A core metadata system of maintenance support information in IETM of military medical equipments was constructed according to the characteristics of maintenance support information in IETM of military medical equipments,DC metadata and S1000D specifications,which can retrieve,manage and use the maintenance support information in IETM of military medical equipments and share the data in heterogeneous systems,thus laying a foundation for establishing the IETM of military medical equipments.

Objective To investigate the relationship between cognitive function and emotional status in functional constipation patients.Methods Thirty-five functional constipation patients (the functional constipation group) and 24 healthy controls (the HCs) were enrolled in an event-related potential (ERP),behavior and electroeneephalogram study while performing an oddball auditory task.Response time,accuracy,latency and P300 amplitude were compared between the two groups.The Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD-17),Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),symptom check list-90 (SCL-90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) were administered prior to the oddball task.Results The average HAMD-17,HAM A and SCL-90 (the somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder,depression,anxiety and psychosis dimensions) scores of the functional constipation group differed significantly from those of the HCs.The intro-extraversion and neurosis dimensions of the EPQ were also significantly different.There was no significant difference in response time or latency between the two groups.The ERP results showed that the P300 amplitudes at the F3 and F7 sites were significantly different between the functional constipation group and the HCs.But there was no significant difference in P300 latencies at F3 or F7 between the two groups.Conclusions The findings suggest that patients with functional constipation are more susceptible to depression and anxiety,as well as somatization,obsessive-compulsive tendencies and other neurotic personality characteristics.Patients may employ psychological defense mechanisms to avoid the depression and anxiety.The ERP results imply there may be the implicit cognitive dysfunction with emotion in patients with functional constipation.

Background Cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation is a primary treatment for cataract.However,tear film stability and ocular surface structure are affected after surgery,especially some cataract patients with diabetes.Researches determined that tear film dysfunction is an important causative factor of dry eye.Objective This study was to investigate the change of tear film after phacoemulsification in cataract patient with diabetes.Methods A non-randomized cases-controlled study was designed.Thirty-six cataract patients with diabetes (54 eyes)and matched 32 patients (40 eyes)with age-related cataract were included in this study in Tianjin First Center Hospital from October,2010 to May,2011.Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation was performed on the all patients with the same topical eyedrops in both groups.Dry eye-related symptom was surveyed and scored by questionnaire,and tear film break-up time (BUT),Schirmer Ⅰ test(S Ⅰ t)and corneal fluorescein(FL) were examined 3 days before operation and 1 day,1 week,1month,3 months after operation.Written informed consent was obtained from each patient before entering this trial.Results The percentage with preoperative symptoms of dry eye was 36.2％ and postoperative dry eye symptoms accounted for 75.8％.Significant differences were seen in dry eye symptom score,FL score,BUT value and S Ⅰ t value between the diabetic cataract group and only cataract group as well as among 4 time points(dry eye symptom score:Fgroup =139.347,P =0.000 ; Ftime =342.741,P =0.000 ; FL score: Fgroup =14.073,P =0.000 ; Ftime =332.697,P =0.000 ; BUT value: Fgroup =28.198,P =0.000 ; Ftime =868.364,P =0.000 ; S Ⅰ t value: Fgroup =2.848,P =0.095 ; Ftime =564.017,P=0.000).FL scores of 2 groups were significantly higher in postoperation than those in preoperation (P＜0.05),and those of diabetic cataract group were significantly higher than only cataract group(P＜0.05),but no significant difference was found between postoperation 3 months and preoperation (P＞0.05).BUT was shorter in postoperation than that in preoperation in the diabetic cataract group(P＜0.05).S Ⅰ t values in postoperative 1 day and 1 week were significantly lower than in preoperation in both groups(P＜0.05).However,S Ⅰ t values returned to normal from 1 month through 3 months in both groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Tear film dysfunction occurs after operationin cataract patient with type 2 diabetes.It is thought that cataract patient with diabetes is susceptible population of dry eye.Dry eye appears more early and severer in diabetes patients after phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the early diagnosis of acute cholecystitis infection ,in order to improve the diagnosis of acute cholecystitis infection .Methods 36 cases with acute cholecystitis infection were selected as the observation group , and during the same period the healthy people were randomly selected as the control group .The color Doppler performance of ultrasound was observed .The hepatic artery blood flow velocity and the maximum peak of the cystic artery (Vmax) and resistance index(RI) were meas-ured.ROC curve was observed to evaluate the specificity of color Doppler ultrasound for the disease .Results The incidence rates of weak bile sound transmission ,gallbladder wall thickness ,gallbladder enlargement ,ultrasound Mur-phy positive in the control group were 25.0%,16.7%,22.2%,8.3%,which in the observation group were 72.2%, 47.2%,100.0%,94.4%,the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =4.571,4.571,4.589,5.689,all P<0.05).The differences in hepatic artery and the cystic artery Vmax and RI were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).ROC curve comparison showed that the correct rate of gallbladder enlargement in the observa -tion group was the highest (90.7%),the specificity was 90.7%,sensitivity was 90.6%,and other indicators of ultra-sound had no significant difference (χ2 =0.893,P>0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can show the form of acute infectious cholecystitis ,gallbladder wall degree of bile through sound etc .,it can improve the diagnostic value of the disease.

Objective: To explore the inhibitory effect of gallotannin (GLTN) on the proliferation of rat glomerular mesangial cells (GMC)induced by high sugar stimulation and the influence in the cell cycle of the rats, and to clarify the prevention effect of GLTN in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods:The experimental cells were divided into normal control group (D-glucose 5.5 mmol·L-1 ,NC group), high glucose group (D-glucose 30 mmol· L-1 ,HC group),high glucose + 5 mmol· L-1 3 - AB group (AB group),high glucose + 20 μmol·L-1 GLTN group (G20 group),high glucose + 40 μmol· L-1 GLTN group (G40 group).The proliferation of GMC in different groups at different time points (4,8,24,48 and 72 h)was observed by MTT assay.The changes of cell cycle of GCM under different culture conditions were examined by flow cytometry,and the expression levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF were detected by Western blotting method. Results:Compared with NC group,the proliferation levels of GMC in HC group were increased (P <0.01),and reached the peak at 48 h ;the percentage of S phase cells was increased (P <0.01).Compared with HC group,the proliferation levels of GMC in 3-AB group and GLTN group were significantly decreased (P < 0.01 ),and the percentages of S phase cells were decreased (P <0.01).Compared with NC group,the protein expression levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF in each drug group were increased (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),but they were significantly lower than those in HC group (P < 0.01).Conclusion:GLTN can inhibit the proliferation of GMC under high sugar stimulation through arresting the cell cycle and down-regulating the expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF and delay the occurrence and development of DN.

Heuristic teaching is propitious to cultivating students' ideation. We have used different heuristic modes for example problems, stories, contrast, associationin and so on to cultivate medical students' ideation in pathobiology and immunology teaching and acquired good effect.

AIM:To explore the expression and possible function of histamine H3 receptor (H3R) in striated myogenesis and the differentiated C2C12 cells.METHODS: H3R and myogenesis late marker myosin heavy chain (MHC) were detected at mRNA and protein levels during C2C12 myogenesis.H3R antagonist ciproxifan was added and the expression of the myogenesis early marker desmin, intermediate markers myogenin and MHC was detected.Differentia-ted myoblasts were loaded with Fluo-4 calcium indicator dye and the effect of R-( a)-methylhistamine ( RMeHA) on the cy-toplasmic calcium concentration was determined under the 200 mA electrical stimulation.RESULTS: The expression of H3R and MHC was increased during myogenesis.Ciproxifan incubation had no influence on the 3 striated myogenesis mar-kers (P>0.05).In C2C12 myoblasts, RMeHA (10 nmol/L~100 μmol/L) effectively diminished cytoplasmic calcium peak when the cells were electrically paced (P<0.05).The best inhibitory effect of RMeHA was observed at dose of 100 nM for 10 min and 20 min, which was higher than that for 5 min (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: H3R might have little effect on the myogenic differentiation, but diminishes cytoplasmic calcium peak of the differentiated myoblasts under electri-cal stimulation.

There are some common analysis challenges in the hormone detection in agriculture science, including matrix interference, complicated sample preparation, poor reproducibility, trace analyte content. An automated on-line SPE and innovative fast polarity switch analysis method employing dual-gradient liquid chromatography ( DGLC ) coupled with tandem mass spectrometry ( DGLC-MS/MS ) was established and validated for the simultaneous determination of gibberellic acid ( GA3 ) , indole acetic acid ( IAA ) , zeatin ( ZT) and abscisic acid ( ABA) in the soybean plant ( leaf, grain and pod) . The method was applied in the actual sample detection successfully. In order to acquire higher sensitivity, recovery, stability and precision, some conditions including SPE column, analytical column, mobile phase, additive etc were optimized according to the selection and retain of hormone. Beans were cryogenically grinded by liquid nitrogen, extracted by 80% methanol, certrifugatel and dilluted with water, and then injected directly. Samples were transported and gradient eluted on the analytical column Acclaim PA2 by 0 . 1% formic acid in water and methanol, after retaining and separation on the SPE column Hypersep Retain AX. All analytes were detected in selection reaction monitoring ( SRM) mode in both positive and negative channels. The quantification was based on linear regression. The linear ranges of GA3, IAA and ZT were 0. 1-50 μg/L with the LOQ of 0. 0002 μg/g, and the linear of ABA was 0. 5-50 μg/L with the LOQ of 0. 0010μg/g. The recoveries of four kinds of plants hormones were 76 . 1%-93 . 5%, and RSDs were 0 . 82%-6 . 02% at low ( 0 . 8 μg/L ) , medium (4. 0μg/L) and high (40μg/L). The results noted that the content of ABA in seeds was apparently higher than others. This method could be used for the rapid and accurate detection of hormone in different parts of soya beans.

In the biomedical field, innovative genome sequencing technology enables low-cost, high-throughput, and high-speed to become a reality, which leads to an explosive growth in data and also appeared in an urgent need to process those massive biological information. High performance computing (HPC) along with effective methods is one of the best ways to deal with the problem of big data in biomedical field which could serve the biomedical development best. We discussed the issues faced in biomedical big data processing and concluded that the bioinformatics is an indispensable component of biomedical technologies.

Objective To explore whether dithiothreitol(DTT)is helpful for PreScission Protease to cut off the GST from GST?CT3 protein. Meth?ods The pGEX?6P?3/CT3 recombinant plasmid was transfected into Escherichia coli BL21,and the GST?CT3 fusion protein was purified by B?PER method. PreScission Protease was applied with 10 mmol/L DTT to cut off the GST,then the SDS?PAGE was performed for identification of the CT3 protein. Results Without DTT,it was very difficult for PreScission Protease to cut off the GST from GST?CT3 protein. However,in the pres?ence of 10 mmol/L DTT,PreScission Protease could cut off the GST easily as identified by SDS?PAGE. Conclusion 10 mmol/L DTT can help Pre?Scission Protease to cut GST from GST?CT3 protein,so as to achieve high concentration of CT3.
