2.Financial Compensation Method, Public Hospital Operation Mechanism and Government Expenditure Estimation:Based on the Data Analysis of County-Level Public Hospitals in G Province
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(7):5-8
To cement the 5 years’ staged achievement of new medical reform so as finally achieve the objective of medical reform, public hospital would become the aim of reform in the following stage. On one hand , canceling “using drug to supple health care” in public hospitals has came into the crucial stage; on the other hand, the government needed to increase financial input and ensure the implementation of security fund. What was the relation between these two reforms? Therefore , based on the survey of county-level public hospitals in G Province, relationship among government compensation method, hospital public profit operation mechanism and profit-driven operation mechanism were analyzed; besides, different financial insurance mode had different operation efficiency. Because the construction of hospital expense under public profit operation mechanism was more reasonable , the required government insurance fund was less, which only accounted 32.9%of the required fund under the profit-driven operation mechanism. Therefore, the policy suggestions that government need to “buy the mechanism” and “be brave to implement ‘subtraction reform’” were proposed.
3.Information needs and influencing factors for female breast cancer patients
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2012;28(3):172-175
Objective To explore the extent of information needs and influencing factors among breast cancer patients. Methods Choose patients by random with a questionnaire for malignant breast cancer patients(Chinese edition),and analyze the influencing factors in a multiple linear regression. Results The total extent of information needs among the patients is 65.615±20.854,with much stronger needs among those with younger age, higher income and/or suitable for surgery. Conclusion Information needs of the patients were found to depend on their various social attributes.Based on this founding, recommendations were made in terms of contents of information needs, care for vulnerable groups, and channels of information communication.

ObjectiveTo introduce a new procedure of penile lengthening which yields satisfactory outcomes and avoids persistent postoperative hydrophallus with the results of fresh body researches.MethodsIndirect intralymphatic injection and routine H-E staining were used to investigate the ramification of lymphatics of penis on fresh bodies. We found that the lymphatic return of penis was primarily mediated by dorsal and bilateral superficial lymph vessels, which converged dorsally at the root of penis and then ramified into the superior region of pubic symphysis and bilateral inguinal grooves. However, most previous incisions were done at the converging region of lymph vessels at the dorsal root of penis. It blocked most lymphatic return. Our modified method avoided interruption of lymph vessels in the converging region.Based on the results of the above investigations, the operative incision at the root of penis was shifted upward by 1.5 cm,and then the lengthened cavernous body of penis was covered by scrotal flap.ResultsEighty patients who accepted the new method achieved satisfactory outcomes.Postoperative hydrophallous decreased gradually from the 3rd day and vanished basically on the 6-7 day.ConclusionsOur modified procedure of penile lengthening reduces the damage of these vessels.Consequently, postoperative hydrophallus resolves fast and the new procedure yields high success rates, sound appearance and sensation of penis. Therefore, the new procedure is an ideal option for surgenons in clinical practice.

International Eye Science 2014;(10):1770-1772
AIM: To identify the changes in microRNA ( miRNA ) profile of human lens epithelium ( HLE) induced by H2 O2 and the role of miRNA in oxidative stress induced apoptosis.
METHODS: HLE cell line HLE - B3 was treated by 100μmol/L H2 O2 for 24h and the total RNA were isolated by Trizol reagent. miRNA profile was generated by miRCURYTM LNA microRNA Array. The target genes of differentially expressed miRNAs were predicted by bioinformatics software.
RESULTS:Twenty-eight miRNAs showed significantly differential expression after H2 O2 treatment, 18 miRNAs upregulated and 10 miRNAs downregulated. The differentially expressed miRNAs may involve in apoptosis of lens epithetium and development of cataract through targeting BCL2L2 and MIP.
CONCLUSION: H2 O2 can induce dramatically changes in miRNA profile of HLE, which may play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis and development of cataract.

Objective To observe the effects of flunarizine on the intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) of Wistar rats at different time points. Methods An ICH rat model was established by collagenase. The concentrations of intracellular free Ca 2+ at different time points after ICH were determined by the fluorescence detector with an indicator, Fura 2/AM. The effects of flunarizine on the concentrations at different time points were also observed. Results The concentration of intracellular free Ca 2+ began to increase at 0.5 h, increased significantly at 6 h, and peaked at 24 h (about 4 folds as high as that before hemorrhage), but began to decrease at 72 h after acute intracerebral hemorrhage. Flunarizine decreased the concentration of intracellular free Ca 2+ significantly ( P

Objective To investigate the effects of 8Hz infrasound on spatial learning ability of rats and its the underlying mechanism. Methods Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into a control group and an experiment group (consisting of the 8Hz, 90dB, 100dB and 130dB subgroups). The experimental subgroups were exposed to 8Hz, 90dB, 100dB or 130dB infrasound for 2 hours daily, respectively, for a total of 6 days. All of the rats were taken out of the infrasonic depot once a day and given Morris maze training. And at last the brain of the rats were harvested and treated with immunohistochemical staining for detection of ryanodine receptor (RyR). The content of RyR in hippocampi and temporal cortex were detected under an optical microscope. Results The rats in the 8Hz, 90dB, 100dB and 130dB subgroups showed prolonged latency in Morris training ( P =0.010, P =0.001 and P = 0.000 ). The hippocampi and temporal cortex of rats in 8Hz, 90dB, 100dB and 130dB subgroups showed less positive neurons of RyR ( P =0.000). There was a negative correlation between the latency period of rats finding the hidden platform and the content of RyR in hippocampus and temporal cortex. Conclusion Infrasound of 8Hz, 90dB, 100dB and 130dB could decrease the spatial learning ability of rats, and this was possibly related to the reduce of RyR in hippocampus and temporal cortex.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To study the CT features and enhance the knowledge of tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica (TO). Methods The CT appearances in 6 patients with pathologically proved TO were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT of the chest revealed scattered and multiple mural nodules protruding into the tracheobronchial lumen. Punctate calcification occurred within these nodules. The nodular lesions usually involved the anterior and lateral walls of the trachea and major bronchi. These nodules generally ranged from 2 to 4 mm in diameter. The nodular lesions were seen on lobar bronchi in two cases. Diffuse irregular mural thickening of the trachea and deformed tracheal cartilage rings were observed in two cases. Conclusion CT demonstration of multiple mural nodules with calcification in the tracheobronchial tree is a characteristic finding for TO.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(9):524-527
Although globally recommended standardized stratification treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) effectively improves its therapeutic effects and prognosis, due to unknown personalized differences of tumorous biology, most of the patients eventually develop to therapy failure, relapse, and even death.Additionally,a number of patients are naturally resistant to current used combined chemotherapy and with extremely poor prognosis,This review presents definitions of refractory and relapsed AML,then describes their pathogenetic mechanism and lastly summarizes three aspects of therapeutic principle, clinical drugs and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).To review advances in relapsed and refractory AML diagnosis and treatment will be helpful to master disease characteristics and to guide clinical treatment.
