1.Interpretation of disinfection procedures based on common hemodialysis machines

Objective:In order to improve operator’s cognitive level for standardized disinfection, this paper will focus on analyzing and interpreting the disinfection procedures for some common dialysis machines.Methods: This paper will interpret and compare the disinfection procedures for three brands of dialysis machines in the following aspects: the choice of the disinfectant, the disinfection method, the concentration of the disinfectant and the injected volume of the disinfectant, etc.Results: The procedures of hot disinfection with citric acid were used completely in those three brands of dialysis machine, and the procedure of sodium hypochlorite need been used periodically to remove the proteins and other organic matter.Conclusion:Although the dialysis machines provide almost complete and efficient disinfection procedures, but the operator should need to select the most suitable procedures according to their practical situation. If the operators cannot master the disinfection procedures and have not noticed the importance of it, the wrong operator will lead to incomplete disinfection, affect the normal operation of the dialysis machines and increase the risk of cross-infection.

3.Hospital Infection Management in Township Health Center:Investigation and Response

OBJECTIVE To survey the status quo of hospital infection management and countermeasures in township health center. METHODS To adopt a unified examination and assessment survey,the township hospital infection management,including organization,personnel training,monitoring,disinfection and isolation,occupational protection,sterile disposable medical supplies and medical waste management was investigated in 15 Lanxi Town ship Health Centers. RESULTS Only 2 centers had management organizations (13.33%),5 (33.33%) to participate in personnel/training,no one carry out the monitoring of hospital infection,with fuzzy concept about cleaning disinfection and sterilization and poor awareness of occupational protection. CONCLUSIONS Realizing a sound organization improving hospital infection management staff and intensive training,increaseing the investment and strengthening th supervision and inspection are in accordance with the law and guide management of patients in rural areas to be assured of a secure medical establishment.
4.Research progress of double-hit diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a heterogeneous group of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.An uncommon subset with myc and either bcl-2 or bcl-6 rearrangement,also known as ‘double-hit’ lymphomas,is considered very aggressive clinical course and poor prognosis despite high-intensity chemotherapy.Recently,these lymphomas have received increased attention.This review explores the existing literatures for the involved genes with their functions,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment.
5.The detection and clinical significance of eosinophil and eotaxin in the children with virus associated wheezing diseases

Objective To detect the levels of eosinophil and eotaxin in the children with virus associated wheezing diseases,and explore the role of both in virus correlation breathing occurrence and development.Methods Sixty-eight cases of children with virus associated wheezing diseases were selected as observation group,and the other 42 cases of healthy children were selected as control group.The peripheral eosinophil count and serum eotaxin level were detected and compared in observation group and control group on the acute stage and recovery stage.Results The eosinophil count in observation group on the acute stage was (1.12 ± 0.62) × 1099/L,the recovery stage was (0.34 ± 0.13) × 109/L,control group was (0.16 ± 0.07) ×109/L,the eosinophil count in observation group on the acute stage was higher than that on the recovery stage and control group,the eosinophil count in observation group on the recovery stage was higher than that in control group,there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).The eotaxin level in observation group on the acute stage was (437.2 ±87.6) ng/L,the recovery stage was (182.4 ±56.2) ng/L,control group was (84.1 ± 39.7) ng/L,the eotaxin level in observation group on the acute stage was higher than that on the recovery stage and control group,the eotaxin level in observation group on the recovery stage was higher than that in control group,there were statistically significant differences (P <0.05).There were positively correlated between the eosinophil count and the eotaxin level in observation group on the acute stage,recovery stage and control group (r =0.579,0.593,0.581,P< 0.05).Conclusions The eosinophils and eotaxin may be involved in the children with virus associated wheezing diseases pathophysiological process,the levels of the eosinophils and eotaxin can monitor the course change,and be helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
6.Bone-conducted Auditory Steady-state Responses in Adults with Normal Hearing

Objective This paper is to explore the relationship between the placement of the bone oscillator and bone-conducted thresholds to ASSR stimuli in adults with normal hearing and to investigate the amplitude and the threshold differences to bone-conducted auditory steady-state responses (BC-ASSR) stimuli between single - and multiple-stimulus conditions. Methods Two groups of subjects were selected with 0. 5, 1, 2 and 4 kHz brief tones repeated at the rate of 77, 87, 93 and 101 Hz using a B-71 bone oscillator either in single- or multiple ted no significant differences between mastoid and behind-the-ear placements. The mean and standard deviations of bone-conducted behavioral thresholds to ASSR stimuli at 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 kHz were 62.6±4.8,47.1±4.8,46.8cant difference between the two conditions while the mean and standard deviations of BC-ASSR thresholds at 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 kHz were 96.7±9.7,70.3±11.6,60.6±7.4,52.8±7.2 dB re: 1μN (ppe), respectively. Conclusion The behavioral bone-conducted thresholds to ASSR stimuli with mastoid and behind-the-ear placemen yielded no significant differences. When the stimuli intensity was 50 dB nHL, the amplitudes in single-stimulus condition were significantly higher than those to multiple-stimulus condition. There were no significant differences for BC-ASSR thresholds between single- and multiple-stimulus condition.
7.Evaluation of cardiac function in patients with myocardial infarction by ultrasonic speckle detection

Objective To evaluate the effect of ultrasonic speckle technique on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods 30 patients with AMI were selected as observation group,30 healthy people were selected as control group,and they were all detected by ultrasonic speckle technique.The differences of measurement indices of cardiac function with ultrasonic speckle technique were compared between the observation group and control group.The difference between ultrasonic speckle technique and its measured value was observed with single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT) as the gold standard.The correlation between the results of three-dimensional speckle ultrasound and SPECT in patients with AMI was analyzed.Results The parameters of LVEDV [(62.2 ± 6.4) mL vs.(80.3 ± 7.5) mL],LVESV [(21.7 ± 5.6) mL vs.(35.4 ± 7.2) mL] and LVEF [(62.6 ± 5.9)% vs.(72.8 ± 5.6)%] in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the IVSTd [(1.1 ± 0.2) cm vs.(0.9 ± 0.2) cm] and LVPWd [(1.2 ± 0.2) cm vs.(0.8 ± 0.1) cm] were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t =8.431,9.865,3.651,8.798,6.654,all P < 0.05).In AMI patients,there were no significant differences in left ventricular parameters LVEDV,LVESV,LVEF measured between ultrasonic speckle technique and SPECT(all P > 0.05).With SPECT as the gold standard,in AMI patients,the ultrasound parameters LVEDV,LVESV and LVEF were positively correlated with SPECT parameters(r =0.912,0.903,0.899,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound speckle technique can well evaluate myocardial function in patients with myocardial infarction.
8.Analysis of the influence of conbercept intraocular injection to vitrectomy on diabetic retinopathy

Objective To discuss the influence of conbercept intraocular injection to vitrectomy on diabetic retinopathy.Methods patients (100 cases) with diabetic retinopathy were divided into two groups according to whether use intraocular injection drug or not.The injection group (49 cases) was given conbercept intraocular injection before vitrectomy.The control group (51 cases) was only given vitrectomy.The influence of conbercept intraocular injection to vitrectomy on diabetic retinopathy was evaluated by surgery,prognosis,visual acuity before and after surgery.Results The surgery time of the injection group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05).There were six bleeding cases in the injection group and 20 cases in the control group.The number of bleeding of injection group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05).In addition,the electric coagulation,silicone oil use,iatrogenic macular holes number of injection group was smaller than of that of the control group (P < 0.05).During 1 month follow-up,the number of small bleeding and large bleeding cases of injection group was smaller than of the control group (P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance on vision between two groups.After 1 month surgery,the vision of two groups were increased.And the vision of injection group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion In summary,conbercept intraocular injection could help vitrectomy.It could reduce the difficulty of surgery and shorten the surgery time.It could reduce the bleeding symptoms during and after surgery.It could improve the vision of patients.
9.New ADR Reported in Our Hospital during 2013-2014:Analysis of 151 Cases

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the characteristics and general pattern of new ADR in our hospital. METHODS:A to-tal of 151 new ADR cases reported to Nationwide ADR Monitoring Network by our hospital during 2013 to 2014 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:Of the 151 ADR cases,males(56.29%)showed higher proportion than females(43.71%);most of ADR cases were induced by anti-infective agents,including 45 cases(29.80%). ADR cases most easily induced by injection and intrave-nous dripping,accounting for 83.44% and 91.39 %,respectively. Lesions of skin and its appendants were most common clinical manifestations of ADR,which accounted for 28.82%(66 cases). There were 10 new and severe ADR cases(6.62%). All of ADR cases were cured or improved. CONCLUSIONS:More attention should be paid to ADR monitoring especially indication of anti-in-fective agent to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
10.Effects of electroacupuncture on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting

Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture at Neiguan point (PC6) and Jianshi point (PC5) combined with granisetron on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Methods Seventy-two tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group (38 patients) and a false electroacupuncture group (34 patients). The electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture at PC6 and PC5 (1 h, bid) combined with granisetron (3 mg, i.v.) 30 min before chemotherapy, and repeat one time after 12 h. The false electroacupuncture group received electroacupunctur at false PC6 and false PC5, and other treatment same as the electroacupuncture group. Both groups were treated for 3 days. The nausea and vomiting frequencies and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The vomiting frequency in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (0.37 ± 0.75 vs. 1.12 ± 2.13;t=2.034, P=0.046). The nausea degree in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (1.21 ± 0.93 vs. 1.88 ± 0.59;t=3.596, P=0.001) and day 3 (1.26 ± 0.92 vs. 1.68 ± 0.53; t=2.293, P=0.025). The total effective rate in the electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than those in the false electroacupuncture group on day 2 (76.3% vs. 64.7%; χ2=12.390, P=0.006) and day 3 (73.7%vs. 64.7%;χ2=12.313, P=0.006). Conclusions Electroacupuncture at PC6 and PC5 combined with granisetron can attenuate chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
