Objective To investigate the relationship between acute myocardial ischemia and abnormal motions of left ventricular wall using tissue velocity imaging (TVI) combined with dipyridamole stress echocardiography and evaluate the significance of the new technology in detecting myocardial ischemia. Methods Several grades of constriction on left circumflex coronary artery(LCX) were produced in 13 open-chest canine models. Dipyridamole was added in two steps, first 0.56 mg/kg,then 0.28 mg/kg after four minutes. Views of apical four chambers, two chambers and left ventricular long axis were observed and analyzed. Results In basal condition, the systolic peak velocity(SPV) on different part of wall was various and decreased from cardiac base to apex on each view of long axis. When flow of LCX was decreased 25% and large dosage of dipyridamole was added, the decreasing tendency along the long axis was destructed and SPV of corresponding blood-supply area decreased sharply compared with that of basal condition( P

4.Clinical practice of integrative medicine in the United States and its development in primary care.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2015;35(4):394-400
The field of integrative medicine (IM) has grown tremendously in the United States over last two decades, in terms of clinical practice, research, and education. Its growing popularity among patients has led to increased need for physicians with appropriate counseling skills and a knowledge base of the efficacy and safety of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies. Family medicine is the first specialty as a whole to embrace IM, which encounters similar ailing conditions and emphasizes similar core values-person centered, evidence based, proactive, and continuous in nature. As integrative family medicine emerges, family medicine educators have developed suggested curriculum guidelines and approved measurable competencies to implement the best of evidence-based CAM and principles of IM. There are currently over 40 family medicine residencies that officially advertise CAM/IM in their programs. Meanwhile, IM centers have also been developing their own primary care programs based on their unique characteristics. This physician-led IM workforce is similar to that of China's IM in the early 1960s. As the Chinese government embarks on repeating its efforts to educate more Western medicine trained physicians in Chinese medicine in primary care training programs, the process and insights related to implementation of their practice in the United States would provide useful food for thought.

5.Pneumocystoscopy for Congenital Malformation of the Vesicoureteral Junction:Report of 18 Cases
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pneumocystoscopy for congenital malformation of the vesicoureteral junction. Methods A total of 18 children (male 11 and female 7, aged from 3 months to 7 years with a mean of 3.6 years) with congenital malformation of the vesicoureteral junction (22 ureters) were enrolled in this study. Among the patients, 9 had vesicoureteral reflux (4 of them had bilateral reflux), 2 had bladder diverticulum complicated with urethral stenosis, and 7 had urethral stenosis and ipsilateral hydronephrosis. After the bladder was insufflated with CO2 through a Foley catheter (16 mm Hg), three trocars were inserted into the bladder, and the bladder was fixed on the abdominal wall using silk thread. By pneumocystoscopy, the Cohen procedure was done through the trocars. A Foley catheter was indwelled at the end of the procedure. Results The procedure was completed in all but one patient, who was converted to open surgery because the contraction of the urethra. The mean operation time was 130 min (110 to 145 min) for unilateral cases (13), and 242 min (225 to 250 min) for bilateral cases. The patients were discharged form hospital 9 to 12 days after the operation, and were followed up fro 6 months to 5 years with a mean of 3.8 years. During this period, MUC showed no ureteral reflux. One of the cases developed mild infection of the urethra, and was cured by circumcision. Conclusion Pneumocystoscopy is effective for congenital malformation of the vesicoureteral junction.

Herald of Medicine 2001;(5):286-
Objective: To observe the effects of erigeron injection on the biochemical indicators of hepatotoxicity caused by ischemia and reperfusion of the mice intestine. Methods:A experimental model of liver lesion induced by ischemia-reperfusion of the mice intestine was set up. Serum was obtained after 20 minutes of ischemia followed by 1 hour of reperfusion. Contents of SOD and MDA in liver were measured. Results: The serum ALT significantly increased following ischemia and reperfusion, which was attenuated by the erigeron injection (P<0.01). Erigeron injection can also increase the contents of SOD and MDA in the mice liver (p<0.05 and 0.01, respectively). Conclusion: Erigeron injection can improve the biochemical indicators of liver lesion induced by ischemia and reperfusion of the mice intestine. It is indicated that the protective effects of erigeron injection was related to anti-oxidation mechanisms.

International Eye Science 2017;17(10):1837-1840
AIM: To study the visual quality, dry eye and biomechanical stability of patients with myopia and astigmatism after different corneal refractive surgeries. ·METHODS: A total of 986 patients with myopia and astigmatism were selected as the research object in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016, according to the operation mode of the selection of the research object, the 986 patients were randomly divided into small incision lenticule extraction ( SMILE) group, femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis ( FS-LASIK ) group, sub-bowman-keratomileusis ( SBK ) group and laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK ) group. The postoperative visual quality was determined by comparing the diopter, uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) , best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA) and high-order image difference of 25d, 90d. The postoperative dry eye condition was determined by comparing the postoperative tear secretion test ( Schirmer Ⅰ test ) , tear film rupture time ( BUT ) and fluorescence staining ( FS) . The biomechanical stability of the patients was determined by comparing the corneal hysteresis ( CH ) and corneal resistance factor ( CRF ) values of the four groups. ·RESULTS: The diopter, UCVA, BCVA and high-order aberration comparison of FS-LASIK group, SBK group and LASIK group between before and after surgery, showed no significant difference ( P>0. 05 ); on diopter, BCVA, UCVA, there was no significant difference between before and after surgery in SMILE group (P>0. 05), but statistical significance difference on high order aberration (P<0. 05). The BUT and FS value of the four groups decreased obviously after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). In LASIK group SIt after operation significantly decreased, with statistically significant compared with that before operation ( P <0. 05). After operation, CH and CRF of the four groups decreased with significant differences (P<0. 05). ·CONCLUSION: SMILE, FS-LASIK, SBK and LASIK are equally safe, effective and stable in the treatment of myopia and astigmatism.
8.Progresses on Biosynthesis of Long Chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids in Plant
China Biotechnology 2006;0(12):-
There is immense interest in the long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids(LC-PUFAs) on account of their health-beneficial properties. There has been considerable interest in the production of LC-PUFAs in transgenic plants to provide a cheap, sustainable and clean source of these fatty acids.Several main LC-PUFAs,their roles and metabolic pathway in plant are introducedbriefly, progresses on biosynthesis of LC-PUFAs in transgenic plant are reviewed, and strategies for improving the yields of LC-PUFAs in plant are also discussed.
9.Advances in Application Studies of FAD2 on Biosynthesis of Industrial Fatty Acids
China Biotechnology 2006;0(05):-
Many unusual fatty acids present in the seed oils of non-food plants are modified at the ?12 position either by the addition of epoxy or hydroxy groups or by the formation of triple (acetylenic) bonds or conjugated double bonds. The introduction of these functionalities into C18 fatty acids is catalyzed by a family of divergent forms of the fatty-acid ?12-desaturase (FAD2) enzyme. Genes encoding these enzymes have now been cloned from a variety of organisms and expressed in transgenic oilseeds. However, the accumulation of the intended fatty acids in transgenic plants has been relatively disappointing, and the mechanisms of these unusual fatty acids biosynthesis and transferring from phosphatidylcholine into storage triacylglycerols still need to be elucidated.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2022;34(7):751-755
Objective:
To investigate the difference in behavioral characteristics among different phenotypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) using amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF), so as to provide insights into clinical differentiation of behavioral characteristics among different phenotypes of ADHD.
Methods:
The children with ADHD admitted to The Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University were enrolled and classified into the inattentive type (ADHD-I), hyperactive/impulsive type (ADHD-HI) and combined type (ADHD-C). The reaction time (RT) was measured using integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test, and the mean (RT-mean) and standard deviation of RT (RT-SD) were estimated. In addition, the ALFF was calculated at 0.010 to 0.027, 0.027 to 0.073, 0.073 to 0.167 Hz, and the difference of ALFF was compared among children with different types of ADHD.
Results:
A total of 107 children with ADHD were enrolled, including 95 boys and 12 girls, with a mean age of (8.89±1.93) years. There were 69 children with ADHD-I, 8 children with ADHD-HI and 30 children with ADHD-C. The RT-SD was significantly higher among children with ADHD-C than among children with ADHD-I [(126.003±51.619) ms vs. (97.720±45.302) ms; P=0.007]; however, there was no significant difference in RT-mean among children with various ADHD phenotypes (F=1.386, P=0.255). There was an interaction between frequency and ADHD phenotypes (F=2.754, P=0.032), and the ALFF was significantly higher among children with ADHD-C than among children with ADHD-I at 0.010 to 0.027 [(5 590.567±231.595) ms vs. (4 694.001±154.397) ms; P=0.002] and 0.073 to 0.167 Hz [(4 312.609±174.709) ms vs. (3 690.805±116.473) ms; P=0.005].
Conclusions
The ALFF varies in ADHD phenotypes, and there is a frequency-specific difference.
