Objective:To investigate the effect of Yin Xing Da Mo for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage after intracranial hematoma microinvasive craniopuncture scavenging technique(MPST). Methods:93 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into therapeutic group(group A,n=54)and controlled group(group B,n=39). Two groups were used MPST and basic treatment. The group A were additionally used Yin Xing Da Mo 20ml,iv,qd,for 30days. Before treatment,and 7th,14th,30th after treatment,European Stroke Scale(EES),activity of daily living(ADL),routine examination,and complication were determined. Results:At the 30th day,there were significant differential EES value and ADL value in the two groups(69.6?19.8 vs 60.2?17.3,P

Objective To explore and establish an evaluation index system of clinical departments' medical work performance mainly based on workload and the quality of work. Methods Literature method and a variety of statistical methods were applied to establish index system, the principal component analysis and TOPSIS method were used to give an statistical analysis. Results There was a positive correlation between the comprehensive evaluation value of medical work performance of non-surgical and surgical departments and the balance of financial revenue and expenditure of the departments. The pearson correlations of these two kinds of departments were 0.570 and 0.287, and the non-parametric correlations were 0. 427 and 0.566. Conlusion The index system and evaluation results of this study can provide reference for the allocation of allowances.

AIM: To compared therapeutic effect of compound trabeculectomy in treatment of angle - closure and open angle glaucoma.
METHODS: A total of 136 patients ( 136 eyes) with glaucoma from July 2014 to July 2015 were divided into angle-closure glaucoma (ACG) group with 72 cases (72 eyes) and open angle glaucoma ( OAG) group with 64 cases (64 eyes). All the patients were given compound trabeculectomy. The intraocular pressure, shallow anterior chamber, functional follicular and complications were compared between two groups after operation.
RESULTS: The intraocular pressure of all patients were significantly decreased at 1 and 3mo after surgery. The intraocular pressure of ACG group were significantly lower than that of OAG group ( t = 11. 037, 12. 660, P <0. 05). The intraocular pressure control rate of ACG group (98. 6%) was significantly higher than that of OAG group (89. 1%) (χ2 = 5. 580, P<0. 05) at 3mo after surgery. The shallow anterior chamber total incidence of ACG group was 11. 1%. It was significantly lower than OAG group (25. 0%) ( χ2 = 4. 497, P < 0. 05). The functional follicular formation rate of ACG group was 62. 5%. It was significantly higher than OAG group (43. 5%) (χ2 = 4. 035, P < 0. 05 ). There were no statistically significant on complications between two groups (5. 6% vs 7. 8%, P =0. 475).
CONCLUSION: Compound trabeculectomy can reduce intraocular pressure of ACG and OAG patients safely. The results in ACG patients is better than that in OAG patients.

Objective The study is to investigate the effects of skin protectant carried out among the patients with incontinence,analyze the risk factors and protective factors of the occurrence of incontinence-associated dermatitis,and provide effective preventive measures for clinic.Methods From May 2013 to January 2014,174 cases of high-risk patients with incontinence from care units of intensive care unit,neurology intensive care unit,neurosurgery intensive care unit,and emergency intensive care unit of a top three hospital of Nantong were divided into three groups and provided with preventive interventions of skin protectant.Group A used ostomy skin care powder,group B used tannic acid ointment,and group C used Comfeel skin protective film.The incidence rate and time to onset of incontinence-associated dermatitis were compared,and then the relevant factors which might cause the occurrence of incontinence-associated dermatitis underwent Logistic regression analysis.Results 32 cases (18.4％) of patients after application of skin protectants occurred incontinence-associated dermatitis.The incidence rate of IAD in the three experiment groups (group A,group B and group C) were 30.4％,10.3％ and 15.0％.The incidence rate of IAD was the lowest in group B,followed by group C and group A.There was a significant difference among the three groups.In the comparison pair match,the differences of incidence rate between group A and group B,group A and group C were statistically significant,but the incidence rate of group B and group C was statistically insignificant.Mean time to onset of incontinence-associated dermatitis was (7.00± 3.91) days.The occurrence time of IAD among the three groups was not statistically significant.Conclusions In the process of incontinence care,it should be given as early as possible to clean the peri-anal skin and apply skin protectant with better preventive effects.

Objective To understand the sleeping time and the prevalence of sleep disturbances in children aged 3-12 years in Wuxi city.Methods Two thousand and three hundred seventy six children aged 3-12 years were investigated with questionnaires from June to September 2003.Results The average sleep time of 1 day in each age group was 11.61,10.91,10.68,10.27,9.81, 9.67,9.61,9.57,9.60,9.61 hours, respectively. The total prevalence of sleep disturbance was 25.5%. Among them, the sleep snoring prevalence was 7.8%; choke/gargling was 0.63%;mouth breathing was 6.6%;sleep apnea was 0.34%;rubbing teeth was 7.7%;sleep talking was 4.2%;somnambulate was 0.63%;enuresis was 1.4%;limber spasm was 3.2%;sleep inquietude was 6.2%。Conclusion Prevalence of sleep disturbance in children age 3-12 years was high and sleep time was shorter in Wuxi than that in other cities.
