1.Problems and Strategies for Medicine Distribution under National Essential Medicine System in China

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the policies and countermeasures for national essential medicines. METHODS:The existing problems of medicine distribution under essential medicine system were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward. RESULTS:Due to the regional economic environment and industry development level differences,local policy had conflict with national laws and regulations,lacking of systembasis in regulatory process and drug centralized bidding and pur-chasing department weakened responsibility in terms of administrative supervision when performing national essential medicine sys-tem;distribution distribution capability had weakened,distribution enterprise internal management was not standard,the essential medicine storage and distribution process quality showed safety hidden risks in terms of marketization. It is suggested to establish and improve the national essential medicine system overall implementation programs and regional implementation programs,inte-grate medicine distribution market,explore and establish modernized pharmaceutical logistics system,intensify supervision and management of distribution,support distvibution transformation development to reduce social risk and further improve bidding and purchasing mechanism to reduce distribution costs. CONCLUSIONS:The existing problems in distribution can be gradually solved only by further promoting the medical and health system and improving the national essential medicine system.
2.Discussions on current situations and strategies for case teaching among medical marketing majors

Questionnaire survey of case teaching was conducted among medical marketing majors,the results showed that case method was widely used in the teaching for medical marketing majors and was approved by most students,however,deficiencies still existed including lack of required teaching skills,outdated teaching concept,low-quality cases,inappropriate teaching methods,few participation,etc.To solve these problems,during the preparation and implementation of case teaching,teachers must update their teaching concept,participate in more training programs,improve case qualities,reengineer case activities and evaluate the effects at each phase.
3.Effect of ultrasonic scaling combined with vinegar for treatment the dental calculus

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic scaling combined with the vinegar-for treatment the patients with dental calculus.Methods 120 patients with dental calculus dental were randomly divided into two groups.Control group used ultrasonic scaling treatment,observation group was given ultrasonic scaling combined with the vinegar treatment.Results The clinical cure rate of the observation group was 96.67% (58/60),the incidence rate of complications was 6.67% (4/60).The clinical cure rate of the control group was 68.33% (41/ 60),the incidence rate of complications was 21.67% (13/60).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups about the cure rate and the incidence of complications (x2 =14.37,3.61,P < 0.05).After treatment,periodontal pocket depth of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Sulcular fluid volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The difference of oral sample results of bacterial culture after treatment was statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of ultrasonic scaling combined with the vinegar in treatment patients with dental calculus is certain,which is worthy of further promotion.
4.Expression of the DMBT1 gene in breast cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between mRNA expression of DMBT1 in breast cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with breast cancer.Methods 60 cases of breast cancer tissues,30 cases of breast paracancerous hyperplasia tissues and 30 cases of breast paracancerous normal tissues were selected,then reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were performed to detect the differential expression of DMBT1 in mRNA levels.Furthermore,its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics of patients with breast cancer was analyzed.Results 44 out of 60 breast cancer tissues were detected no or low expression of DMBT1 (73.3%),and 16 out of 60 cases were found normal expression of DMBT1(26.7%).There were statistically significant differences between paracancerous normal tissues and breast cancer tissues,also between paracancerous hyperplasia tissues and breast cancer tissues (x2 =11.72,P =0.000 62 ; x2 =15.99,P =0.000 06).No significant difference was found between the low expression of DMBT1 with the age of patients (x2 =1.733,P =0.188),the size of tumor (x2 =0.776,P =0.378) and the histological grade of tissues (x2 =1.000,P =0.316).However,the loss rates of DMBT1 mRNA expression in patients with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage Ⅲ were higher than that in patients without metastasis and clinicalⅠ-Ⅱstage (x2 =4.885,P =0.026 ; x2 =4.600,P =0.032).Conclusion Low expression of DMBT1 mRNA is closely associated with the metastasis and clinical stage of breast cancer.

Researchers have found that Wnt pathway is an important regulation factor in the early stimulation of the cardiogenesis and contacts closely the several key events during cardiac morphogenesis. The article reviews the recent studies about the relation between cardiac development and Wnt pathway in early embryo.
6.Antalgic Value of Infiltrating Anesthesia of Uterine Cavity in the Interventional Treatment of Uterine Aterial Embolization

Objective To explore the antalgic value of infiltrating anesthesia of intra-uterine cavity in the interventional therapy of uterine arterial embolization.Methods 69 patients with hysteromyoma were divided into group A(25 cases),B(21 cases) and C(23 cases),then transcatheter superselective uterine arterial angiography and embolization were performed with intramuscular injection of Pethidine,administration of Dexamethasone with Ibuprofen through uterine artery and infiltrating anesthesia of uterine cavity respectively in group A,B and C.The antalgic effect after embolization was evaluated.Results The antalgic excellent rates were 29%,52% and 84% respectively in group A,B and C.Conclusion The antalgic efficiency with infiltrating anesthesia of uterine cavity is well, it is worthy to be used in the treatment of uterine aterial embolization in clinic.

The pharmacokinetic findings show that this drug has advantages of slow-absorption, long-action and high-bioavailability.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs)can influence the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC)cells by signal transduction,epithelial-mesenchymal transi-tion,angiogenesis and other regulating mechanisms.Specific serum miRNAs can serve as novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers of ESCC.Recent studies have indicated that miRNAs can improve the radiation sensitivi-ty and even reverse multi-drug resistance of ESCC,holding great clinical value.
