90 extracted single rooted human teeth were inoculated with E.faecalis.The cannals of the teeth were irrigated with MTAD, 5.25% NaClO,compound chlorhexidine gargle, tinidazole mouthwash, distilled H2 O(infection control)and autoclave followed by distilled H2 O(autoclaving control),respectively(n =1 5).Then E.faecalis infection of the samples were examined. The results showed that MTAD had significantly greater antibacterial effects than 5.25% NaClO,tinidazole mouthwashes, compound chlorhexidine gargle and tinidazole mouthwash(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between each 2 of the other 3 irrigants.

Objective To investigate antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the patients'specimens in the hospital ,the carrying rate of integronⅠ and insertion sequences common area(ISCR)and provide reference for clinical treatment . Methods 106 isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were collected and their bacterial antibiotic resistance and clinical distribution were analyzed by using WHONET5 .6 software .PCR and electrophoresis were used to screen integronⅠ and ISCR carried by the target strains .Results Clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa mainly collected from department of pulmonary disease which accounted for 48 .11% ,and sputum specimens were the major source of the 106 isolates ,which accounted for 73 .58% .The sensitiv‐ities of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to tobramycin ,amikacin ,gentamicin were about 85% ,while to imipenem only 65 .09% .The carry‐ing rate of integronⅠ and ISCR in Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 84 .91% and 76 .42% ,respectively .Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa distribution of hospital departments mainly concentrate in pulmonary department and the major type of specimen is spu‐tum .The sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to aminoglycoside antibiotic is relatively good .IntegronⅠand ISCR in Pseudomonas aeruginosa could be associated with antibiotic resistance .

ObjectiveTo evaluate the theoretical knowledge level of Chinese students majoring in stomatology based on the problem-based learning (PBL).MethodsThe Cochrane reviewer's handbook was followed by.Domestic published articles from 1989 -2010 were selected by computer and handwork. All these retrieved studies were controlled clinical trials related to oral theoretical education and were conducted by PBL and the traditional teaching methods. The quality of included studies was critically evaluated and the data were analyzed by the RevMan 5.0.1 software.ResultsA total of 138 articles were selected, but only 8 were included.Significant differences were found when the data were pooled(P < 0.01,I2 =80% ) and random effect model was used for meta-analysis.The results showed that comparing with the traditional teaching methods,PBL can improve the theoretical score of dental students [ MD 5.39,95% CI(2.20,8.58)],and sensitivity analysis showed that the result was stable.ConclusionPBL can improve the theoretical score of Chinese students majoring in stomatology. However,as part of the studies are not high quality literature, the above conclusion needs to be verified by more large sample-sized,rigorously designed randomized controlled clinical trials.

[Objective]To explore the roles of TIDC(tumor infiltrating dendritic cell)and TIL-T(tumor infiltrating T lymphocyte)in tumor immunity of EBV-associated gastric carcinoma(EBVaGC)and their clinical significance.[Methods]TIDC and TIL-T in EBVaGC(n=49)and EBVnGC(EBV-negative gastric carcinoma)(n=20)were detected by immunohistochemistry method and then their subtypes and their relationships with clinical and pathological factors were analyzed.[Results]Mild infiltration was detected in 29 of 49(59.2%)EBVaGCs and 18 of 20(90%)EBVnGCs,while marked infiltration of TIDC was detected in 20 of 49(40.8%)EBVaGCs and 2 of 20(10%)EBVnGCs.And the difference between the two groups was significant (P=0.013).The number of TIL-T in EBVaGC was hisher than that in EBVnGC(P=0.017),and most of them were CTLs.The number of TIL-T was positively correlated with that of TIDC(r=0.386,n=49,P=0.006).The degree of TIL-T infiltration in EBVaGC had negative relationship with the lymph node metastasis(P<0.001),while TIDC had no relationship with the clinical features.[Conclusion]TIDC and TIL-T may play important roles in the tumor immunity of EBVaGC;TIDC may contribute to the TIL-T recruitment in EBVaGC.

Objective To investigate the influence of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) on the disease progression in MRL/lps mice. Methods Tregs were separated by using magnetic beads from splenic cells of MRL/lps mice and BALB/c mice, and concentrated. Twenty-four MRLAps mice were equally divided into 3 groups, test group 1 injected with Tregs from MRL/lps mice, test group 2 injected with Tregs from BALB/c mice, and control group injected with physiological sodium chloride solution. Three weeks later, the levels of urine protein as well as serum anti-dsDNA antibody were determined; subsequently, the mice were sacrificed followed by histopathological and immunopathological examination of renal tissue. Results A significant decline was observed in the test group 1 compared with the test group 2 and control group in the urine protein score (10.63 ± 4.17 vs. 20.00 ± 5.35 and 18.75 ± 8.34, both P < 0.05), serum anti-dsDNA antibody level (5.36 ± 2.40 pg/ml vs. 9.57 ± 1.97 pg/ml and 10.75 ± 3.98 pg/ml, both P < 0.05), glomerular sclerosis index [(32.00 ± 12.09)% vs. (45.50 ± 13.68)% and (47.50 ± 10.78)%, both P< 0.05], and immunofluorescence intensity of IgG immune complex in renal tissue (1.88 ± 0.99 vs. 2.88 ± 0.64 and 2.75 ± 0.71, both P< 0.05). No significant difference was noted in renal tubule interstitial impairment index between the 3 groups (4.63 ± 1.92, 6.00 ± 1.07 and 5.75 ± 1.28, all P> 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the test group 2 and control group in terms of any of the above parameters (all P > 0.05). Conclusions Injection of Tregs from homologous mice could significantly down-regulate proteinuria degree, serum anti-dsDNA antibody level, glomerular sclerosis index and IgG immune complex level in renal tissue, and thereby decelerate the progression of renal impairment in MRL/lps mice.

Objective To explore the nursing effects of self-care body posture in patients after modified radical mastectomy. Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, all patients met the following standard:clear consciousness, effective communication, no paralysis of limbs, no fracture. In the study group, according to Orem"self-care theory" concept, patients carried out self-care body posture with mainly focus on self-emancipated and the body center of gravity position, in the control group patients were given traditional posture care with mainly emancipated assistance. The first time getting out-of-bed, the occurrence of various complications, the comfort level of emancipation and posture, as well as nursing satisfaction on the first day after surgery were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The two groups showed significant difference in the first time out-of-bed, anxiety, the comfort level of emancipation and posture, as well as nursing satisfaction. There was no significant difference between the two groups in dizziness, limb swelling, flap effusion, flap necrosis. No pressure ulcer occurred. Conclusions Making use of self-care body posture in patients after modified radical mastectomy can improve the satisfaction and comfort of the patients, and improve the patients' recovery, without increasing the complication, which is worth promoting.
