To investigate the immunological enhancement effects of IL-2 with different doses in chicken Shigella vaccine on the duodenum mucosa in Gushi chicken,parental line Gushi chicken were grouped and inoculated with Shigella vaccines including different dose of IL-2.And then the distribution and change of SIgA positive cells and its secretion in the duodenum of the chicken were observed with the immunohistochemistry technology using the Qwin image analysis system.SIgA postive cells were distributed and located primarily in inhesion membrane and enteraden cavity of the duodenum mucosa,additive IL-2 in the Shigella vaccine could increase secretion of SlgA positive cells and strengthen the immunity of the birds,in some degree.The 50 μg IL-2 in the vaccine could display a optimal immunological enhancement effect.

OBJECTIVE: Understand the changes before and after treatment in patients with severe OSAHS serum S100β protein, NSE levels and cognitive function. To investigate the molecular mechanisms of cognitive dysfunction in patients with severe OSAHS. Serum S100β protein, NSE levels and cognitive function were examined before and after the therapy. METHOD: Select one hundred patients diagnosed as severe OSAHS were included, by polysomnography (PSG) diagnosis of severe OSAHS patients. Determination of serum S100β protein, and NSE levels and theat the same time be MoCA score were checked at after the day after admission, CPAP treatment for the 7th days after CPAP treatment and the 90th day after, comprehensive treatment in these patients for 3 months. Assessment of severe OSAHS patients with serum S100β protein, NSE basic level and MoCA score situation. Comparison of three groups serum S100β protein, NSE levels and MoCA score changes. Serum S100β protein, NSE detection assay (ELISA) method using enzyme-linked immunosorbent. RESULT: (1) Severe OSAHS patients with serum S100β protein, and NSE levels in severe OSAHS patients were positively correlated with AHI, but negatively correlated with lowest oxygen saturation (LSaO2); (2) MoCA score in patients with severe OSAHS was significantly negatively correlated with AHI, but positively correlated with LSaO2; (3) S100β protein, NSE levels were negatively correlated with MoCA score; (4) Compared with admission, serum S100β protein, and NSE levels in these patients have declined after 7 days CPAP therapy, compared with admission the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 3 months of comprehensive treatment, patients' serum S100β protein and, NSE levels were significantly decreased, compared with the admission and the 7th days after CPAP treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). (5) After CPAP treatment for 7 days, the MoCA scores were slightly higher, but have there was no statistically significant difference compared with the admission (P > 0.05). After 3 months of comprehensive treatment, MoCA score improved significantly, compared with the admission and 7 days after CPAP treatment the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION Comprehensive treatment can reduce serum S100β protein, and NSE levels, and improve MoCA score. Disease severity in patients with OSAHS have a correlation some relative.with the serum S100β protein, NSE levels and MoCA score. Long-term hypoxemia and the structure of sleep disorders may be the cause of elevated serum S100β protein, NSE levels elevated and causes of cognitive dysfunction. Comprehensive treatment can improve patient hypoxemia, correct disorders of sleep structure ,and can improve cognitive function and to improve the quality of life of patients.

This study was aimed to improve the transfer rate of sinomenine in the intermediate product of Caulis Sinomenii in order to optimize the purification process of intermediate product ofCaulis Sinomenii fromTong-An (TA) injection. The transfer rate of sinomenine and the stability of fingerprints in the intermediate product of Caulis Sinomenii were used as indexes for the investigation on the impact from different pH ofCaulis Sinomenii extract before extraction. The transfer rate of sinomenine was used as an index for the investigation on the impact by different pH of hydrochloric acid created to dry extract solution. The transfer rate of sinomenine was used as an index for the investigation of four separation ways, which included the vacuum filtration, plate and frame filters, high-speed tube separator, and flat direct centrifuge, on the liquid separation of sinomenium acutum acid. The results showed that the pH ofCaulis Sinomenii extract before extraction was 10-11; the transfer rate of sinomenine was the highest in the extraction process and the fingerprints of TA injection was stable. The pH of hydrochloric acid was 2.0-2.5; and the highest transfer rate of sinomenine in acid dissolution process was 92.94%. The high-speed tube separator had the best separation to sinomenium acutum acid-dissolving liquid. The highest transfer rate of sinomenine was 93.34%. It was concluded that the optimized process can effectively improve the transfer rate of sinomenine in the intermediate product ofCaulis Sinomenii. Meanwhile, fingerprints of the product were stable. The process was simple with good repeatability.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the position change of the fibular bone after maxillary reconstruction by free fibular flap and to analyze the factors affecting the position change. METHODS: Patients who underwent maxillary reconstruction by free fibular flap in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from November 2012 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study. CT scans 1 week and 1 year postoperatively were collected and stored in DICOM format. The ProPlan CMF software was used to reconstruct the CT scans and separate the maxilla and each segment of the fibular flap. The Geomagic Control software was used to measure the long axis direction vector of each fibular segment. And the position change direction was recorded. The patients were divided into groups according to the use of the fibula or titanium plate to reconstruct the zygomaticmaxillary buttress. RESULTS: A total of 32 patients were enrolled. Among them, 21 were in the titanium plate group and 11 in the fibula bone group. The angle between the long axis of the fibular segment and the X axis in the X-Y plane was 95.65°±53.49° and 95.53°±52.77°, 1 week and 1 year postoperatively, and there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). The angle between the long axis of the fibular segment and the X axis in the X-Z plane was 96.88°±69.76° and 95.33°±67.42°, respectively, with statistical difference (P=0.0497). The angular changes of the long axis of the fibular segment in the titanium plate group and the fibular bone group were 3.23°±3.93° and 1.94°±1.78°, respectively, and the angular changes in the X-Z plane were 6.02°±9.89° and 3.27°±2.31°, respectively. There was no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05). The long axis changes of the fibular segment in the X-Y plane for reconstruction of the anterior alveolar, posterior alveolar, and buttress were 3.13°±3.78°, 2.56°±3.17°, and 5.51°±4.39°, respectively. There was a statistical difference (P = 0.023) between the posterior and buttress. In the X-Z plane, theses were 4.94°±4.75°, 5.26°±10.25°, 6.69°±6.52°, respectively. There was no statistical difference among the three groups (P>0.05). The main positional deviation directions of the titanium plate group and the fibular bone group were interior and superior sides, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION One year postoperatively, the position of the free fibular flap was changed compared with 1 week postoperatively. The position of the free fibular flap was mainly changed to the interior and superior sides.

Objective To explore the value of electrocardiogram in predicting culprit vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of 129 patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from January 2015 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were received coronary intervention treatment,and the culprit vessels were identified by coronary angiography.The culprit vessels during surgery were recorded.The preoperative electrocardio-gram of patients were analyzed,a new method for predicting culprit vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction was established based on the previous researches,and the accuracies of the Fiol method,Tiala method,Huang's algorithm and new method in predicting the culprit vessels in acute inferior myocardial infarction were also counted.The predictive abilities of various methods on culprit vessels were evaluated using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated.Results The culprit vessels of 109 patients were the right coronary artery,16 cases were the left circumflex artery,and 4 cases were the anterior descending artery.A total of 52 patients developed clinical complications,of which the culprit vessels of 47 cases were right coronary artery and 5 cases were circumflex artery.The accuracies of the Fiol method,Tierala method,Huang's algorithm,and new method in predicting culprit vessels were 83.7%,81.4%,82.9%,and 85.3%,respectively.The ROC curve analysis showed that the Fiol method(AUC=0.941),Tierrala method(AUC= 0.945),Huang's algorithm(AUC=0.945),and new method(AUC=0.964)all had strong predictive ability for culprit vessels.Conclusion For patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction,the Fiol method,Tierala method,Huang's algorithm,and new method all have high predictive value for culprit vessels in analyzing the preoperative electrocardiogram,and the new method has a higher predictive value.

Objective: To assess fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) vascular hyper-intensity (FVH) and explore its relationship with CT perfusion (CTP) penumbral/infarct core mismatch ratio and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) final infarct volume in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Methods: The CTP and MRI images of 38 AIS patients with MCAO were reviewed. The FVH score (longitudinal direction) [FVH score (L)] and FVH score (transverse direction) [FVH score (T)] were quantified on the FLAIR images. The FVH score (L) (range, 0-16) was based on a rostrocaudal extension of FVH and the FVH score (T) (range, 0-3) was based on FVH supply of the occluded MCA territory. The mismatch ratio was calculated from the ratio of the [mean transit time - cerebral blood volume (CBV)] lesion/CBV lesion on the CTP images. The DWI infarct volume was measured on the DWI images. Results: The mismatch ratio was larger for the group of FVH score (L)=7~8 than those of FVH score (L)=5~6 and FVH score (L)=3~4 (p=0.03), whereas the DWI infarct volume was smaller (p=0.04). Similarly, the mismatch ratio of FVH score (T)=2~3 group was larger than FVH score (T)=1 group (p=0.01), whereas the DWI infarct volume was smaller (p=0.02). Both FVH score (L) and FVH score (T) correlated positively with mismatch ratio (P=0.02, P=0.001, respectively), but negatively with DWI infarct volume (P=0.03, P=0.004, respectively). Conclusions: Higher FVH score is associated with larger mismatch ratio and smaller DWI infarct volume in AIS patients with MCAO. FLAIR vascular hyperintensity may represent collateral arterial circulation, and may play a role in protecting the ischemic penumbra.
