA) and the sham-operation group (n=6).Cardiac function was measured by cardiac ultrasound.Apoptosis was assessed by transferase (TdT)-mediated biotin-16-dUTP nick-end labelling (TUNEL).The p38 MAPK mRNA expression was analyzed by RT-PCR.The protein expressions of p38 MAPK and caspase-3 were detected by Western blot.Results Compared with the sham-operation group,cardiac systolic function was reduced and myocardial apoptosis index was significantly increased [(31.26 ± 4.45) ％ vs.(15.20 ± 2.18) ％,P ＜ 0.01] in pGLV-shRNA-NC group.The mRNA and protien expressions of p38MAPK and caspase 3 protein expression were significantly increased in pGLV-shRNA-NC group (all P＜0.01).Compared with pGLV-shRNA-NC group,cardiac function was improved,myocardial cell apoptosis index was reduced [(22.35±3.59)％ vs.(31.26±4.45)％,P＜0.05],and the mRNA and protien expressions of p38MAPK and caspase 3 protein expression were decreased in pGLV-shRNA group (all P＜0.05).Conclusions Cardiac dysfunction is associated with p38MAPK-mediated myocardial apoptosis in aldosterone overload MI rats.pGLV-shRNA may inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis and improve postMI cardiac function.

Objective:To study the influence of morphine on the expression of synaptophysin(SYN)and synapse structure in mice hippocampus,so as to provide pathological evidence for studying the development and treatment of chronic morphine intoxication, addiction and abstinence symptoms of morphine.Methods:Twenty mice were evenly randomized into control group and experiment group.Mice in control group were injected with normal saline(0.1 ml daily)and those in experimental group were injected with morphine(0.1 ml,1 mg daily).Thirty days later the mice in 2 groups were killed and their brain tissues were harvested and made into slices,stained with immunohistochemical techniques(SP)and photographed under the light microscope.The images were analyzed with the image analytical system and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:In the control group,positive staining of SYN was found in the entorhinal area,subiculum,stratum plextiforme,polymorphic layer of gyrus dentatus,stratum oriens,and stratum radiatum of hippocampus;weak positive staining of SYN was noticed in the stratum lacunosum-moleculare of hippocampus;positive staining of SYN was also found the membrane of pyramidal cells and granule cells,with the mean gray scale value of the hippocampal structure being 132.84?8.67.Positively stained neurons was also found in the entorhinal area and the subiculum,with a intensity of(7.80?1.03)/ mm~2.In the experiment group,the suhiculum and polymorphic layers of gyrus dentatus were positively stained for SYN;the entorhinal area,stratum oriens,stratum radiatum and stratum lacunosum-moleculare of hippocampus were strongly positive of SYN;the membrane of pyramidal cells and granule ceils were also strongly positive of SYN,with the mean gray scale value of the hippocampal structure being 116.27?5.70.Strongly stained neurons were also found in the entorhinal area and the subiculum,with the intensity being(11.90?1.45)/mm~2.The number of SYN positive neurons and the intensity of SYN in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P

Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of combined antimicrobial agents for imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in vitro,so as to provide evidence for guiding clinical practice.Methods Twenty-seven isolates of irnipenem resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were collected from March,2007 to February.2008.The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of the isolates against eleven frequently used antibiotics were determined by E test and agar dilution.Combined drug sensitivity testing was performed by broth checkerboard titration assay.Synergism between minocycline and cefoperazone-sulbaetam was analyzed by time-killing curve.Results The results from checkerboard titration assay and time-kill studies showed that the synergy rates between minocycline and cefperazone-sulbactam,minocycline and amikacin,minocycline and ciprofloxacin were 74.1%,28.0%and 48.1%,respectively.The synergy rates between amikacin and cefoperazone-sulbactam,anaikacin and ciprofloxaein were 23.1%and 37.0%,respectively.The synergy rate between cefoperazone-sulbactam and ciprofloxacin was 7.1%.With combination therapy.both MICs of cefoperazone-sulbactam and MIC of minocyeline decreased to lower than breakpoints.According to time-killing curve,the synergy rate between cefoperazone-sulbactam and minocycline was 100%.Conclusion Minocycline and cefoperazone-sulbaetam can be used for treating infections caused by multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
