Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), a chronic disease of the digestive system resulting from multi-pathogenic factors, is precancerous state of gastric cancer. Authors reviewed the current situation of Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment of CAG, and looked forward to its prospect by combining with their own clinical experience and scientific researches.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(22):-
Objective To explore the pathogenic bacteria′s distribution and their drug resistance of urinary tract infection in children. Methods A total of 555 pathogen strains in urinary tract infection for children from inpatients and outpatients from Jan.2005 to Dec 2006 were identified and the drug resistance test was preformed. Results In the 555 strains of bacteria,80.7% were Gram-negative,17.7%were Gram-positive and 1.6%were fungi. Most of Gram-negative bacteria were E.coli, among 300 strains of identified Escherichia,69.3% of them(208 strains) produced extended speetrum ? lactamases(ESBLs);among 41 strains of identified Klebsiella pneumoniae,78.1% of them(32 strains) produced ESBLs.Most of Gram-positive bacteria were Enterococcus, there were 70 strains(12.6%),sensitivity rates of nitrofurantion and vancomycin were 100%.Conclusion Gram-negative is the main infection bacterium in urinary tract infection for children and the most of them are very serious drug resistant. The clinicians should pay more attentions to idstream urin bacteriology culture and choose the suitable antibiotic according to the results of antibiotic susceptibility tests.

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the effect of cyclosporine A(CsA)on viral protein syn- thesis and hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA replication in vitro. Methods The HBV DNA transfected cell line HepG2.2.15 was treated with different concentration of CsA(0.6-20.0?g/ml)for 4 days. Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)and hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)in supernatant were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay(ELISA);intracellular hepatitis B core antigen(HBcAg)mR- NA and HBV DNA were analyzed by RT-PCR and slot blot hybridization, respectively;the phospho- rylation at tyrosine acid position 402 of PyK2 kinase(PyK2 Y402)was detected by Western blot.Re- sults CsA could suppress the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg,and inhibit the HBV DNA replica- tion in a dose-dependent manner. The suppression rate of HBsAg and HBeAg under the action of CsA at the concentration of 10.0?g/ml for 4 days was 49.7% and 34.3%,respective;similar effect was observed on HBV DNA replication,HBV DNA was only 34.9% of the control at the concentration of 10.0?g/ml of CsA.The phosphorylation level of PyK2 Y402 was declined under the action of CsA at the concentration of 2.0?g/ml.Conclusions CsA can inhibit the expression of HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV DNA replication in the HepG2.2.15 cell line in a dose-dependent manner.Suppression of the phosphorylation level of PyK2 Y402 maybe involved in the mechanism of the inhibitory activity of CsA on HBV replication.

Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture on genu recurvatum after stroke. Methods 80 stroke patients with genu recurvatum were randomly assigned to treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40). The control group accepted routine rehabilitation, and the treatment group accepted electroacupuncture at Yanglingquan (GB34), Futu (ST32), Weizhong (BL40), Chengshan (BL57) and Zusanli (ST36) in addition, for 30 days. The incidence of effectiveness was compared between groups. All the patients were assessed with range of motion (ROM) of knee and Fugl-Meyer Assessment of lower limbs (FMA) before and after treatment. Results The incidence of effectiveness was 72.5% in the treatment group, which was more than 55% in the control group (P<0.05). The ROM and score of FMA improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The electroacupuncture can promote the recovery of genu recurvatum after stroke.

Objective To construct tissue engineering nucleus pulposus by culture of rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (rBMSCs)-nucleus pulposus acellular matrix scaffold (NPAMS)complexes (rBMSCs-NPAMS).Methods Several NPAMS were prepared, and rBMSCs was seeded into NPAMS.The scaffolds and complex were detected by general observation,HE stai-ning,immunohistochemical,qRT-PCR,scanning electron microscopy. Results The scanning electron microscopy showed the seed cell in nucleus pulposus ECM-derived scaffold could adhesion and growth. The cell attachment and proliferation were observed by HE staining.Immunohistochemical examination with typeⅡ collagen showed positive results.qRT-PCR revealed the time-depend-ent of the mRNA expression of collagen Ⅱ,and which was smaller than positive control(P<0.01).The relative expression of Ag-grecan mRNA grew in a time dependent fashion, which was still lower than positive control(P<0.01).Scaffolds and normal nucle-us pulposus had no statistical significance of the compression load under the same displacement of the compression(P>0.05).Con-clusion Natural nucleus pulposus acellular matrix scaffold composite allogeneic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can be suc-cessfully built into tissue engineering nucleus pulposus.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2005;0(05):-
Objective To compare the treatment effects and toxicity of convention fractionation ra- diotherapy(CFR),late course accelerated hyperfractionafion radiotherapy(LCAFR) and whole course accel- erated hyperfractionation radiotherapy(WCAFR) for patients with middle or low thoracic esophageal moder- ately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Ninety patients with middle or low thoratic esoph- ageal carcinoma were divided into three groups:1.CFR group, patients were irradiated 2.0 Gy/f,5 times a week,to a total dose of 70 Gy;2.LCAFR group, patients were first irradiated with CFR to 40 Gy,then fol- lowed by 1.5 Gy/f bid,at more than 6 hoursinterval,5 times a week,to a total dose of 70 Gy;3.WCAFR group, patients were irradiated 1.5 Gy/f bid,at more than 6 hoursinterval,5 times a week,to a total dose of 72 Gy.Results The 1-,2-,3-year local control rate was 47%,17% and 0% in CFR group,60%,20% and 20% in LCAFR group,60%,40% and 33% in WCAFR group, respectively. The 1-,2-,3-year survival rate was 47%,20% and 10% in CFR group,63%,43% and 17% in LCAFR group, and 63% ,50% and 33% in WCAFR group, respectively. There were better results in the latter two groups(P<0.01).The a- cute toxic effect was severer in the WCAHF and LCAF groups than in CF group.Highter grade 2-3 acute esophagitis rate was observed both in WCAHF and LCAF groups. There were no significant differences in late esophagitis rate between the three groups. The grade 1-2 acute radiation pneumonitis rates were higher in WCAHF group than in LCAF and CF groups. One patient died of radiation pneumonitis in WCAHF group. Conclusions Whole course accelerated hyperfractionation radiotherapy can significantly improve the local control rates and the 1-and 2-year survival rates of esophageal cancer, but can also increase the toxicity.
