3 years old than those in ≤3 years old group. The incidence rate of the adverse reaction after SPT was 1.6%(6/384),there were 4 temporary fieber,1 asthma and 1 anaphylactic shock. Conclusions The common allergens are inhalant allergens of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and dermatophagoides farina in Chongming island. The SPT is more suitable for over 3 years old children with typical anaphylaxis of respiratory symptom and maybe have the potential danger.

Juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA)is the most common rheumatology disease in childhood period with poor prognosis. The biological agents are newly developed drugs with features of clear therapeutic targets and fast effects. But its use in JIA is still limited,so this article focuses on the clinical use experience, timming and sideffects of the biological agents on JIA.

Objective To investigate the number of eosinophils in peripheral blood and total serum immunoglobulin E levels from children during infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae, which may elucidate what mycoplasma pneumoniae plays a role in persistent cough and asthma onset. Methods The number of eosinophils in peripheral blood was counted under microscope and total serum immunoglobulin E levels were determined by ELISA in 20 children with mycoplasmal infection ,30 patients with asthma and 25 control subjects. Results The number of eosinophils and total serum immunoglobulin E levels during mycoplasmal infection were significantly higher than in control group, and lower than in asthma. Conclusion The high eosinophil counts and total serum immunoglobulin E induced by mycoplasma pnemoniae play a key role in persistent cough and asthma attack.

Objective To investigate the protective role of FDP to STZ induced islest apoptosis and the potential mechanisms. Methods The pancreases of the rats were treated to collect islets cells. The cells were incubated with STZ with/or FDP.Cell morphology, insulin secretion,HO-1 activity,CO content,SOD activity,GSH-px activity,iNOS activity were examined. No conetent and apoptotic percentage was detected. Results HO-1 activity and CO content of the normal control group were low.STZ induced a significant decrease of cell activity and insulin release, flow cytometry analysis showed that apoptotic percentage of islet cells remarkably increased following the addition of STZ,FDP obviously improved the islets cellular activity damaged by STZ,basic amount of insulin secretion and stimulated by high glucose were improved(P
10.An investigation on family function and quality of life among Alzheimer′s disease caregivers
Journal of Preventive Medicine 2014;(6):569-571,580
Objective To evaluate family function and quality of life of Alzheimer′s disease( AD)caregivers. Methods Family APGAR index questionnaire, the short form-36(SF-36)questionnaire and the Chinese version of WHO quality of life scale-brief form questionnaire( WHOQOL-BREF)were used to evaluate family function and quality of life of 93 AD caregivers which were selected as case group. 87 ordinary family caregivers were selected as control group. Results A total of 47 AD caregivers(50. 54%)had family functional disorder and the proportion(26. 44%)was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0. 01). The total score and each factor score of APGAR and WHOQOL-BREF were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0. 01)while the same differences were found for factor scores by SF-36 such as physiological function, general health, social function, emotional function and mental health. Conclusion The family function, health status and quality of life are severely damaged among AD caregivers.
