1.Content Determination of?-Schisandrin in Lingzhi Granules by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for content determination of?-Schisandrin in Lingzhi granules.METH_ ODS:HPLC method was adopted and a C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%H 3 PO 4 of water solution(67∶33).The detection wavelength was at254nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve of?-Schisandrin was linear in the range of0.0816?g~0.816?g(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was99.21%(RSD=0.79%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Lingzhi granule.

0.05). The concentrations of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were significantly increased on days 1, 10, and 30 after percutaneous coronary intervention, and those on day 10 were higher than on day 1 (P
4.Discussion on Successful Conversion of Prescribed Drug into OTC
China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE:To research how to successfully convert prescribed drug into OTC and to predict the conversion prospect.METHODS:Several prescribed drug-OTC conversion cases in some countries of the world were introduced and the reasons for success or failure were analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIN:The strategy of successful conversion of prescribed drug into OTC is recommended. The conversion prospect depends on the future development trend of a series of factors.
5.Present Situation and Prospect of Drug DTC Marketing
China Pharmacy 2005;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE: To provide referrences for the state drug administrations strengthening supervision and administration, and also for the pharmaceutical enterprises develeping drug marketing.METHODS: To explain the concept of DTC marketing. And the present situation of drug DTC marketing in several foreign countries were discussed and its development process and existing problems in these countries were also analyzed. RESULTS: Drug DTC marketing was under development in the world and pharmaceutical enterprises hawe showed increasing interest in it, however, drug DTC marketing needed further standardization and improvement. CONCLUSION: Drug DTC marketing holds a promising prospect, the effective and standardized development of it will be a big challenge to state drug administrations and pharmaceutical companies in the world.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(3):29-30,31
Objective:To discuss the effect of the choice of brain functional MRI parameter on image quality. Methods:To select nine young volunteers for scanning brain functional MRI from February to December, 2012, and analyze the effect caused by parameters to the image quality. Results:The lower of the b value, the more level 1 image, the less level 3 image;the more of the number of diffusion sensitive gradient direction, the more level 1 image, the less level 3 image. The largest impact on image quality is the interlayer spacing, the number of diffusion sensitive gradient direction and the b value. Conclusion:The factors influencing the quality of brain functional MRI images including the interlayer spacing, the number of diffusion sensitive gradient direction and b value. In the parameter selection process, one should start from diagnostic purposes and weigh the pros and cons with overall consideration.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(2):183-188
Objective To review the efficacy of different rehabilitation training on walking locomotion for chronic incomplete spinal cord injury (SCI) by Meta-analysis. Methods PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang Database, and Google academic search were applied to search for clinical trials on chronic incomplete spinal cord injury to review the efficacy of gait training. Meta-analysis was to assess the clinical trials by Rev-Man 4.2. Results Gait training improved the walking speed for chronic incomplete spinal cord injury. The efficacy of partial body weight support treadmill training combined with functional electrical stimulation was confirmed. The efficacy of artificial aided training and robot-aided training remained uncertain. Conclusion Gait training was effective to improve walking ability for chronic incomplete spinal cord injury, but the evidence was insufficient.

Objective]Training students to consult literature, teamwork, language expression, report writing and other aspects of the ability to develop professionalism, improve the overall quality.[Methods] We review reflections of the current situation on teachingChinese Medical Historycurriculum, put forward a set of time as the main line, physicians investigating and studying as the center, set questionnaires, group discussions, class reporting, comprehensive evaluation of integrated interactive solutions.[Results] By strengthening the self-study and discussion, to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning and exploration, so that students master the initial medical history of the life, works and academic achievements, for the future in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine professional knowledge and lay a good foundation. [Conclusion] After preliminary practice, it achieved good results, to be promoted in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(2):109-111
Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC)is a commonly seen cholestatic liver disease.Currently,ursodeoxy-cholic acid (UDCA)is the only drug approved for the effective treatment of PBC.However,up to 40% of PBC patients had poor response to UDCA.Farnesoid X receptor (FXR)can inhibit the synthesis of bile acid, regulating the transport of bile acid and playing a role in anti-hepatic fibrosis. This article reviewed the role of FXR in treatment of PBC.
