Objective To investigate the effects of a training program based on virtual reality on static and dynamic balance perfor-mance in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods From June, 2014 to June, 2016, 46 patients with PD were randomly divided into control group (n=23) and experimental group (n=23). The control group received routine balance training, while the experimental group re-ceived balance training of virtual reality, for six weeks. They were assessed with Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale part 3 (UP-DRS3), Berg Balance Scale (BBS), TimedUp and GoTest (TUGT) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) before and after training. The envelope area, anteroposterior standard deviation (AP-SD), mediolateral standard deviation (ML-SD) of centre of pressure (COP) were also measured with posturography. Results The scores of BBS, TUGT and HAMD improved in both groups after training (t>2.657, P<0.05), and improved more in the experimental group than in the control group (t>2.426, P<0.05). The score of UPDRS3 and the parameters of pos-turography improved in the experimental group (t>2.626, P<0.05), and improved more than that in the control group (t>2.112, P<0.05). Con-clusion Virtual reality rehabilitation is more effective than routine balance training on the static and dynamic balance function in patients with PD, and may release their depression.

Objective To investigate the pharmacological mechanism of LXHX capsule. Methods The skin specimens from psoriasis patients were examined with TUNEL (terminal deoxynucleotidyl trans-ferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labeling) technique to detect the apoptosis of keratinocytes. PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) detecting kits was used, too. Then, the flow cytometry, with AnnexinV/PI and PI dyeing method, was used to analysis the effect of LXHX capsule on apoptosis in cultured keratinocytes. Results There was an increasing of both cell apoptosis and proliferation in psoriatic epidermis and LXHX capsule could induce apoptosis. Conclusions The keratinocyte apoptosis and proliferation both increased in psoriasis, which reach a new balance in a higher level. LXHX capsule could induce apoptosis in vitro, which may be one of the pharmacological mechanisms of LXHX in treating psoriasis.

Objective:To explore the clinical value of T 1 mapping/indexed extracellular volume fraction (iECV) quantified with cardiac MR (CMR) parameters, and its correlation with traditional indicators of myocardial dysfunction in aortic insufficiency (AI) patients. Methods:A total of 36 patients clinically and radiologically diagnosed with chronic AI in our hospital between May 2012 and February 2016 were retrospectively selected. All AI patients underwent conventional CMR protocol, native and post T 1 mapping. CMR parameters, such as aortic regurgitant fraction (RF), late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) mass fraction, myocardial extracellular volume fraction (ECV) and iECV. Based on the values of aortic RF, AI patients were divided into mild AI group (9 cases), moderate AI group (14 cases) and severe AI group (13 cases). The clinical characteristics were teased from the patients′ electronic medical records. Univariate analysis of variance was used to compare the measurement data of native T 1 mapping, post-contrast T 1 mapping, ECV, and iECV. LSD test was used for pair wise comparison between the mild AI, moderate AI and severe AI groups. Data about cardiovascular history, New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function classification, and LGE were compared by chi-square test or Fisher exact test. The correlation between left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) and iECV was evaluated by Spearman correlation analysis. Results:There was no difference in age, sex, cardiovascular history among the three groups. Comparison of patients with different severity of AI in the three groups: (1) There was statistically significant difference in the LGE positive rate among the three groups ( P=0.023), while the myocardial replacement of fibrosis increased with the grade of aortic regurgitation. (2) There was no statistically significant difference in the measurement data of native T 1 mapping, post-contrast T 1 mapping, ECV among the three groups ( H=1.815, 0.929, 2.496, all P values>0.05), while the diffuse myocardial fibrosis tended to increase with the degree of aortic regurgitation. There was statistically significant difference in iECV among the three groups ( H=16.725, P<0.001). The measurement data of iECV in the severe AI group was significantly higher than those in the other two groups ( P<0.05). LVEF value was inversely correlated with iECV ( r=-0.649, P<0.001). Conclusions:Quantitative T 1 mapping/iECV can serve as a parameter to noninvasively identify diffuse myocardial fibrosis in AI patients of different severities. It changes with LVEF and can manifest the reversible stage of left ventricular decompensation.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of decitabine combined with IA or CAG regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to observe the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of 47 elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia,who were divided into DAC+IA group (17 cases) and DAC+CAG group (28 cases) according to the different chemotherapy.Results In DAC+IA group,the rate of complete remission was 29.4 ％ (5/17),the rate of partial remission was 35.3 ％ (6/17),the effective rate was 64.7 ％ (11/17).In DAC+CAG group,the rate of complete remission was 26.7 ％ (8/30),the rate of partial remission was 30.0 ％ (9/30),the effective rate was 56.7 ％ (17/30),the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (x2 =0.227,P =0.716).In DAC+IA group the median remission time and the median suvival time were 4.0 and 8.1 months,respectively.And they were 4.0 and 8.1 months,respectively,in DAC+CAG group.No significant difference was showed between the two groups (P value was 0.835,0.266,respectively).Conclusions Compared with decitabine combined with CAG regimen,decitabine combined with IA regimen has similar effect and can be well tolerated.Accordingly,decitabine combined with IA regimen can be used as first-line treatment for elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the amount of grafted cells and the incidence of acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD) after haploid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (haplo-HSCT). Methods Data of 68 patients who underwent haplo-HSCT from Jan 2009 to Dec 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Influences of different factors on the incidence of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree of aGVHD after HSCT were evaluated. Results 68 patients including 42 males and 26 females were 5/10-9/10 HLA match with 19 father donors, 24 mother donors, 16 sibling donors and 9 children donors. 51 patients not suffered Ⅲ-Ⅳdegree of aGVHD included 32 males and 19 females with the mean age of 20 years old (5-55 years old). 17 patients sufferedⅢ-Ⅳdegree of aGVHD including 10 males and 7 females with the mean age of 23 years old (5-54 years old). There were no significant differences in the amount of the grafted mononuclear cells (MNC) and CD34+cells, and the white blood cell counts (WBC) and platelet count (Plt) recovered time between two groups (P>0.05). However, MNC number was related to CD34+cell number (P<0.05) and WBC recover time (P<0.05), and the CD34+cells number was related to WBC and Plt recover time (P< 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree of aGVHD is unrelated to the amount of grafted MNC, and CD34+cells.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of twin grasper combined with endoloops on closing acute stomach perforation.Methods Two experimental porcines of stomach perforation underwent endoscopic closure by twin grasper combined with endoloops.Survival conditions and closure of perforating were observed.Results Mild infection and abdominal adhesions were observed in one week after operation.The nylon rope fell off and an ulcer-like lesion was presented in the closed position.The methylene blue leak test was negative.Histologic examination revealed chronic inflammatory cells infiltration,granulation,fibroplasias,and regenerative mucous membrane crawling toward the center of perforation.Conclusion The technique of twin grasper combined with nylon ropes in closing the acute stomach perforation is feasible and effective.

Objective To find out related proteins that could possibly predict curative effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) by applying surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF MS)to detect the difference in protein spectrum of breast cancer tissues.Methods Cancer tissue samples from 30 cases of breast cancer patients were detected by SELDI-TOF MS before NACT to get protein spectrum of breast cancer tissues.After NACT,the curative effects were evaluated according to RECIST standard and patients were divided into effective group(19 cases with complete response or partial response)and invalid group (11 cases with stable disease or progressive disease).Results 11 different protein peaks (P ＜ 0.05) were screened out:3491 Da(t =3.189 P =0.004),5158 Da(t =3.897 P =0.001),5360 Da(t =2.157 P =0.04),7549 Da(t =2.173 P=0.038),8451 Da(t =2.258 P =0.032),8694 Da(t =3.234 P =0.003),9089 Da (t =2.653 P =0.013),10528 Da(t =3.127 P =0.004),13445 Da(t =2.231 P =0.034),15118 Da(t =3.255 P =0.003),and 44065 Da(t =2.554 P =0.017).They were all expressed higher in effective group than in invalid group.The difference had statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion SELDI-TOF MS technology can screen out protein spectrum sensitive to NACT,providing evidences for breast cancer patients whether or not taking NACT.

Objective The aim of this study was to describe the FICE application on gastric mucosa characteristics including normal and pathological changes, with or without H.pylori infection, and its corre-lation with histopathoingical evidence. Methods A total of 32 patients with dyspepsia symptoms and 5 healthy controls were enrolled into study. Each one underwent esophngogastreduedenoscopy (EGD) examina-tion with FICE and magnified observation. The whole stomach was examined by 3 steps: including conven-tional endoscopy followed by magnifying and FICE observation of the gastric antrum and body as well as biop-sies. All the patients were asked to take the rapid urease test (RUT) 、13C -urea breath test (13C-UBT) . Gastric antrum and body were both sub-classified into following 3 patterns by FICE observation and high reso-lution magnifying endoscopy. The sensitivity, specificity of each FICE pattern of both gastric antrum and body were analysed for the assessment of H. pylori infection, and the consistency with the results of RUT and 13C-UBT. Furthermore, the histopathologic parameters including inflammation、activity、atrophy and intestinal metaplasia were also assessed, Results FICE patterns of gastric antrum and body of all 5 control subjects were type Ⅰ, corresponded to an H. pylori negative and non-atrephy gastric mueosa. In study group on gastric antrum, 14 cases of FICE type Ⅰ pattern were noted and only 1/14(7. 1%) corresponded to an H. pylori positive gastric mucosa. 13 cases of FICE type Ⅱ pattern were noted and 10/13 (76. 9%) corresponded to an H.pylori positive mucosa and 9/13(69. 2%) were positive for both gastric atrophy. 5 cases of FICE type Ⅲ pattern were noted and 5/5 (100%) corresponded to an H. pylori positive mucosa and 3/5 (60%) were positive for both gastric atrophy and intestinal metaplasia. There was statistical difference in prediction of H. pylori infection between type Ⅰ FICE pattern and type Ⅱ or type Ⅲ pattern on gastric antrum (P <0. 01). In study group on gastric body, 15 cases of FICE type Ⅰ pattern were noted and only 1/14(7. 1%) corre-sponded to an H. pylori positive gastric mucosa. 13 cases of FICE type Ⅱ pattern were noted and 11/13 (84. 6%) corresponded to an H. pylori positive mucosa. 4 cases of FICE type Ⅲ pattern were noted and 4/4 (100%) corresponded to an H.pylori positive mucosa. There was statistical difference in prediction of H. pylori infection between type Ⅰ FICE pattern and type Ⅱ or type Ⅲ pattern on gastric body (P < 0. 01). Conclusion FICE in combination with high resolution magnifying endoscopy is valuable for identifying the normal gastric mucosa, H.pylori infection and its associated gastritis, gastric atrophy as well as intestinal metaplasia.

Objective To compare the thin-section CT findings of pulmonary candidiasis,aspergillosis and eryptococcosis wim histopathology in immunoeomprimised rabbits and impmve the diagnostic accuracy of fungus infection. Methods Heathy New Zealand white rabbits were used for immunoeompromised animal models.Thin-section CT scan was performed before and 2,4,6,8,10,12,14 d after inoculation.The pattern and distribution of the pulmonary abnormalities were retrospectively assessed by two thomeic radiologists and compared with histopathology.The granulocyte count was compared before and after administration of immunosuppressive agents.The pmred t test,chi square test and the Fisher's exact test were used for the statistics.Results Fourteen rabbits had candidiasis.16 rabbits had cryptocoecosis,15 rabbits had aspergillosis.The granulocyte counts before and after administration of immunosuppressive agents were(2.91±0.92)and(0.35±0.19)×109/L respectively in eandidiasis group,there was a significant difference(t=12.484,P＜0.05);(2.51±0.82)and(0.76±0.71)×109/L in aspergillosis group,there was a significant difference(t=5.792,P＜0.05);(2.10±0.65)and (0.48±0.22)×109/L in cryptococcosis group,there was a significant difference(t=8.199,P＜0.05).The onaet time of infections on CT were not significantly different in three groups (P＞0.05).Ground glass opacity (GGO) and consolidation were the two most colnlnon findings in immunocompromised rabbits with three fungus infections,areas of GGO was correlated with the congestion,hemorrhage,inflammatory cell infiltration and interstitial hyperplasia in pathology. Consolidation was correlated with the severe congestion,hemorrhage, inflammatory cell infiltration, interstitial hyperplasia, necrosis and vascular embolism in pathology. Conclusion GGO and consolidation are the two most common findings of fungus infections in immunocompromised animal models and thin-section CT findings can reflect the pathological changes.
