Objective To investigate the effect of the early occupational therapy (OT) on depressive mood and activities of daily life in patients with stroke.Methods Retrospectively 80 cases of acute stroke patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the early occupational therapy group (40 patients) and control group (40 cases), and two groups of patients were given conventional medical and rehabilitation treatments.Early functional occupational therapy also included occupational therapy group, the personal activities of daily life, the secondary and vocational rehabilitation activities such as job.Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and activities of daily living scale(ADL) were used to assess the incidence of depression and activities of daily life before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group(17 cases/40 cases) ,the incidence of post-stroke depression of early occupational therapy group (5 cases/40 cases) was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (x2=5.2012, P＜0.05).The HAMD score of occupational therapy group(10.98±3.66) was lower than the control group(17.70±3.83), and the difference was statistically significant (t=8.0230, P＜0.05).The ability to daily life of occupational therapy group was higher than that in control group,and significantly difference was showed (58.17 ± ±25.82 vs 45.33±25.15, t=2.2530, P＜0.05).Conclusion Early occupational therapy can improve the activities of daily life and have a certain preventive effect on depressive mood in patients with stroke.

Familial spontaneous pneumothorax(FSP) is a specific type of primary spontaneous pneumothorax.FSP means there are more than one individuals develop pneumothorax and is a rare inherited disease.FSP is different from primary spontaneous pneumothorax in several clinical manifestations.So far the genetic basis and inheritance pattern of this disease are not clear.Progress in this field are reviewed here.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of depression after stroke. Methods 90 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given routine western medicine treatment, and guided to carry out suitable limb function rehabilitation training. In addition, the control group was given traditional acupuncture treatment, while the treatment group was given the brain acupuncture treatment with tiaodu in addition to the traditional acupuncture treatment. Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) was used to assess the degree of depression, Chinese stroke scale (CSS) was used to evaluate the degree of neurological deficit, and barthel index (BI) was used to evaluate the activity of daily living (ADL). Results After treatment, the treatment group has a lower CSS score than that of the control group (11.38 ± 3.94 vs. 15.16 ± 4.52, t=4.229), and a lower HAMD score than that of the control group (6.25 ± 3.76 vs. 9.32 ± 5.06, t=3.267). Meanwhile, the treatment group has a higher BI score than that of the control group (69.22 ± 7.05 vs. 55.67 ± 6.21; t=9.675, P<0.01). Furthermore, the treatment group has statistically significant higher cure rate than that of the control group (62.2% vs. 33.3%;χ2=6.413, P=0.011). Conclusions Tiaodu brain acupuncture treatment of depression after stroke has obvious clinical curative effect, and is superior to other traditional acupuncture method.

Objective To explore clinical feature and coronary artery lesion characteristics of non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI).Methods Seventy-three patients of NSTEMI were studied,their clinical data and results of coronary angiography being analyzed.Results Risk factors of coronary artery disease among all the patients were 50(68%) with hypertension,26(35%) with diabetes,34(46%) with hyperlipidemia and 28(38%) with smoking history.There were 52(71%)with angina pectoris before this hospitalization,22(30.6%) with inhospatial angina pectoris,15(20.4%) with severe arrythmias,7(10.2%) with cardiac shock,3(4%) died.52(71%) were with ST-T depression and 21(29%) with normal ECG.Coronary angiography revealed 54(74%) with lesions in more than one vessel and 19(26%) in one vessel (P

Mortieralla isbellina (AS 3.3410) was used as the starting strain in the experiment. Through fermentation, the production rate of fungal body was 10%, content of lipid in fungal body was 27%, content of ?-Linolenic acid in lipid was 3.3%, When it was treated by U.V, mutant M_6 was obtained, its production rate of fungai body was 25%, lipid content was 32.8%, ?-linolenic acid content was 8.44%. Pass-generation test indicated that the heredity character of M_6 was stable.The optimum culture medium was obtained through culture condition test, and the result of fermentation in 10L tank showed that the production rate of fungal body was 29.3%, lipid content was 44.7%, GLA content was 9.44%.In the meantime, the method of extraction of fungai lipid was primarily studied, which indicated. that it is preferable to use a combination of ethanol and hexane to extract alternately.
