Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2010;29(10):800-802
Objective To observe the correlation between physical fatigue and motor function in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods The 36 patients (12 females, 22 males) with PD were elected from PD clinic in Beijing Hospital, and 18 health controls of age and gender matching were enrolled. The Parkinson Fatigue Scale (PFS), the timed get up and go test and the six-minute walk test were used to evaluate the disease progress, physical fatigue and motor function. The correlation between PFS score and motor function was analyzed. Results There were significant differences between patients with PD and healthy controls in PFS score, get up and Go performance time and the max six-minute walk distance (P<0.05). In patients with PD, the PFS score was positively correlated with get up and go performance time (r= 0.82, P<0. 01 ), and was negatively correlated with distance of six-minute walk (r= -0. 61, P<0. 01). Conclusions Patients with PD show more fatigability and decreased motor function compared with healthy people of age and gender matching; The severity of physical fatigue symptom of patients with PD shows positive correlation with get up and go performance time, and negative correlation with the distance of six-minute walk.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To study the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells induced by a retroviral vector containing antisense human telomerase RNA gene. Methods Sense and antisense telomerase RNA genes were transfected into Can-pan-2 cell line by electroporation, and selected with G418 to get stable transfection and retrovirus yielding cell lines. We transfected Can-pan-2 cell with concentrated retroviral supernatant, and selected with G418 to get stable transfection cell lines,The expression of the aim gene in Can-pan-2 cell was confirmed through PCR,while TRAP-PCR-ELISA was used to determine the telomerase activity, and immunofluorescence was adopted to determine reproductive activity of the infected cells, flow cytometry(FCM)was used to detect cell apoptosis.ResultsThe titer of sense and antisense recombinant retrovirus reached 0.95?106 CFU/mL and 1.1?106 CFU/mL respectively,PCR demonstrated that the telomerase RNA genes were successfully intergrated into the target cells’ genome,The cell growth and telomerase activity of Can-pan-2 were significantly inhibited and apoptosis occurred after antisense virus infection. Conclusion Antisense human telomerase RNA may inhibite telomerase activity of pancreatic cancer cells and promote apoptosis of the cells.

Objective:To explore and study the clinical values of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of spinal trauma. Methods: One hundred patients with spinal trauma in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided them into 2 groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was diagnosed by CT, the experimental group was diagnosed by MRI. Results: The efficacy of CT(control group) on fracture line and fracture flat shift was better than experimental group, but in the aspect of spinal cord injury, ligamentous injury and soft tissue injury, experimental group(MRI) was more sensitive than control group(x2=4.0, P<0.05), differences between 2 groups were statistically significant. Conclusion:Every coin has 2 sides, so as to applying CT and MRI in the diagnosis of spinal trauma, but the accuracy to overall spinal trauma of experimental group is higher. Furthermore, it can avoid misdiagnosing with spinal trauma that applying combined CT and MRI, it is worthy of being widely recommended in clinic.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2005;17(2):122-126
With the increase of link rate, the arbitrator of centralized switch fabric becomes too complicated to implement. A parallel switch fabric based on crossbar, named as PSFBC (Parallel Switch Fabric Based on Crossbar), has been proposed in this paper. PSFBC is composed of k switches whose rate is 1/k of link', these switches exchange cells in parallel; this increases the arbitrator's period and make it easy to implement. Load is evenly distributed to each switch with FCFS (First Come First Serve) rule, it can keep the order of cells in one stream. A multi-class queue scheduling policy is used in PSFBC to ensure the quality of realtime streams. Experiments show that the load on each switch in PSFBC is well balanced, its average delay of cells is little and its performance is very close to centralized switch; and with the increase of number of parallel switches, the loss of PSFBC's performance keeps very small, it becomes easier to implement.
