Objective To assess the value of ultrasoud examination with transvaginal scaning(TVS) in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy(TP). Methods 40 cases of clinically suspected TP were exeamined by two ultrasoud approaches: transvaginal and transabdominal prior to surgery.Based on surgery and pathology ,the sonographic manefestutions and diagonostic results of both methods were compared and analized statisticlly. Eighty-seven patients with hyperthyroidism were enrolled in a retrospective study,and 35.6％ of them also suffered from pulmonary hypertension(PH).Advanced age and systolic or diastolic dysfunction of left heart were risk factors in the mechanism of PH associated with hyperthyroidism (all P＜0.05).However,autoimmune disorder was found as a non-related factor in the mechanism of PH(P＞0.05).

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Tuina (Chinese therapeutic massage) plus Shen Ling Bai Zhu San for pediatric diarrhea due to spleen deficiency.Methods: A total of 105 children with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were selected and randomized into two groups by the random number table method. Fifty-two cases in the control group were treated with oral Shen Ling Bai Zhu San, and 53 cases in the observation group were treated with additional Tuina treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment, and the changes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom scores were observed. Results: During the trial, there were three dropouts in the observation group, and two in the control group. After the treatment, the total effective rate was 100.0％ in the observation group, and 90.0％ in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of primary and secondary symptoms, and the total scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). And the scores of primary and secondary symptoms, and the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in either group during the treatment. Conclusion: Tuina plus Shen Ling Bai Zhu San has a better therapeutic effect in treating pediatric diarrhea due to spleen deficiency than Shen Ling Bai Zhu San alone.

The serum specimens were collected from ovarian cancer (n =100),benign ovarian disease (n =69) and healthy women (n =95).The serum levels of HE4 and CA125 were detected.Risk of ovarian maliqnancy algorithm (ROMA) was calculated.Accuracy of prediction was evaluated by the area under receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC-AUC).And validity of prediction was evaluated by sensitivity and specificity.The results showed that the median level of ROMA algorithm was 83.0％,8.9％ and 8.7％ in ovarian cancer,benign ovarian disease and healthy women groups respectively.The difference were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.01).Compared with benign ovarian disease group,the ROC-AUC of ROMA algorithm was 0.900 in ovarian cancer group.The sensitivity and specificity were 81.0％ and 92.8％ in ovarian cancer group respectively.Thus ROMA algorithm is a useful parameter in risk stratification for ovarian cancer.The diagnostic accuracy of ROMA algorithm is better than that of HE4 and CA125 in ovarian cancer.

AlM: To observe the treatment efficacy of eyelid herpeszoster with external use ganciclovir ophthalmic gel.METHODS:A total of 77 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. ln the treatment group, ganciclovir ophthalmic gel was topical coated on the basis of antiviral drugs, while the control group was coated with conventional acyclovir ointment and antiviral treatment.
RESULTS: The cure rate was 95% in the treatment group, and the control group was 83% after 10d treatment. The difference was significant.
CONCLUSlON: The efficacy of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel treated eyelid herpes zoster is obvious.

Objective To investigate the distribution of the preferred retinal locus (PRL) of eccentric fixation in eyes with high myopia. Methods A total of 40 highly myopic patients (54 eyes) with eccentric fixation were examined by MP-1 microperimeter to identify the PRL. The position of PRL relative to the fovea was estimated using the 90% confidence ellipse of normal adult foveal fixation. The differences of visual acuity between "desirable" and "undesirable" PRL were tested by analysis of variance. Results In 54 eyes with high myopia, 24 eyes (44.44%) had PRL of eccentric fixation below the scotoma after loss of central vision; 19 eyes (35.19%) had a left-field PRL; 6 eyes (11.11%) had an upper-field PRL; and 5 eyes (9.26%) had right-field PRL. In 14 patients who had binocular eccentric fixation, 13 had the same fixation pattern in both eyes, including lower-field PRL in 7 (50.00 %), left-field PRL in 5 (35.71 %), and upper-field PRL in 1 patient (7.14%). The difference of visual acuity between lower- and left-field PRL group and right- and upper-field undesirable PRL group was not statistically significant (F=0.144, P > 0.05). Conclusions The eccentric fixation in eyes with high myopia is usually situated as near as possible to the fovea. The optimal PRL is inferior visual field.
