1.Clinical Observation of Pressing Cuanzhu (BL2) in Preventing Adverse Reactions of Gastroscopy

Objective To observe the efficacy of pressing Cuanzhu (BL2) in preventing adverse reactions of gastroscopy. Method Eighty-two patients who were going to receive gastroscopy were randomized into two groups, 41 cases in each group. Group A was intervened by pressing Cuanzhu ahead of gastroscopy to prevent the plausible adverse reactions, while group B didn’t receive any interventions before gastroscopy. The adverse reactions of gastroscopy were observed.Result Compared to the blank control group, the intervention group produced a more significant efficacy in preventing the adverse reactions of gastroscopy. Conclusion Pressing Cuanzhu can produce a content efficacy in preventing the adverse reactions of gastroscopy.
4.Nordy on induced differentiation of HPV16 subgenes-immortalized human endocervical cells

Objective To investigate the effects of Nordy on induced differentiation of HPV16 subgenes-immortalized human endocervical cells(H8 cells).Methods After treated with Nordy,the proliferation of H8 was tested with MTT assay.The effect of Nordy on cell cycle of H8 was analyzed by flow cytometer(FCM).The expression of Ki67 of H8 was detected by immunohistochemistry.The activity of telomerase was tested by TRAP-ELISA.Results Nordy could inhibit proliferation of H8 cells significantly.H8 cells were arrested in G_(0)/G_(1) phase after Nordy treatment.The Ki67 expression and telomerase activity reduced significantly after Nordy treatment.Conclusion Nordy could induce the differentiation of H8 cell lines by inhibiting their proliferation,blocking cell cycle and decreasing telomerase activity.
5.The effects of curcumin on proliferation and apoptosis of human cervical carcinoma Hela cells in vitro

Objective:To investigate the regulatory effect of curcumin on proliferation and apoptosis in human cervical carcinoma cell line Hcla in vitro.Methods:Human cervical carcinoma cell line Hela was cultured in vitro.Hela cells were treated with 5-50 ?mol/L curcumin for 24-72h and the growth inhibition rates of Hela cells were measured with MTT method.Cell apoptosis was inspected by electron microscopy.In addition,the expression of bcl-2,bcl-xl and caspase-3 protein in Hela cell were observed by SABC immunohistochemistry.Results:Curcumin inhibited the proliferation of Hela cells on a dose-depending manner.With the peak of sub G 1 appeared on DNA histogram in FCM.Partial cells presented the characteristic morphological changes of apoptosis under the electron microscope.The Bcl-2, Bcl-xl expression were decreased while Caspase-3 expression was increased.Conclusion:Curcumin could significantly inhibit the growth of Hela cells;inducing apoptosis through up-regulating Caspase-3 and down-regulating expression of Bcl-2,Bcl-xl is probably one of its molecular mechanisms.
6.The relationship between plasma glucose,insulin,HbA1c and cardiovascular risk in obese children

Obesity,diabetes mellitus and aging are generally recognized as the causes of intima injury.The incidence of childhood obesity increases rapidly in the world,in line with the lifestyle change and upturn living standards.Some cardiovascular diseases,which just occur in older population before,have appeared in adolescents and children now.The persistence of obesity status,can lead to the increasing morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases in their adulthood.There are many factors leading to cardiovascular disease.Diabetes is the independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease,especially in adults.However,there are rare reports about this aspect for obesity children who are not diabetes.This review focuses on the correlation between plasma glucose,insulin,glycated hemoglobin and cardiovascular risk factors of obese children.
7.CT diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma, thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT in thyroid carcinoma , thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter .Methods CT manifestations of 55 cases with thyroid disease were retrospectively analyzed ,among them 6 cases had 2 kinds of lesions , 20 cases had thyroid carcinoma , 22 cases had thyroid adenoma and 15 cases had nodular goiter .The lesions'location, number, density, margin, enhancement type , neighbor structures chan-ges and cervical lymph nodes were evaluated .Results Thyroid carcinoma , thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter were mainly located in single lobe and solitary , and there were no significant differences among the 3 types(P>0.05).All thyroid carcinoma lesions were with slightly low density (100%, 20/20)with calcification 75%(15/20), which were significantly higher than those of thyroid adenoma 64%(14/22),23%(5/22)and nodular goiter 47%(7/15),40%(6/15)respectively.The differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Most thyroid ade-noma had clear margin 91%(20/22),which had significant differences with thyroid carcinoma 35%(7/20) and nodular goiter 60%(9/15)(P<0.05).80%(16/20)of the thyroid carcinoma had inhomogeneous enhancement and 64%(14/22)of the thyroid adenoma had markedly inhomogeneous enhancement .The difference had statisti-cal significance(P<0.05).Neighbor structures were compressed and displaced .7 cases(35%,7/20)of thyroid carcinomas invaded neighbor structures and 14 cases ( 70%,14/20 ) had cervical lymph nodes metastasis .Con-clusion CT manifestations of thyroid carcinoma , thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter were different , thus CT has great value in the diagnosis .
9.Astragalus polysaccharide′s synergistic enhancement on Carvedilol′s improvement effects on heart function of rat with dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To study astragalus polysaccharide′s synergistic enhancement on Carvedilol′s improvement effects on dilated cardiomyopathy′s heart function.Methods SD rat model of dilated cardiomyopathy was established and divided into CON group (no treatment),CAR group (only Carvedilol treatment),APS group (only astragalus polysaccharide treatment) and C+A group (Carvedilol and astragalus polysaccharide treatment) according to their treatment methods.The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),Tei index,high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α,interleukin (IL)-1,IL-6,IL-8,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte subsets in four groups were detected and compared.Results The LVEF in C+A group and CAR group were significantly higher than those in CON group and APS group respectively (P<0.05,respectively),while Tei index in C+A group and CAR group were significantly lower than those in CON group and APS group respectively (P<0.05,respectively).The LVEF in C+A group was significantly higher than that in CAR group (P<0.05),while Tei index in C+A group was significantly lower than that in CAR group (P<0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 in C+A group and APS group were significantly lower than those in CON group and CAR group respectively (P<0.05,respectively),while CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte subsets in C+A group and APS group were significantly higher than those in CON group and CAR group respectively (P<0.05,respectively).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 in C+A group were significantly lower than those in APS group respectively (P<0.05,respectively),while CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte subsets in C+A group were significantly higher than those in APS group respectively (P<0.05,respectively).Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharide has significant synergistic enhancement on Carvedilol′s improvement effects on dilated cardiomyopathy′s heart function,which may be related to the enhancement of T lymphocyte immunity and the decreasing of inflammatory reaction.
