Pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF ) was originally found fromretinal pigment epithelium. It is confirmed that it plays an anti-angiogenic and apoptosis role in diabetic microangiopathy. Recently ,PEDF has been found to have a close relationship with insulin resistance ,type 2 diabetes and diabetic macroangiopathy. But the mechanism is unclear. More and more researches focused on its role in oxidative stress. PEDF may become a new target for diabetes and diabetic complication treatment and also a predictive factor for the disease.

This paper introduces the principles of an Environmental Temperature Supervising Network System, explain its hardware and software structure and the function of network system. The whole system is proved stable and reliable by experiment. It may have some profit in the market and great future in the application.

Catechol-type siderophores secreted by a strain of soil bacteria in three different medium were assayed by two high-resolution TLC.The results showed different medium had a significant effect on the secretion of catechol-type siderophores,and in three different medium strain S1 produced different catechol-type siderophores.The effect of Al~(3+) on Catechol-type siderophores by S1 were also assayed.The results showed Al~(3+)had a significant stimulation on the secretion of catechol-type siderophores.Moreover,Al~(3+)could to some extent counteract the repression of Fe~(2+)on siderophores production.In KMB medium four catechol-type siderophores were identified and all ones except for 2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid(2,3-DHBA) had high affinity for Al~(3+).

Lipases have catalytic active in both aqueous phase and the non-aqueous phase and have a wide range of application in various industrial areas.However,the high cost of lipase production has restricted its extensive use in industry.Solid state fermentation possesses many advantages,such as low requirement for devices,low energy consumption,low production cost,little pollution to environment and easily being popularized,which have made it an important means in microbial production of lipases.Owing to the rapidly increased energy cost and the people's awareness of environmental protection,the solid state fermentation technique,which was regarded as low-tech in the past,has regained attention and developed rapidly since the 1990s.The production of lipase by SSF technique was reviewed.Mainly contents describe its characteristics,including physical and chemical factors and bioreactors.

Objective: To observe the effects of erigeron injection on the biochemical indicators of hepatotoxicity caused by ischemia and reperfusion of the mice intestine.　Methods:A experimental model of liver lesion induced by ischemia－reperfusion of the mice intestine was set up. Serum was obtained after 20 minutes of ischemia followed by 1 hour of reperfusion. Contents of SOD and MDA in liver were measured.　Results: The serum ALT significantly increased following ischemia and reperfusion, which was attenuated by the erigeron injection (P＜0.01). Erigeron injection can also increase the contents of SOD and MDA in the mice liver (p＜0.05 and 0.01, respectively).　Conclusion: Erigeron injection can improve the biochemical indicators of liver lesion induced by ischemia and reperfusion of the mice intestine. It is indicated that the protective effects of erigeron injection was related to anti－oxidation mechanisms.
