MIC.CONCLUSION:Oxacillin should be administrated 3 or 4 times a day with intravenous drip infusion duration prolonged to at least 3 hours per time.

Objective To observe the efficacy of drug treatment of coronary aneurysm complicated with embolism in Kawasaki disease (KD). Methods The clinical data of eight KD children with coronary aneurysm and embolism were retrospectively analyzed. Results Eight KD children (six males and two females) at age of 0.25-5.2 years (mean=2.89) ,were diagnosed with gigantic coronary artery aneurysms. The diameter of aneurysm was around 8.3-13.8mm. Thrombosis appeared from 19 days to five months after coronary aneurysms formation. The onset manifestations included sudden chest pain and myocardial infarction with symptoms of heart failure in one case, shock in one case and no symptom in six cases. The maximum diameter of the thrombus was 2.8 mm×15.4 mm in the shape of funicular. Four cases had thrombus in the right coronary artery, two cases in the left coronary artery, and two cases in both sides. The patients underwent anticoagulant therapy taking heparin, urokinase, warfarin, aspirin and dipyridamole. Anticoagulant therapy was successful in 7 cases and the thrombus was completely dissolved in 7 days to more than 4 months. One case had recurrent coronary thrombosis after 4 months. One case died in 12 hours after thrombolysis. Conclusions Coronary thrombosis usually appears in the half year after the onset of KD coronary aneurysm. Thrombolysis therapy takes long time in Kawasaki patients. Breaking off of thrombus are rarely seen.

With the growing prevalence of obesity,diagnosis and treatment of obesity has drawn great attention.On the basis of previous guidelines on obesity,May 2016,American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE)and American College of Endocrinology (ACE)announced the clinical practice guidelines for comprehensive medical care of patients with obesity.The guidelines give advice and guidance in obesity diagnosis,assessment,treatment goals and treatment strategies around obesity-related complications as center.This article interprets the key content of the guideline in order to acquire enlightenment for clinical work.

Objective To explore the stress perception among acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients during acute stage.Methods Phenomenological method of qualitative study was adopted.18 AMI patients during the acute stage of 3～4 days after the onset of the disease were interviewed.Results Stress made AMI patients hard to accept the fact of illness,worry about the treatment of illness and the impact on future life,be difficult to alter living habits,be hard to relieve negative emotion.Conclusions AMI patients during acute stage will experience different levels of psychological stress.Stress management should be fabricated and effective measures should be adopted to relieve their negative emotions in terms of inducing factors.

Overgrowth in children and adolescents are not rare.The cause of overgrowth includes physiological and pathological growth accelerating.Physiological overgrowth contains familial tall stature and obesity.Pathological o-vergrowth includes endocrine metabolism diseases,chromosomal abnormalities,and a variety of genetic syndromes.Most patients were neglected.The standardized diagnosis and treatment for overgrowth is especially essential.In this review, the etiology and the progress of diagnosis and treatment for overgrowth were concluded in children and adolescents.

Background and purpose:The clear-cell cancer ovarian cancer have worse prognosis than the other ovarian cancer.The patient's survival rate of the clear-cell ovarian cancer has been analyzed in this article in order to study the effect of the treatment with CAPcytoxan(CTX),cisplatinum(DDP),epiadriamycin(E-ADM)plus mitomycin(MMC).Methods:33 cases(group A)with clear-cell ovarian cancer between Jan.1th 1999 and Dec.31th 1999 were compared to 37 cases(B group)with other pathological ovarian cancer.All cases underwent the tumor reductive surgery and been capable of remain the residual tumor size less than 1 cm.Patients in the two groups all underwent CAP based chemotherapy,and patients in group A with additional MMC chemotherapy at the same time.Group A had been compared with the clear-cell ovarian cancer with the CAP protocol(group C,stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ 15 cases,stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ 9 cases).Results:There was significant statistical different value of the CA125 in stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ before operation and no significant statistical difference for stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ between the two groups.There were significant decrease in the CA125 value for the stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ and no significant decrease for stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ between two groups after three and six courses chemotherapy.There were 11(33.33%)cases developed with endometriosis and 7(21.21%)with deep venous thrombosis(DVT),however the DVT had no direct correlation to the survival rate.The average survival time for stages Ⅰ/Ⅱ in group A and B was(38.3?2.4),and(38.3?2.7)months,compared to(20?3)and(34?4)months in stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ,respectively.There was no significant statistical difference(P=0.471)in four-year survival rate between groups A and B with stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ and there was significant statistical difference(P

Pulse-taking is the most specific diagnostic method of TCM.Its significance has been recognized by ancient and modern doctors.However,at present the application and spread of pulse-taking is limited.In this paper,the author made detailed explorations of literatures and studies the value of pulse condition in guiding syndrome differentiation of liver diseases.The study shows abnormal pulse in left guan and taut pulse in cunkou location both suggest the liver is disordered.We can judge the location of diseases through pulse condition.This exploration shows pulse-taking plays important role in syndrome differentiation.But there is one thing should be paid more attention,pulse condition should be integrated with other symptoms,that will be reliable in guiding diagnosis.

Objective To explore the effect of new labor standards on the intrapartum interventions and delivery outcome for gestational diabetes mellitus primiparas in labor by comparing with materal who were in accordance with the Friedman standards. Methods From May to November 2015, 319 singleton and full-term gestational diabetes mellitus primiparas whose labor treatment was according to new labor standards were selected as observation group. From November 2014 to April 2015, materal in accordance with the Friedman standards were selected as control group, a total of 292 cases, and then progress of labor, the usage of oxytocin, delivery way, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal hypoglycemia and asphyxia were all observed. Results There was no significant difference between two groups in the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal hypoglycemia, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal mobidities (P>0.05). The total labor stage, the first labor stage and the second labor stage was (10.73 ± 4.00), (9.97 ± 3.89), (0.60 ± 0.38) h in observation group and (8.86 ± 3.09), (8.19 ± 3.00), (0.53 ± 0.31) h in control group, there was significant difference between two groups (t=18.184, 17.799, 6.798, all P<0.01). The incidence of artificial rupture, the usage of oxytocin, caesarean section was 22.57%(72/319), 16.93%(54/319), 5.64%(198/319) in observation group, and 28.77%(84/292), 22.95%(67/292), 9.59%(28/292) in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups(χ2=3.079, 3.476, 3.410, all P<0.05). The incidence of episiotomy was only 29.47% (94/319) in observation group, significantly less than that in control group, which was 51.37% (150/292), there was significant difference (χ2=30.490, P<0.01). Conclusions For gestational diabetes mellitus primipara, the new labor standards effectively reduce intrapartum interventions, the rate of cesarean sections and episiotomy, and more, less influence on maternal and newborn, which is helpful to promote the maternal reproductive health and natural delivery.

Objective To explore the pathogenic effect of serum platelet derived growth factor(PDGF) in Henoch - Schonlein pur-pura nephritis(HSPN) and the influence of heparin. Methods The levels of serum PDGF were detected before and after heparin therapy by double antibody ELISA in the peripheral blood of patients. All patients were injected with heparin calcium[100 U/(kg?d)] for two to three weeks. ObjectiveTo investigate whether the effects of trait anxiety on decision making under risk　and decision making under ambiguity are the same.Methods 185 subjects were grouped into high trait anxiety　(HTA),medium trait anxiety (MTA) and low trait anxiety (LTA) groups based on their trait anxiety scores.All　subjects were assessed by the Iowa Gambling Task (IGT),the Game of Dice Task (GDT) and the Wisconsin Card　Sorting Task (WCST).ResultsHTA and LTA subjects compared to MTA subjects were impaired in decision　making under ambiguity( MTA:2.08 ± 18.51 ; HTA:5.62 ± 20.35 ; LTA:5.94 ± 10.96,F =3.86,P =0.023 ),the relation between trait anxiety and IGT performance resembled the curved shape of an inverted U.Performances　of the three groups had no differences on decision making under risk (MTA:4.55 ± 10.17; HTA:4.00 ± 9.75;LTA:4.33 ± 11.20,F=0.03,P=0.968 ),and had no differences on executive functions and feedback processing.ConclusionTrait anxiety has effect on decision making under ambiguity,but not decision making under risk.The results provide support for the idea that decision making under ambiguity and decision making under risk are　different processes,moreover,support and extend the view that emotion has an impact on cognitive function.
