OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for content determination of?-Schisandrin in Lingzhi granules.METH_ ODS:HPLC method was adopted and a C 18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%H 3 PO 4 of water solution(67∶33).The detection wavelength was at254nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve of?-Schisandrin was linear in the range of0.0816?g～0.816?g(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was99.21%(RSD=0.79%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Lingzhi granule.

RESULTS: Drug DTC marketing was under development in the world and pharmaceutical enterprises hawe showed increasing interest in it, however, drug DTC marketing needed further standardization and improvement. OBJECTIVE:To research how to successfully convert prescribed drug into OTC and to predict the conversion prospect.METHODS:Several prescribed drug-OTC conversion cases in some countries of the world were introduced and the reasons for success or failure were analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIN:The strategy of successful conversion of prescribed drug into OTC is recommended.The conversion prospect depends on the future development trend of a series of factors.

Objective To evaluate the application value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in the pa‐tients suffering from obstructive jaundice .Methods 126 patients diagnosed as obstructive jaundice underwent the abdominal MRCP examination and MRI scanning .The diagnostic results were recorded and the follow‐up observation was persisted .The MRCP diag‐nosis results were compared with the pathological or ERCP results obtained by follow up .Results Comparing the MRCP diagnostic results with the follow up results ,the coincidence rate of location diagnosis was 100% .The MRCP and follow up results in the qual‐itative diagnosis had no statistically significant difference .M RCP had the higher sensitivity ,specificity ,positive value and negative value in the judgement of different causes of obstruction .Conclusion M RCP has the higher accuracy for the qualitative and location diagnosis of obstructive juandice and also has the higher diagnostic value for judging the different obstructive causes .

[Conclusion] After preliminary practice, it achieved good results, to be promoted in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of Emodin in Fugan oral liquid.METHODS: The sample was separated on Zorbax SB-C18 column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(85∶15) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 430 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.075 2 mg～0.376 0 mg(r=0.999 96) for the Emodin.The average recovery was 99.77% and the related standard deviation(RSD) was 1.03%(n=6).CONCLUSION: This method was proved to be simple,quick and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Fugan oral liquid.
