China Pharmacy 2005;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE:To explore the protective effect of Moist exposed burn ointment (MEBO) on skin of therapy area after white lesions of the vulva were treated by focused ultrasound. METHODS:128 patients with white lesions of the vulva underwent focused ultrasound were randomized into trial group and control group. Trial group were treated with MEBO and control group with lithospermi oil. Efficacies of two groups were observed and degree of comfort and satisfaction in both groups were compared. RESULTS:No significant difference were observed in therapeutic effect and duration of edema elimination between two groups. The degree of comfort and of satisfaction in trial group were significantly higher in control group(P
3.Analysis of related factors of pancreatic fistula after laparoscopic-assisted radical resection of distal gastric cancer
International Journal of Surgery 2021;48(3):170-174,F3
Objective:To investigate the related factors of pancreatic fistula after laparoscopic-assisted distal gastrectomy (LADG).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed of 189 patients who underwent LADG in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University from June 2017 to March 2018. Twenty-seven patients with postoperative pancreatic fistula and 27 randomly selected normal patients were included in the study. The preoperative characteristics and surgical data of all patients were recorded, including body mass index, visceral fat area, past history, preoperative tumor staging, operation time and bleeding volume, etc. The related factors of postoperative pancreatic fistula were analyzed. Measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation ( Mean± SD), and t-test was used for comparison between groups. Chi-square test was used to compare the count data between groups. Results:The patients with high body mass index ( t=3.956, P=0.003), high visceral fat area ( t=6.161, P=0.038), long operation time ( t=2.650, P=0.024), profuse hemorrhage ( t=1.887, P=0.042), complete lymphadenectomy ( t=2.092, P=0.001) were prone to postoperative pancreatic fistula, while there was no significant difference of visceral fat area/total abdominal fat area ( χ2=1.334, P=0.324), preoperative with pulmonary diseases ( χ2=0.750, P=0.379), coronary heart disease ( χ2=0.081, P=0.500), hypertension ( χ2=0.667, P=0.239), diabetes mellitus ( χ2=2.030, P=0.127), chronic kidney disease ( χ2=0.587, P=0.352), tumor stage( χ2=1.388, P=0.500) and other factors between the two groups. Conclusions:Obesity patients and LADG patients with long operation time are more likely to have postoperative pancreatic fistula. Comprehensive preoperative assessment and prudent intraoperative operation may be one of the effective methods to avoid postoperative pancreatic fistula.
4.Research on the application of Net Present Value method in medical equipment procurement
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(3):129-131
Objective:To strengthen the management and improve the efficiency of medical equipment purchasing, promote the growth of hospital equipment resource value, find scientific equipment procurement ways and methods, establish standardized procurement mode, strive to the code of conduct for the extensive experience into the scientific method of procurement. Methods: Using Net Present Value(NPV) method in financial management on medical equipment purchasing economic benefit analysis, and combined with specific cases and data to analyze the procurement of medical equipment suppliers to provide the equipment procurement scheme. Results: On the assumption that the cost of capital rate is 10%, the three schemes are according to the straight line depreciation method, scheme a net present value for 6.96625 million yuan; scheme 2 net present value for 1.061918 million yuan; project net present value of 5.74608 million yuan; scheme 2 net present value, the second scheme, the net present value of the maximum. Net present value method is an important guarantee for hospital equipment purchase and scientific investment and improved management. Conclusion: Application of net present value method in the purchase of medical equipment show that in equipment procurement program diversification, multiple choice, with net present value method were quantified in order to provide the basis for decision-making, the use of net present value method and the traditional procurement scheme option compared to standards and the scientific nature of medical equipment procurement management, accuracy and objectivity of data analysis.
5.Research on application of cost benefit analysis in medical equipment management
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(1):50-53
Objective:Using scientific methods, data analysis, improve the ability and level of medical equipment management. Methods: Using the investment return method, the payback period method and the guaranteed business method, the cost benefit analysis of medical equipment is carried out with the actual case(PET/CT).Results: Worked out according to the formula, the equipment in the operation for six years, the investment return rate reaches the highest 58.03%, 3 years basically to recover investment costs, annual check touchdowns 581 cases can achieve guaranteed business income 7558699.61 yuan(RMB).Conclusion: Through the cost-benefit analysis, it can track the benefits of the existing medical equipment, and can also estimate the benefits of the proposed medical equipment, and provide the decision-making basis for the hospital management.

7.Characteristics of lung involvement in 29 microscopic polyangiitis patients.
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2000;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the characteristics of lung involvement in microscopic polyangiitis(MPA)patients and its influence on treatment and prognosis. Methods From Jan 2006 to Dec 2007,29 patients were diagnosed with MPA in Peking Union Medical College Hospital.Their clinical data, including clinical manifestations, radiologic and laboratory test results, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients included 14 males and 15 females. The mean age was(63.7?10.1)years;28 patients(96.6%)were involved in the lung;20 patients(69.0%)had respiratory symptoms and 15 patients(51.7%)had respiratory signs. Two kinds of patterns were found in radiology:hemorrhage and fibrosis.Seventeen patients(17/27)were hypoxemia in room air blood gas analysis.Five patients(5/18)were diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension by echocardiograghy.Seven patients(7/10)were abnormal in lung function test.Four patients(4/6)were abnormal in BALF.Ten patients(34.5%)were diagnosed with alveolar hemorrhage and 18 patients(62.1%)were complicated with pulmonary infection.Totally 10 patients(34.5%)died,2 patients of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage and 8 of pulmonary infection. Conclusion Most MPA patients have pulmonary involvement and the clinical manifestations vary. There is a high mortality in MPA patients and the main causes are pulmonary infection and diffuse alveolar hemorrhage.
8.Ethical Questions of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC),as a new minimal invasive technical method,is now the golden standard treatment for symptomatic gallbladder stone. The article is to discuss the principle during course of deveiopping LC should be followed on the view of medical ethics. The doctors' high sense of responsibility, the strict laparroscopic surgical training, the cooperation between doctors and the right attitute to converting to an open cholecystectomy must be the importat factors to develop LC smoothly.
9.Gut microbiota and cardiovascular disease
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2017;37(5):729-733
The intestine microbiota and the host interacts with each other.Resently, the association and causality between gut microbiota and cardiovascular diseases have been well studied. Some underlying mechanisms, especially metabolic pathways are known, including the role of trimethylamine N-oxide in the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic heart disease and heart failure and that of short chain fatty acids and their receptors in blood pressure regulation.
