1.Evaluation of Renal Function in Children with Hydronephrosis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Hydronephrosis is one of the most common urological diseases in children. Most of hydronephrosis caused by ureteropelvic junction obstruction.Whether these children need operations were being argued. The current tendency is when the renal function become worse, operation is suggested needed,in order to save the renal function. So the methods how to evaluate the renal function are especially important, this article related to the current research and review.
2.Combined therapy of thymoma
Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(08):-
Thymomas are most frequent primary tumors of anterior mediastinum.Surgery is the principal treatment method.Thymomas are sensitive to chemotherapy, and chemotherapy has showed a sig- nificant anti-tumor effect in locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic thymomas.Chemotherapy,radiother- apy or combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy before or after operation can offer patients excellent re- sponses, improve resectable rate. Some patients who are once inoperable obtain curative and palliative operation.Radiotherapy after operation can decrease residual tumor tissue, increase local control,de- crease recurrence, and prolong the survival. The multimodality therapy plays an important role in thy- moma treatment.

A three-dimensional (3D) model of human anterior chamber is reconstructed to explore the effect of different corneal temperatures on the heat transfer in the chamber. Based on the optical coherence tomography imaging of the volunteers with normal anterior chamber, a 3D anterior chamber model was reconstructed by the method of UG parametric design. Numerical simulation of heat transfer and aqueous humor flow in the whole anterior chamber were analyzed by the finite volume methods at different corneal temperatures. The results showed that different corneal temperatures had obvious influence on the temperature distribution and the aqueous flow in the anterior chamber. The temperature distribution is linear and axial symmetrical around the pupillary axis. As the temperature difference increases, the symmetry becomes poorer. Aqueous floated along the warm side and sank along the cool side which forms a vortexing flow. Its velocity increased with the addition of temperature difference. Heat fluxes of cornea, lens and iris were mainly affected by the aqueous velocity. The higher the velocity, the bigger more absolute value of the above-mentioned heat fluxes became. It is practicable to perform the numerical simulation of anterior chamber by the optical coherence tomography imaging. The results are useful for studying the important effect of corneal temperature on the heat transfer and aqueous humor dynamics in the anterior chamber.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2015;(11):820-823
Objective To explore the clinical feature and therapeutic strategy for children with thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA). Methods The clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination and treatment of 24 cases of children with TMA was analyzed retrospectively. Hemolysis urine toxin syndrome (HUS)occurred in 22 cases, and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) occurred 2 cases. Results Sixteen cases was onset from May to July, and 8 cases was onset from September to November. Typical HUS (D+HUS) was 8 cases, and atypical HUS (D-HUS) was 14 cases. In 22 HUS children, 18 cases were given hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment. The illness were significantly improved, and the platelet count and renal function fully recovered normal. But 1 case appeared neurological symptoms such as headache, facial paralysis on one side, gastrointestinal bleeding, and fever, after getting better. Eventually the patient died of disseminated intravascular coagulation. Two cases of TTP were given plasma exchange , anti-infection, large dose of methylprednisolone and anti- platelet aggregation treatment . After treatment, the level of hemoglobin and blood platelets returned normal and consciousness was recuperated. Conclusions HUS and TTP are similar in pathogenesis and clinical manifestation, and it is necessary to be differentiated. Early diagnosis and proper treatment is the key to save the life of children with TMA. As soon as the diagnosis is clear, hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment should be given to HUS, and plasma exchange to TTP,to quickly control the condition and improve the clinical symptoms.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2012;(12):1081-1083
Objective To observe the effects of self-made Yicong-Shugan drink in the treatment of anxiety disorders before the college entrance examination. Methods Random number table was adopted for dividing 121 outpatients with anxiety disorders before the college entrance examination in the People's Hospital of Gaomi and Gaomi TCM Hospital since January 2007 to March 2011 into a treatment group with 69 cases, and a control group with 52 cases. The treatment group was treated with Yicong-Shugan Decoction, while the control group was given alprazolam.Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA),the Clinical Global Impression Scale (CGI) and Anxiety Rating Scale (SAS) were used to determine the clinical efficacy in both groups before treatment and 1,2,4,6 weeks after the treatment. Results ① In the control group after treatment, one week HAMA score (23.1 ±7.9) was significantly changed than before the treatment (31.1 ±7.6) (P<0.05); whereas no significant change in the treatment group (P<0.05).This demonstrated that alprazolam has a faster affection than Yicong-Shugan drink.② HAMA integral scores,CGI integral scores and SAS scores of both groups at 2,4,6 weeks after treatment were:HAMA integral score:(22.6 ± 7.5),(11.7 ± 5.3),(7.9 ± 5.4) in the treatment group, while (18.7 ±6.9),(13.8 ±6.7),(11.8 ±6.5) in the control group; CGI integral score:(3.4 ±0.7),(2.1 ±0.6),(1.8 ±0.7) in the treatment group, while (3.2 ±0.8),(1.8±0.5),and (1.6 ±0.6) in the control group; the SAS scores:(53.8±8.5),(38.7 ±9.6),(30.6 ±7.6) in the treatment group, while (50.2 ±8.9),(41.5 ±9.8),and (39.2 ±8.3) in the control group respectively. All these scores showed significant difference than those before the treatment in the same group (P<0.01).HAMA and SAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group after the treatment (P<0.01).This demonstrated that both alprazolam tablets and Yicong-Shugan drink have a good anxiolytic effect, but Yicong-Shuxin drink has a longer lasting effects. Conclusion Self made Yicong-Shugan drink can effectively improve the patient with college entrance examination anxiety disorder.Alprazolam tablets have a quicker effects than self-made Yicong-Shugan decoction, while Yicong-Shuxin decoction has a longer lasting effects than alprazolam.
