0.05).The positive expression rate of CXCR4 was 96% in cancer cells in regional metastasized lymph nodes. And its expression was lower than that in primary tumors(P
2.IsoIation and 2-DE analysis of mitochondria of cultured hepatoma cells
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Objective:To make the isolation and 2-DE analysis of mitochondria,in order to prepare the following proteomic study on mitochondria of hepatoma-cell. Methods:Mitochondria was separated from cell homogenate by means of density gradient centrifugation, and 2-DE was conducted to examine the protein profile of mitochondrial preparations. Results:The increase in purity of mitochondria was found to be 12 times by density gradient centrifugation.Mitochondrial proteins were displayed well in the 2-DE pattern after purification. Conclusion:The isolation procedure is practicable, which provides a basis for the following proteomic study on mitochondria.
3.The Effects of Intensive Insulin Therapy on the ? Cell of Islets of Pancreas in Incipient Type Diabetes Patients
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(08):-
0.05);The levels of basal FINS showed a significant differences between group A and group B(P0.05).Conclusions Intensive insulin treatment to newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients can control blood glucose rapidly to a desired level, and can recover the function of B cell better than traditional oral hypoglycemic agents by dissolving the virulence of glucose rapidly.
4.Experimental study of Renshen-heche Tablets on tonifying and warming Shen-Yang
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(11):-
Objective: To study the effect of Resen heche tablets (RSHC) on tonyfing and warming Shen Yang. Methods: The mice model of Shen Yang deficiency was established by injecting hydrocortisone. The body weight, autonomic activity and swimming time in ice water in model mice were observed. The level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in red cell and lipid peroxide (LPO) in plasma of aged rats were analyzed. The effect on anti stress in mice was examined. Results: RSHC had the remarkable effect to improve body weight and autonomic activity and to prolong swimming time in ice water in model mice, and to increase SOD activity and reduce LPO in blood of aged rats, and to elevate the ability of anti fatigue and anoxic tolerance in mice. Conclusion: RSHC drug has the effect on tonifying and warming Shen Yang; can promote growth, enhance organism activity, elevate the adaptation to circumstances and protect injury from free radicals.
5.Current status of mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2016;24(1):63-67
Before irreversible neuronal damage occurs, quickly and securely recanalize vessels and restore blood flow to save the ischemic penumbra tissue are the main therapeutic target for acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Currently, the method for recanalization in early AIS is intravenous thrombolysis, how ever, the effect of intravenous thrombolysis is often not satisfactory because of the reasons, such as its short treatment time w indow , low vascular recanalization rate, and high incidence of bleeding complications. In recent years, w ith the research and development of mechanical thrombectomy device and the development of interventional technology, the therapeutic time w indow of AIS has been significantly prolonged, the vascular recanalization rate has increased significantly, the clinical outcome has improved significantly, and the treatment of mechanical thrombectomy has show n good application prospects.
6.Transmission of HIV drug resistance in antiretroviral treatment-naive HIV-infected individuals
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2016;36(7):540-544
Human immunodeficiency virus ( HIV) is commonly transmitted through blood transfu-sion, sexual contact and mother-to-child transmission. The number of patients with HIV infection has kept growing in the last three decades. Although the wide application of antiretroviral therapy ( ART) has effec-tively suppressed the replication of HIV, the emergence of drug resistant mutants compromises the efficacy of ART. What is worse is that there has been transmission of drug resistance strains in ART-na?ve HIV-infected individuals. This review describes the distribution of transmitted drug resistance strains in different regions and high risk population as well as the factors associated with the transmission in recent years.
7.Diagnostic and therapeutic progress of coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;26(3):346-349
Coronary heart disease has become a major threat of human health, and its incidence rate remains surprisingly high.In recent years, technology on its diagnosis and treatment has developed greatly. The present article made a review on related new diagnosis and treatment so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
8.Research progress of anti-virus activity and action mechanism of febrifuge and detoxifying herbs
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(4):464-467,468
Virus is a kind of pathogen which has greatly threat-ened human lives and is severely harmful to human’ s health. It is featured by rapid transmission and high mortality. At present there is no efficacious anti-virus western medicine. Some kinds of traditional Chinese medicines show certain restrictive effect a-gainst virus as natural materials and become a hot spot. This pa-per proceeds from experimental study on anti-virus activity and action mechanism of febrifuge and detoxifying herbs, and eluci-dates the important role of febrifuge and detoxifying herbs in anti-virus effect to provide evidence for screening anti-virus Chinese medicine in clinic.
9.Effect of ASODN transfection targeting VEGF-C gene on proliferation and apoptosis of Hela cells
Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(7):437-439,443
Objective To explore effect on the proliferation and apoptosis of Hela cells in vitro by using vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) antisense oligonucleotides (ASODN). Methods VEGF-C ASODN was transfected into Hela cells by liposome-mediated; the cells transfected with the oligodeoxynuclecotide (SODN) and saline were used as control groups. The efficiency of transfection was detected by fluorescence microscope. The inhibitive rate of cell growth was detected with MTT methods. Apoptosis and cell cycle were evaluated using FCM. The mRNA expression of VEGF-C was determined by RT-PCR, and the expression of VEGF-C was determined by western blotting. Results VEGF-C ASODN had been transfected into Hela cells by liposome-mediated. The index of apoptosis after transfection 48 h was (19.39±1.81)%. G2/M phase cell increased after transfection, meanwhile the expression of VEGF-C degraded on the level of mRNA and protein (P<0.05). Conclusion Transfeeted with VEGF-C ASODN could down-regulate the expression of VEGF on the level of mRNA and protein, block the cell circle, inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis in Hela cells in vitro.
10.Discussion on ways of improving the ability of doctor-patient communication of paediatric sur-geon in standardized training
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;(3):322-324
The doctor-patient relationship is always the focus in the society. The relationship seems more complex and sensitive in the pediatric surgical ward because its patients are kids. However, the pediatric surgical residents' ability of doctor-patient communication is lack of systemic and norma-tive training, which is not good for the mutual understanding between doctors and patients. This study explores how to enhance the residents' doctor-patient communication skills from the perspective of awareness, professional knowledge and some specific skills. In the meantime, it discusses the need to train the teachers and set up a regular examination-assessment system.
