Objective To develop a lower limbs rehabilitative apparatus and explore its effects. Methods From January to September, 2016, 28 children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided into control group (n=14) and observation group (n=14) randomly. The control group received routine rehabilitation, while the observation group received self-made lower limbs rehabilitative apparatus training addition-ally. They were assessed with Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM)-88 and Berg Balance Scale (BBS) before and three months after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of GMFM-88 and BBS between two groups before treatment (P>0.05), while they increased after treatment (t>6.124, P<0.001), and were higher in the observation group than in the control group (t>2.329, P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made lower limbs rehabilitative apparatus could help to improve the gross motor function and balance function in children with spastic cerebral palsy.

Objective To explore clinical characteristics,pathology,prognosis and proper treatment of pure mucinous breast carcinoma(PMBC).Methods Retrospective analysis Was carried out on patients with PMBC who were admitted from Jan.2004 to Dec.2010.Results PMBC patients accounted for 2.6%of all the patients with breast cancer treated at the same period.The mean age of PMBC patients was(55.28±15.73)years,ranging from 32 years to 81 years.The tumor diameter was from 1 to 10 cm and axillary lymph node involvement was 0%.Immunohistochemieal detection showed the positive rate of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),HER-2 and p53 was 96%,92%,0%and 32%respectively.All patients underwent operation and polychemotherapy(cyclophosphamide+Adriamycin,Paclitaxel+Adriamyein).12 cases received tamoxifen,13 cases received letrozole and 8 cases received postoperative irradiation.All the patients were followed up from 1 month to 6 years and the overall survival rate was 100%.Conclusions PMBC is a favorable histological type of breast carcinoma with good prognosis.Proper surgical and adjuvant therapy is important to improve survival rate and life quality.Molecular biologic parameters should be given enough consideration into prognosis evaluation.

Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of elderly cases with influenza A (H1N1) in Beijing. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to describe epidemiological characteristics of elderly cases with 2009 influenza A (H1N1) in Beijing. Results The 321 laboratory-confirmed elderly cases with influenza A (H1N1) were reported in Beijing, and the morbidity was 13.2/100 000. The peak of infection occurred during November and December, the cases in this period accounted for 84.7% of the whole year, and 53.0% of them were reported in suburb areas, with the highest morbidity (19.2/100 000) in people beyond 85 years, and the morbidity increased with age (x2 = 7.24, P＜0.01). The mild cases accounted for 63.6 %, severe and critical cases accounted for 36.4%. No significant difference was found between severity and BMI (x2=8.14, P=0.52). Severity was associated with number of chronic diseases (x2= 123.0, P＜0. 01). Conclusions The H1N1 morbidity and proportion of severe cases are high among the elderly in Beijing, more attention should be paid to this population for influenza A (H1N1) prevention and control.

AIM: To establish rat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) models by passive cigarette smoking plus intratracheal instillation of lipopolysacchride(LPS) or passive cigarette smoking only, which would be similar to the pathogenesis of human COPD. METHODS: 48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.(1) Healthy control I group( n =12), rats were bred 4 weeks;healthy control II group( n =12), rats were bred for 3 months. (2) Model group I ( n =12), 200 ?g lipopolysaccharide(LPS) was instilled intratracheally once for every two weeks and the rats were exposured to 5% of cigarette smoke, 0.5 h/d for 4 weeks.(3) Model group II(n=12),rats were exposed to 5% of cigarette smoke, 0.5 h/d for 3 months. The pathologic changes of airways and lung tissues, pulmonary function and blood gas analysis were determined. The airway wall lymphocytes and alveolar macrophages were counted. The cross areas of epithelial layer, smooth muscle layer and lamina propria of bronchi were measured. The hydroxyproline of lung tissue homogenates was determined by biochemistry method. RESULTS: The pathologic changes of airways and lung tissue of two models were similar to but milder than those of COPD patients(biopsy data). Objective:To investigate the expression of Smad1 in gastric carcinoma and the influence on the migration ability of gastric cancer cells.Methods:Collected the protein from the gastric cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues,the expression level of Smad1 was detected by Western blot.In HGC-27 gastric cancer cells as the research object,the carrier cells transfected with overexpression of Smad1 (p-EGFP-C1/Smad1) and Smad1 small interfering RNA (Smad1 siRNA),while transfection of p-EGFP-C1 and siRNA control as control.MTT to detect cell proliferation.Cell migration ability was detected with cell scratch test.The expression levels of MMP-9,MMP-2,p-Akt and Akt in ceils were detected by Western blot.Akt signal pathway inhibitor LY294002 (20 μg/ml) in gastric adenocarcinoma ceils,MTT for cell proliferation,cell scratch assay for cell migratior.The expression levels of MMP-9,MMP-2,p-Akt,Akt were detected by Western blot.Results:Smadl in gastric carcinoma was significantly lower than the adjacent tissues (P＜ 0.01).The cell survival rate and migration rate of p-EGFP-C1/Smad1 group were significantly lower than that of p-EGFP-C1 group (P＜0.01).The cell survival rate and migration rate of Smad1 siRNA group were significantly higher than those in the siRNA control group (P＜0.01).The expression levels of Akt protein in P-EGFP-C1,p-EGFP-C1/Smad1,Smad1 siRNA,siRNA control cells did not change.The expression levels of MMP-9,MMP-2 and p-Akt in p-EGFP-C1/Smad1 group were significantly lower than that in p-EGFP-C1 group (P＜0.01).The expression levels of MMP-9,MMP-2 and p-Akt in Smad1 siRNA group were significantly higher than that in control siRNA (P＜0.01).The cell proliferation and migration trends in gastric cancer cells effected by Akt signaling pathway inhibitor consistent with the p-EGFP-C1/Smadl group.Conclusion:Low expression of Smad1 in gastric cancer tissue.Smad1 can inhibit the proliferation and migration of gastric cancer cells,the mechanism of action is related to the Akt signaling pathway.

Objective To understand the current situation of adversity quotient (AQ) of senior nursing students,then to provide reference for nursing educators to conduct AQ education and improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students.Methods 474 senior nursing students in Fuzhou were investigated with the Lusi Scale.Results AQ of senior nursing students was (67.84±5.62),the five dimensions were between 50 and 89.Gender,education qualifications,grades and academic performance had a significant impact on AQ of nursing students,among which gender and grade had certain prediction effect for nursing students' AQ.Conclusions AQ level needs of senior nursing students need to be further improved; Nursing educators should take targeted interventions and personalized measures to enhance the ability of anti-frustration,lay the foundation for better adaptation of clinical care.

Objective To establish intellectual critique of nursing thesis course in postgraduate nurse,and to evaluate teaching effectiveness and the reasonableness of the course.Methods A total of 44 postgraduate nurses were involved in the study,which were carried out through action research of planning,acting and observing,and reflecting.After the course,researchers evaluated the reasonableness of the course and teaching effectiveness through the self-control.Results There was significant difference in the scientific research ability score of research object before and after the course:(60.09±16.26) scores vs.(71.27±13.22) scores,t=-3.264,P＜0.01.But there was no significant difference in the critical thinking ability scores of research object before and after the course:(295.55±29.71) scores vs.(292.71±26.67) scores,t=0.478,P＞0.05.Conclusions The course of intellectual critique of nursing thesis can improve the research ability of postgraduate nurse,but the role of the critical thinking ability remains to be discussed.And the course needs to be further improved.

Objective:To develop the Counseling Skills Rating Scale for Psychological Aids Hotline (CSRSPAH),an instrument to objectively assess the quality of process of counseling or intervention provided by hotline operators,and to test its validities and reliabilities.Methods:A draft of the scale,which consisted of 50 items under 5 dimensions,was designed in line with previous researches and the practice.In pilot study,supervisors at Beijing psychological aids hotline,assessed tape recorded sessions and gave feedbacks on the draft of the scale.The scale had been revised based on the pilot study.Twenty-eight items were deleted,and several items were rephrased.Finally,a scale which consisted of 22 items within 3 dimensions,i.e.counseling process,attitude,and communication skill,was developed.The scoring standards of the scale were also developed.To evaluate the IntraClass Coefficients (ICC) of the CSRSPAH,each of the tape records of 37 callings from 2005 to 2007 were assessed by 7 supervisors independently,using the scale.And the tape records of other 318 callings from 2013 to 2014 were also assessed by supervisors,using the CSRSPAH.The results of the 318 assessed callings were used to test the construct validities with the Confirmative Factor Analysis.The Cronbach a coefficients of the total score and three dimensions,the discriminant indices of every items,and correlations of each items and each dimensions were calculated,based on the 318 assessed callings.Results:One of the items (referral) was deleted due to excessive amount of missing data.Results of cortfirmative factor analysis of the remained 21-item scale revealed that the 3-factor construct structure of the scale was robust.The fitting indices of the confirm factor analysis were,x2/df=675.21/186,CFI =0.92,NNFI =0.91,RMSEA =0.10,SRMR =0.08.The Cronbach α coefficients of the total score,scores of counseling process,attitude,and communication skill,were 0.89,0.68,0.81 and 0.77,respectively.The ICCs of the inter-rater reliabilities of the total score and 3 dimensions of the scale were 0.67,0.59,0.59,and 0.67,respectively.The discriminant indices of all the 21 items ranged from 0.09 to 0.32.The correlation coefficients of scores of each items and scores of 3 dimensions and total scores were greater than 0.30,and reached statistical significance.Conclusion:The validities and reliabilities of the Counseling Skills Rating Scale for Psychological Aids Hotline are acceptable.The scale could be used in assessing the quality of hotline counseling or intervention,and related studies in the future.

Objective To investigate the variability in biochemistry in cerebral palsy children who accepted rehabilitation exercise. Methods From March to November, 2015, 24 children with cerebral palsy were measured the levels of hemoglobin, creatine kinase and blood urea before treatment. They all accepted routine rehabilitation exercise, and were measured hemoglobin, creatine kinase and blood urea again one week after treatment as the load increased, and six weeks after treatment at the end of exercise. They were assessed with Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-88) before and six weeks after treatment. Results The scores of GMFM-88 improved after treat-ment (t>7.12, P<0.001). Hemoglobin decreased (P<0.01), while creatine kinase and blood urea increased one week after treatment (P<0.01). Hemoglobin and blood urea came back to the levels before treatment six weeks after treatment (P?0.05), while creatine kinase reduced (P<0.01), but was still more than that before treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Hemoglobin, creatine kinase and blood urea may respond the train-ing situation of cycle and the stage of exercise, and indicate the effects of load in the cerebral palsy children accepted rehabilitation exercise.
